I've been to this location 3 or 4 times now for oil changes and also tire rotation, patch, etc. A couple weeks ago I went in for an oil change and snow tire installation, John serviced my car and was friendly and informative. I like that I don't feel pressured into doing extra services for my car, they will recommend something if needed and explain the benefits but I haven't felt pushed to agree to extras. So often places like this tend to take advantage of drivers who know very little about their cars, but I've always had good experiences at this location.

Went here today to ask them to check my car transmission's fluid level. The employee said he can't do that on a VW because it has a special bolt that needs a special tool from VW. I said no, it uses just a regular bolt. The guy then asked me sarcastically if I have ever personally worked on the transmission. I said no. He said, so then you don't know what you're talking about do you? The worst customer service I've ever had. Insults the customer in 10 seconds. So I went to Mr. Lube, they checked the fluid level and I was on my way in a few minutes. They didn't need any special tools and they didn't even charge me. Stay away from people who don't want your business!!!

I took my car for a oil change on a Saturday. The next day I barely drove it and only local. On the Monday morning when I got on the highway to go to work, I heard a noise that lasted all the way to work. It freaked me out as I thought there was something really wrong with my car. When I got to work I looked under the hood and everything looked okay. After work when I could then get a good look, I discovered the panel that covered the oil pan was dragging on the ground. Someone at work helped to secure it and I took it back to Mobil 1. Instead of taking responsibility they said that I ran over something. If I ran over anything at all it would have been a long time ago. I did not run over anything between getting the oil change and driving to work. If there was anything loose or anything with my car, they should have told me when they did the oil change instead of trying to blame me for something I didn't do and that they neglected to do. I won't be going back.

Said it would be 79$ for a oil change left with 177$ oil change lol not good one didn't have the right filters either... No nothing done by I asked if I could get a fuel filter possibly but they woulddidnt have it and said I would have had to come back they said it would be 200$ for the fuel filter so in the end would have been around 377$ for a oil change and fuel filter it's a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado pretty crazy prices lol . I have the receipt it started out as 79$ for the oil change then they said it would be 159$ I wanted to say I will come back like I didn't actually want it anymore, and they just kept doing stuff then at the end it came to 177$ I have the receipt . Just crazy.

Absolutely terrible. I'll be contacting the manager for a full refund. Put in the wrong oil and over charged me. I spoke with toyato and received paper work of how they used the completely wrong oil. I would avoid at all huge coat they will charge you. Pretty sad because you are supposed to trust these people and time and time again it's prove. You shouldn't. Also said I need to come back in 5,000km Toyota said 8,000km just a total scam!

Parked my car in queue, and was going to patiently wait in line - just had a quick question to ask. So I come up to the guy who I assumed was the manager ( he was looking something up for another customer - no conversation going on). All I had was a quick question, asking if I could leave my parked car and key with them, as I had to tend to something at the gas station. The guy shut me down before I even had a chance to open my mouth, grumbling about being with a customer and that I had to wait. Obviously, a fella like this doesn’t have any business sense. If the manager cannot take a couple of seconds to look away from his screen and address a concern, then he’s just power-tripping. You guys did quick prompt service for my car before, but because of stuff like this, I won’t be returning. Lost a customer.

I've now had several oil changes with this location and recently purchased a set of snow tires. I used their online tool and found a good deal on the exact ones I was looking for. When I went in, they said the system was out and the good price was due to last year's clearance but the manager said he would double check in the morning. Sure enough, he called and said he was able to locate a set and would have them ready for me in a couple days. I had them installed and everything went smoothly including installing some new TPMS sensors that I knew needed replacing. Very happy with their service and I've never felt pressured to do extra work.

Very good service. Chris noticed I had a couple of screws missing from my skid plate and asked the guy underground to look for some. Which he did, and it was fixed, no charge. Also made the air in my tires even (the back left was low). And of course, an oil change, which is what I went there for. All professional, friendly and fast. I got in right away and I've noticed that this location isn't always as busy as other locations (though if too many of us mention that fact, it could change.... ;-). Thanks guys!

It's a good spot to get a quick oil change. However, the constant attempt to upsell does grow a little tiresome. Seldom does the selling stop even after making it quite clear that no additional services will be required. Other than that, the staff do a good job and have you in and out in typically under 20 minutes.

I went in on Saturday to get my oil changed. I was excited, because the last time I came in, they told me they would be offering Tire Servicing the next time I came in, and I just so happened to need a tire repair! Then, I was told my tire was "TOO LOW PROFILE" to be repaired, and that I should just buy new tires (they said all my tread was gone, which is BS) rather than spend the money to repair them. Well, I woke up with a flat again this morning, took it into Kal Tire and told them the story. Guess what, they fixed it FOR FREE. Thank you Kal Tire, Mobil 1, not so much.

My experience here was pleasant enough, their staff were accommodating. They are, however, not honest. They will up sell you on things you don't need, and will even lie to get the sale. If you're like me and don't know a lot about vehicles, you want mechanics you can trust. Have always had a good experience every time I go in for an oil change. Appreciate the inspection the staff do underneath your vehicle advising of any problems they see. They provide recommendations on how to proceed with the concern they have found. The location is convenient and you never have to wait that long. I really wanted to contact the Head Office to gain the Owners/ Managers attention and was disappointed that this was the easiest manner in which to do so. What I wanted to convey was how impressed I was with the level of service I’ve had at every visit at the 56ave & Bypass location. My last visit was January 25 (3pm) for a Synthetic Oil and Differential Lube change for my JK Jeep. The crew did not pressure me for upgrades, recommended options and advice for my mechanic in a manner that seemed like they genuinely cared ... While waiting I also noticed the service by the “lady technician” was giving on the next bay over, it was amazingly happy, relaxed and professional.. they should be congratulated on the service they give and should be recognized at a Corporate level.. Just visited this location and was quite impressed with how pleasant the staff were. I was kindly offered coffee or water while I waited for the vehicle ahead of me. John was the individual helping me during my visit and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. I didn't feel pressured to get any extra services like I have in the past with most auto shops. John gave me honest and informative recommendations without any of the pushiness. As a female, I can't count how many times I've gone to get my oil changed and returned with a billion other things done to my vehicle out of pushy sales tactics, so I greatly appreciated Mobil 1!! I've used this location many times over the years, its changed names a few times. I'm actually a mechanic and get a good laugh when they tell me what I need done, well I've had enough!!! They told me my transmission oil was burnt and showed me a cup of it. I don't know how she got the oil out of there, seeing as how you have to remove the pan to get transmission oil out of a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire... Also they have told me on every visit my fuel filter is bad because its rusty... After the BS with the transmission oil I had enough!! I am mad enough to write this review!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!! FRAUDS!!!!!

These are super effective and efficient! I had my oil changed in my truck in less than 30 mins. I have been here several times for all my vehicles and also for rim and tire balancing. I had my classic 1967 Chevy there and they were super careful not to scratch or spill oil in the engine bay! The staff are super friendly and I tip the guy every time. Avoid these guys at all cost!! They ruined my fuel system and denied it. Took my Diesel Truck in for an oil change and fuel filter change. I leave and my truck runs super rough and smells bad like diesel fuel leaking. Go back to ask if the fuel filter is installed correctly. They check it and confirm that it is. Truck barely runs afterwards and still smells. I take it to a Diesel repair shop the next day that confirms the Fuel Filter was installed wrong, broke part of the filter and allowed air to be pumped through my fuel system killing fuel injectors and leaking fuel on the engine. I take the $3000 invoice for the repairs to the manager and he refuses to accept any responsibility and tries to claim that my original filter was dirty and likely caused the issue when I actually watched them remove it and it was as clean as the new one! They clearly don't know how to service a diesel truck and if they mess anything up they will deny any responsibility for it. And will even lie about the condition of your vehicle in an attempt to blame you for the problem. Expensive lesson to learn, but now the rest of you can benefit from my experience. ALWAYS take your diesel to a diesel mechanic!!! Never these guys....

Services was great. It was fast and the techs were knowledgeable. They recommended some additional services for optimization of my cars performance, and when I denied them, they were not pushy about it. All in all it was great experience.

Went to Mobil 1 Lube Express because it is Mercedes Benz recommended engine oil brand. Was charged over $150 for engine oil change. During oil change notices that they not using Mobil 1 oil. Asked why don't you use Mobil 1 oil and got answer - "it is to expensive, we using generic oil to cut cost". Seriously? I came to this place ONLY BECAUSE OF MOBIL 1 OIL. Nobody asked me if that is OK to use generic oil. Will never go back!
