Thank you 1010 tires!! These guys are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Taylor is a funny, sweet guy, he helped me pick out the right summer tires and rims that suited my needs over the phone. They were even kind enough to keep my ordered tires/rims in the store a couple weeks longer than usual due to my work abroad. When I came for my appointment, Don explained important maintenance tips and their GRIPP tire warranty. My winters were swapped with the new summer tires and rims blindingly fast, less than a half hour pretty much. Even during covid times they disinfect all they touch in the car and maintain public health orders, their showroom is open, they have lots of rim brands on display. Their website is a great place to start, or drop by in person for a visit, from a very satisfied customer.

Disappointing service and communication. Rang early on a Saturday morning and booked truck in for tire repair at 1pm that afternoon. The technician did not start working on the truck for at least 15mins and then there was no communication on the status of the work for an additional 45mins. I was told 10mins for repair to be completed then followed up an additional 40mins later and the repair is still not complete. That’s over 90mins waiting with minimal to no updates. The sales technician just doesn’t get customer service, very disappointing. Came here based on the reviews, i wont come here again. If I could give 0/5 I would

OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM THE LANGLEY LOCATION. As an incredibly pick consumer, I wasn't exactly sure, about what I wanted installed on my truck. Don, took the time and effort to take all the proper measurements, so my truck would have the look and stance i wanted. The time and patience taken; made me feel that I was valued as a customer. I felt real trust in dealing with them. In the end i got exactly what i was expecting and at a great price point. Going forward, I will be taking all my future tire needs to this location.

I could have not have thank Eric from 1010 Tires more! Would love to give 10 stars if I can give them. Here is my story. Had a nail puncture in my passenger rear tire, and went to Mr.Lube to try to get a repair. However, the technician told me it’s not fixable, and would need to pay $520 for a brand new tire!!! The reason being is because it’s outside of the repairable range, as it is slightly towards the side. It’s pretty devastating to hear the bad news, let alone needing to come up with $500 plus to replace the tire. Then a friend of mine recommended Eric @ 1010 Tires, and I quickly texted him to see if they would sell the same tire for cheaper cost as I was told the tire is not repairable. Few minutes later he called me back, and asked me to send photo of the nail damage. Once Eric looked at the photo, he told me he could get it done for $50!!!! I couldn’t believe what I heard on the other side of the phone. He said it’s actually fixable, and I do not need to get a tire replacement. The only downside is I have to drive all the way to Langley. I don’t care if it’s Langley or Hope if i can save $475!! I would gladly go anywhere if my puncture tire does not deflate. Long story short, Eric and the team did a fantastic job of repairing the tire, both from inside and outside. They even did a tire rotation for me at a really affordable rate. Since they have dealt with tons of Teslas and Eric owns one personally, I do not have to worry about technicians not hoisting the car properly and damaging the battery pack. My tire also came with the foam inside for sound insulation, and lots of tire repair shop wouldn’t want to touch tires like that. For any Tesla owners or car owners in general, I HIGHLY recommend getting your tires and service done at 1010 tires Langley!! Go ask for Eric, he is SUPER awesome and he doesn’t try to upsell you anything. He will try to find the best savings for you, and only recommend what is needed. When my current stock tires go, I will definitely return to get my new tires there!

About 4 weeks ago I bought brand new tires from them and 1. Fantastic staff and 2. Service was unreal. Today, I noticed I had a nail in my tire (this happens a lot to me ???? ) and I drove over 15 minutes before they close hoping they could possibly get me in or realistically getting me in tomorrow. The staff were like "oh we can get that done no problem!" Within 10 minutes they fixed my tire and I was out of there. Their staff are super friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond for you. I HIGHLY recommend them for your next tire purchase :)

Awesome selection of wheels and tires. Communicated with Don through email weeks prior trying to find the right set of rims and tires and he was fantastic to deal with. Had the winters swapped off for a new summer setup on wife's 2015 Audi Q5. The staff were knowledgeable and professional and made the in person selection super simple. The reason for 3 stars - one of the four tires ordered was for a passenger vehicle so it wasn't speed rated for an SUV. No big deal. Pushed the changeover appointment from 1030am to 130pm. But the staff member who called me in the morning to let me know that the wrong tire wouldn't fit must have forgot to either order the new tire or communicate to other staff that one of the tires wouldn't work. So when my wife showed up at 130pm they also told her that the 4th tire was incompatible. Not sure why they didn't call to cancel the appointment or let us know that the 4th tire wasn't in or hadn't been ordered. So it was frustrating because the store is already on reduced hours and we both work full time. After the new setup was installed, they told my wife to "come back anytime" to get the lug nuts re torqued (as usual) and when she did, one of the staff told her to "come back after lunch". Personally I think this is unacceptable because that takes like 2 minutes to do. She was very frustrated as she knows nothing about tires and was told that it could be done no problem anytime she came back. Overall, I feel that better communication would have been appreciated because the staff did an excellent job mounting and balancing the new setup they look great on the vehicle. They are very friendly and I understand it's a new business so some mistakes are inevitable. But overall, I would be lying to say I wasn't a little disappointed with the level of organization and communication.

Researched where to find what seemed as a difficult size of tire to obtain, but these guys found me what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Having had them store the tires as I wasn’t ready to have them put on yet was so convenient but 2 weeks later, at 530 am on my way to work I hit a pothole and damaged one on my old set. Called them in a panic and they immediately got my car in to get the new set on, so grateful, they also touched up my expensive rim as an added gesture (unknowingly). I purchased two new tires for a tire puncture that could not be repaired. I called a few times and the staff was always very friendly and professional and they were quick to bring the price down a few dollars to beat a quote from somewhere else. I arrived at my install appointment without my original wheel as the shop I visited first had installed the spare and forgotten to give it back. 1010 Tires was extremely accommodating and fit me in later that day so I could go pick up the wheel. The install literally took less than 30 mins as I waited in their comfortable waiting area with free wi-fi. I would highly recommend this shop and I will definitely use them again for my future tire needs!

To be honest, I have never had such a great experience with any other tire shop I have visited over the years. It started with amazing online tech resources and calculators plus loads of information and suggestions. That only continued when I visited the store. What a selection of wheels and tires to choose from! Stanley assisted me and blew me away with his intimate knowledge about my new high-tech SUV. He made some great recommendations to help us finally select a new winter tire package at a very reasonable cost and got everything ordered right away . Delivery and installation only took a few days, plus a prompt re-torque after 100km. This tire store really mean business and make you feel very special with their generous, friendly and efficient service. They have certainly won my loyalty!

Walked into 1010tires langley this morning just before noon for some new winter tires for a vw tiguan and was fully expecting to have to wait days or weeks to be able to get in cause of the time of year and supply issues everyone is experiencing right now. But not only did they have my size tires in stock in a name brand tire but they were able to get them mounted and balanced within a couple of hours of walking in the door. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and the guys in the back did a great job with no issues or complaints from me. Car was smooth as can be so there balancing equipment is excellent and calibrated properly. Will definitely be going back to see them when I upgrade my summer tire/rim combination after winter is over.

Won’t be using this company again. Took 2 months to get my tires shipped to the store even though they had them in stock. And multiple calls asking when my tires are going to be in. They keep telling me I’ll get an email when they’re in. I had to ask to actually find where my tires were. At least every time I called I talked to a person.

I ordered my tires online because they were a great price and decided to go with 1010's install after seeing other positive reviews. Well... it took the mechanics about 2 hours to install my tires, they broke one of my valve stems and forgot to give me my tire lug lock back, leaving me frustrated. On my return visit to get the valve stem replaced, I was met by the store manager Don. He made every effort to make things right and it was clear that he cares about his customers. I doubt my second visit would've been necessary if Don had initially been in.

I purchased a set of Falken Eurowinter HS449 tires and a set of Dai Replika 194 wheels in gloss black from 1010 Tires. I ordered online and had the wheels and tires shipped to the Langley store where they were installed. The price was reasonable and the service at 1010 Tires in Langley was excellent. The centre cap on my wheels did not match the picture that was shown on the website. The staff at the Langley store went out of their way to find me a new set of centre caps that matched perfectly. They supplied and installed the new centre caps at no extra cost. I was very happy with the customer service I received from the store. The tires and wheels I bought have been excellent on my 2018 Audi A5. They look sleek and the handling is superb. I have driven in heavy rain, snow, and on dry pavement and I can confidently say the tires exceeded my expectations. The ride is smooth and the grip is exactly as it should be. I would recommend these wheels and tires to others and I will definitely shop at 1010 Tires Langley again.

I've gone to Volco (1010) for years with great results, so I was really happy when a more convenient location opened in Langley. I received the same great service I'm accustomed to with them and they took great care of my mustang. Plus the process was easy and quick. Jay took my order on the phone and recommended great replacements for my OEM tires that didn't sacrifice performance. He even found a better price than they had on their website by calling around and was able to schedule me as soon as the tires came in. Then Eric and the team did a great job with the install and it took no time at all. I never had to worry about damage to my pristine car, as their work is professional and safe. I've been recommending Volco to my friends for years and this location makes it even easier. I don't like the inflated prices and pressure sales from other tire stores, and I never get that here. Plus Volco actually knows the tires and can get you just what you need for the right price.
