I recently went to A & A Tire because one of my tires was very low of air. It was 4:45 pm and being a block from my office thought they would look after my tire before it went flat. When I pulled into their parking lot I noticed an employee vacuuming I'm sure was his car. He noticed me walk into the office yet after waiting a few minutes for him to come talk to me, which he didn't, I went into the garage area. I asked him if he could fix my going flat tire which surprisingly in a very cold dismissive tone said we're closed. I said its not even your posted closing time and he just turned his back to me to finish cleaning his car. WOW I then drove a few blocks to another tire shop who were actually locking their door for the day yet once he saw my going flat tire opened his business and fixed my tire which had a nail in it. NEVER AGAIN will I frequent A & A Tire. Update: October 19th, I purchased a set of 4 Michelin Agilis tires from the tireshop who fixed my flat.

I had a low tire warning after travelling on Highway 3 which had so many potholes it could eat a small car. So I booked in and they looked at it thoroughly, confirmed it was fine and didn't charge me for their time. Much appreciated the honesty.

Called them about fixing my tire, wouldn't let me even finish what I was saying, guess they were really busy, "couldn't look at it today...ok?" "ok...bye...click" . Maybe offer me a spot tomorrow? Is this an Emergency? Looks like this place is amazing. mostly 5 stars, def give them another chance. Just take a extra 10-30 seconds on the phone. cheers

Had my winter tires taken off and swapped for all seasons they quoted me on the phone $20 to swap them and then when they were done they charged me $40. Then a few day later my tire was flat I took it off and the valve stem was leaking so I called them and brought my car in they said that theywerent responsible and could replace the valve stem they damaged for $25. Just a warning that they don't back up their work.

I had a blowout in my right rear tire and Thank Goodness that I have BCAA too. To make a long story short, my car was towed here, as this shop was reccommended to me, So, I took that useful advice and I spoke with Tran and Matt, (Store Owners), and they quickly replaced my right rear tire with a used tire that was brand new, and in 15 minutes my new tire was on my car, and the price they charged me for this used/new tire, was not too expensive either. All in All these guys are both Life Savers, and they are also very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly too. I strongly recommend that you take your vehicle to these guys, they know what they are doing, and they won't rip you off either. And by the way, they are the New Owners as well. Thank you.
