Called on Friday inquiring for tires and they said they had them and it’s first come first serve, I said on Monday I worked until 3pm and if it would be okay to come at that time as I don’t live near by so I wanted to confirm. I went and he told me it’s too late and I need to come in the morning. Horrible communication as I asked prior to coming in if that would be an okay time.

I don't normally do a lot of reviews but this place deserves one for sure. I came all the way from Abbotsford (back roads doing 50km on my donut) since a friend suggested them. Got great prices from Howard. His team supplies amazing customer service, they even went and got me a post/stud for my tire from the wreckers cuz the one I bought wasn't the right size. (Post broke trying to get the flat off and put the donut on). They were super professional, and very quick and efficient, I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and I will definitely be back for all my tire needs.

I've never bought a new (well used, but new to me) set of tires before and my friend recommended this place and also there's a ton of good reviews, so I walked in and told them I wanted a quote on all-weather tires then they suggested some low to high price stuff then a couple days later I decided to get some installed and as soon as I walked on the premise, one of the employees remembered me and my tire size which felt nice. I paid a really cheap price for Nokian all-weather tyres and they were honest about the quality of the product and the tread. It took about a half hour to install and there's complimentary cookies and pop for the waiting area. Today was the first snow day I've got to use them in and they're amazing for what I paid. I would definitely go back to this place to get more tires. Also, it's first come, first serve.

Today, I had a great experience at Country Tire. I was there first in line before they opened :-). They had to order new tires for my car, so I left to run some errands and once the tires arrived I received a phone call. I was back there in 10 minutes, didn't have to wait much, and the tires were changed in a blink of an eye. These guys are so fast! Great job gentlemen! You made my day!

This is a great place for good quality used tires and repairs to ones the tire dealers won't fix. The inventory is so large they can usually match your existing tires. I hesitate to tell anyone about this place because I don't want them to get so busy they can't help me right away as they can now. Worth the drive drive if you aren't already in Langley.

Have been coming here to the Langley location for years and recommending them to many friends, clearly under new management as the once friendly and outstanding customer service and great prices have been replaced by a feeling that I was putting them out by being there. "How are you paying?" Was literally the only Thing said when I returned the next day to pick up a flat tire I dropped off the day before, with a nice 25$ Mark up on the same tires that I had replaced a year ago. Wont be back

great guys here. Brought my 8" wide corvette rally wheels for my safari van here. picked my tires and they mounted and balanced them at a very reasonable cost. when i went to pick them up they even had put on some tidy chrome valve stem caps for me that look very nice. Ive taken many cars here over the years, highly recommend this place! I believe the guy who helped me was named Justin and he seems like a good guy. Thanks fellahs!

(I brought in a suv with a screw in the tire, first told them the wrong tire, they happily fixed my mistake... only to find the screw hadnt even punctured the tube... and even after pulling 2 tires off and testing them... they refused to take my money) Super impressed... i recommend them to anyone looking for tires. So thought id stop in just ask if they had any 215/70/R15 and was told nope dont have em never do, then as im leaving i can see cleatly from the fence a stack labeled 215/70/15 in plain view Guess i got the guy there that doesnt like to work or make money Every other time on same vehicle i was led to the tire stock and given a selection or had my info taken and was contacted.

I have been back to this palce 4-5 times now. Very reasonable pricing, quick and professional installation, and no bull. Their staff use torque wrenches to properly tighten lug nuts. They balancing is always bang on, even on some of my bent rims. Overall, getting a set of used tires installed and balanced over here is by far cheaper and a much better experience than trying to find them through classifieds. Thanks guys.

Spoke to the owner over the phone and was advised that they had my tire and that i could come the next day to have them installed. When I arrived the next day the guy couldn’t be bother to pull the tires out and said to come back another time, after i let him know i called yesterday and drove in from another city. Poor service but tires are fairly priced

I went in with an intermittent slow leak in my front drivers side tire. They couldn't spot the problem, so the pulled it and soap bathed it. No bubbles. So they pulled the tire off the rim, ground down the rim, polished everything up, replaced the valve stem, put everything back together and sent me on my way. No charge. These guys are the best in the business. Reasonable prices on used rubber, unparalleled service, quick and friendly. Wish I could give more stars. Thanks again!

Had called in before going here so I wasn't going to waste my time. Gentlemen I spoke to over the phone (twice) was nice and said come down we have the tires you need. PERFECT! Got there in person the same person thought I spoke to was there but a total 180 personality in person. "We don't have those tires, etc etc" ( and in a not so nice tone ) .. like excuse me sir, I am a paying customer and did my homework before coming down here. Finally in the end he was able to find the tires and got things done. They also need a better system for when they are serving their customers as the driveway is super small, once one person is blocked off they get screwed
