Just unbelievably great service. Steve single highhandedly restored my faith in humanity. First I called on a Saturday while I was traveling on a newly discovered flat tire. Steve said he would fit me in even though they were fully booked. I was booked to fly for an hour, with another shoot later in the day. When I arrived 45 minutes after closing, Steve was waiting for me, tire was fixed and total cost: big fat zero as my dad used to say. I was able to complete my work without a hitch thanks to Steve and the boys at B & B. Thank you thank you thank you. Vancouver Aerial Photography loves B&B Tireland.

This is a long overdue review. I'm glad to say this is one place where I can look forward to a delightful customer experience. Mark and the other store manager are always great to deal with. I had a flat and costco told me I'd have to buy a new tire to replace it. Took it to tireland and they fixed it within hours and for less than the spare cash I had in my wallet. This is just one example of a great experience I've had at tireland. I've since come back for new sets of wheels, fixes to punctures in my tires (for free because the tire was purchased from tireland... I wasn't aware they offered that) and other tire/wheel services. Thanks again you guys are great.

I’ve had a amazing experience with the lively people at this location. I like many others thought dealership would be able to fix issues with my older vehicle. Big nope they put in wrong break cylinders and did a bunch of work I did not need along with not noticing when power steering hoses were leaking when they did a flush. The fine people at tireland were able to discover the improper sized cylinders replace my worn out struts and fix my hoses and what not. Did amazing work for the things I had been fighting with nissan dealership for months over. This place really does amazing work. And friendly as well. Also got some nice new headlights and led bulb conversion. Definitely my go to mechanic for now on.

Theses guys are truly one of a kind! It's Friday before May long weekend, the service manager tells me that they are swamped. I asked if there was anyway to get it done and he made it work! They were short one tech and had a super busy day but still had the brakes changed and oil as well. Price was on point as well. They truly are worthy of the 5* rating they have.

About 6 yrs ago my wife took her car in. The Kia dealership was always recommending she fix something at every "free" oil change (which she always did, at $500 a pop) I told her that was ridiculous and to get a second opinion. She always does what the mechanics say. Tireland is the only shop I ever hear tell someone to not fix stuff. As soon as she told me, i started taking my work van there. 6 yrs later and I'm driving 25 km out of way (we moved) to get my service done by them. I'm not cheap and I want my vehicle to always work but.....it comes down to trust. Paul has integrity, that matters. The tires are close to cosco prices. But this supports a local business....that's important!

For my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I bought a set of 4 Michelin Cross Climate 2 all weather tires from B&B Tireland on April 8, 2021. Front counter rep, Steve, was very helpful and professional as he had me into a service bay early; showed me again the tread features of the tire; had a service tech immediately remove my old Michelin’s and then install and balance the new tires; explained the warranty and service features; and had me on my way in a little over a 1/2 hour. I then drove along Hwy 1 to Sardis and then to an unpaved logging road above Chilliwack Lake.. The tires ran very smoothly and quietly on the paved roadways. Then , on t,he dirt road at the higher elevation “snow line” where the Spring Thaw had created some slick and muddy sections, the tire grip was fantastic - even on the steeper inclines/declines. Both B&B and the tires are highly recommended

I came across Tireland about 6 years ago when I got into a winter accident in Langley. I called them and, as they were fully booked that day, they offered to keep my car safely inside overnight to look at it in the morning. They showed me the damage and explained what needed to be done and , when the repair was completed, I was surprisingly shocked at how affordable the final bill was was (without a list of added charges!!). I have since then been returning to them for my repairs and oil changes, even though I live in Vancouver. As a woman, especially one who has no knowledge of the mechanics of a vehicle, it is difficult, and a rare find, to come across an establishment of such honesty, fairness, & professionalism. Thanks to all of you at Tireland Langley. I appreciate you.

I stopped in at noon today with a fresh puncture in my tire seeking a patch. I could hear the air hissing out of the tire and knew my time was limited. The Gentleman who met me at the counter heard my story and advised me that the other technicians were on lunch break. He then offered to do it himself there on the spot and maybe ten minutes later, here I am driving away with a fresh patch and a renewed faith in humanity! 10/10 helped me out of what could have become a tight spot, greatly appreciate the efforts!

Tire review... This is my first set of Falkens and most definitely not my last. Took them on a snow covered logging road, aired up to 40 PSI. Traction was amazing, didn't spin a tire unless I wanted to. Wet traction on pavement is just as good. Low road noise. Overall I give this tire a 10 out of 10. Very very happy !

The WORST experience I have ever had with a tire shop. Terrible customer service. Went for an alignment. They found a seized bolt and said they couldn’t do the alignment. They still charged me full price. They didn’t offer a solution. I fixed the issue and came back to finish the alignment and they charged me full price AGAIN. what a rip off. I’m never coming back.

Nothing but a positive experience with this Tire and Service Shop. On two occasions now I have purchased tires from these guys and on both occasions have saved hundreds over their competitors. The most important part is that they have sourced and installed exactly what i have asked for. No up-sales, no "we know better" than the customer attitude, trying to sell me what I don't want... not even a hint. I gave them brand and the size information that I specifically wanted, both for over-sized applications, and respected me enough to know that I knew exactly what I wanted, and installed without prejudice. On my last trip in I also asked for a quotation a new set of tires for my senior parents car, and yet again the sales staff at B&B made a great recommendation on quality tires that not only fit their budget, but exceeded their expectations when they helped them process an additional rebate on this set that was already literally hundreds lower than any other quotes we received. What can I say 3 out of 3 is a pretty good average for customer satisfaction. Thank you B & B Tireland and staff.

Came here for a quote on a new set of tires. Staff was extremely professional and friendly. Gave me multiple quotes to choose from both of which were significantly lower then a quote from Kal tire. Called the following day to make an appointment and they got us in within 24 hours. Tires were on in around 30 mins. Didn't even have enough time to eat the food we bought across the street before they were calling saying they were done. Great overall experience from start to finish. So glad I called to get an estimate for truck tires! Got an estimate from two Chrysler dealership,one was 350 and one was 500 each for same tire.Went to aldergrove tire craft and there price was also 350.Called tireland and they said 310 , coming to a total of1498 for four tires installed and surprise the bill was exactly that.Thats a 200 dollar savings.My appointment was 11 and truck was in and done by 11.40.Very happy with the service and reasonable pricing! So nice to have the bill be exactly what you were quoted.Thank-you.Will definitely recommend to others and already booked an oil change.

Theses guys were recommended to me as I am new in town. They Did a good job at fitting me in when they were busy. Price was about right. But they scuffed up two of my pristine wheels. Never mentioned a thing. I noticed it once I was home and cleaned them up. I mentioned it to the owner when I went back to pick up my other set and no one gave a damn. Oh well. Live and learn I guess. Guess I will find a new guy to service my fleet of 28 tires.
