Everything but a red carpet! I was stuck and needed service right away, they were fast and pleasure to deal with. They have a tall garage door so they can deal with almost any height of vehicle. Honest and very quick to communicate with pertinent details. They have a beautiful and comfortable waiting room but they also have service cars they can rent. It's really a great find for me and I look forward to a long relationship.

We have a fleet of approximately 50 vehicles and began using Bernie Auto 24 months ago. Our business is to provide Fire Protection services for our customers using our vehicles, not servicing our vehicles. We needed someone who could be a trusted technical advisor as well a provide maintenance (preventive, scheduled and break/fix). Our fleet is varied and has a mix of leased and owned trucks, vans and cars with significantly different ages and kilometers. It was a great decision to go to Bernie Auto. Darren is always direct and straight talking. He explains everything as to why we need what he is suggesting and has proven good to his word. We are involved in the decisions process. Their team will point out things to us in advance, so we won't have a truck out of service...preventive maintenance is the key! Darren once called me to say one ball joint was an issue but the other was not. He wanted to replace both so the truck would not be off the road a second time when the other one goes. Given the age of the truck he calculated the overall savings we would see with this suggestion and let us know the resale value upon inspection would be better. Bernie Auto understands that a vehicle breaking down can easily cost more than the preventive maintenance. So they are always doing an o inspection each time one of our vehicles is in for maintenance. They genuinely want to help and seem to get great satisfaction from serving clients well. Why am I writing this? Because we had enough bad experiences elsewhere that we wanted to share our positive experience here and we waited a long time before writing a review so we would be sure they were consistent over time. They are!

When Bernie saw my comment he contacted me and reimbursed me 4 * 12 $ for the assembly of the wheels and to explain his 'prices'. Never again!!! Avoid like the plague. Not trustworthy. I think they damaged my car. They wanted to charge me much more than we had agreed to. I had to insist and argue with them so that they charge me what we had agreed to by phone. Now my car is in worse condition than when I brought it in. It’s making lots of noises that weren’t there before. It doesn’t drive as well. When I turn the steering wheel completely the brakes make a huge noise. This makes no sense because my brakes are almost new. It was working fine before. I think they messed with it. Now I will have to go another mechanic to fix the damage they did. They apologized for the price misunderstanding and charged me the price we had a originally agreed upon. However, this was a very bad experience. I am never going back there. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!
