Ah, where to start. First issue: I got my winter tires put on there. The following morning, I had a flat tire. Apparently my tire was not installed properly..? lol.Second issue: My husband had his brakes changed there, they didn't feel right to my husband and when he went back to have it inspected, they apparently forgot to add brake fluid (or something along those lines). A few months later, his brakes felt weird again. The product was under warranty but they felt the need to charge my husband for labor. I was shocked considering that all the things that went wrong with these brakes was through no fault of our own! In the end, Joe decides he won't charge us. We are grateful for that, but it should have been a given! Not to mention, we had my husband's headlight also changed there.... for 80 bucks!? Ouch! We really like supporting smaller businesses but unfortunately, we've had too many issues there and won't be going back.

Nice staff, seems like the work they did was good... Only issue is they gave a loaner vehicle and by the time I finished work, the battery died! Luckily the guy was still at the garage and came and boosted the battery but as a garage, they shouldn't lend cars that have faulty or dead batteries!

I think this place deletes bad reviews somehow. Wrote one a while back, not here anymore. Basically parts pushers. Will always go for the expensive fix with the new pieces for your old car. Only go if you've got $$$.

I've been going to this garage for a few years now and have to say that I fully trust them even with my highly modified STI and would highly recommend this Garage and actually asked my GF to bring her car in for a second advice for brake issues (she typically went to another Garage in the West). She was told by this other Garage that she needed brand new pads and brakes which surprised me. Joe Primerano told us that they were simply very dirty and needed to be cleaned and pads were still good. Her cars brakes now work perfectly and I'm happy she didn't ended up getting ripped off by this other garage. Joe Primerano and Mike are very honest men.

Went for a tire and oil change. 1 week later I realise my tire pressure is dangerously low. A few days after that I realise I have an oil leak. It's not the first time I have issues with their services. I will not be returning, even though the location is convenient for me.
