As for tires, they usually know their stuff. They have all brands of tires, from expensive performance tires, down to the more affordable range, including some real cheapies if you just need something to get you through. Always had good service here. They are a full service garage as well as a tire shop!

Purchased four tires that needed to be put on rims and needed one sensor. The young man that did it was very nice - however he put the sensor in incorrectly and the dash light came on. When I asked him about it he said that it will go off after 30kms. This isn't a big deal except he also put two of the four valve stems in incorrectly. The tires ultimately lost air which I didn't notice because the sensor light was on but by then it was too late. The tires now need to be replaced. I've called Jim at the shop over 100 times and I've not been able to reach him once. I live in Kitchener but work in Toronto so this has been extremely inconvenient. I've gone to the shop on 5 separate occasions and they haven't been there once. Very disappointed.

I love this tire shop. I totally disagree with the last post. When I was looking to have four snow put on rims I called several different tire shops in the city. All were more expensive. The price and the service here are second to none. I've bought tires from here as well and he always has the best deals. Costco can't even touch his prices.

They are by far one of the best auto places in town my girlfriends car had to have a bumpwr replaced our normal place gvlave a quota at 2250 amd this place painted us up a bumper and made it almost exactly the same colout for under a grand this place is filled woth friendly people aswell i recomend coming here for all your auto problems

Definitely competitive for pricing (beat out Costco) but this is a local business that has exceptional service. They treat you like a friend and make you feel as though your satisfaction actually matters. Wouldn't go anywhere else for tires.

These guys really want you to have a good experience. Honest to a fault, they never upsell. They are also not brand devoted, so you get all the brands and they know them well. They don't treat me like I'm a helpless female like some shops. They truly want you to be safe on the road in a way that's fair to everyone. I was referred to them by car fanatics. The physical space is rough around the edges but the work is perfectly polished. Update fall 2021: continue to use this shop for all my car maintenance. They're still great!!! Always recommend!

Been dealing with Jim over at Woodside for over 10 years. Great pricing on tires, and he can track down some really hard to find ones too. Only downside is it's hard to get a hold of him these days. They're so busy in the shop.

Wish I had found Mike years ago. His detail to customer service and friendliness is rare these days. He offers sound advice, does not try to upsell and stands by his quotes. I changed my tire request same day as my appointment, not only was Mike able to accomodate but he got me in and out in record time as i had to pick up my grandson from school. He said if he couldnt get my car done in time i could borrow his truck to pick up my grandson. That is good old fashion customer service. 10 stars from.me.

I got into a fender bender and my quarter panel had to be replaced on my 07 Civic - Mike and his team were so helpful and took the time and care to match up my panel and it was an exact match and my car looked brand new.. if you are in a fender bender go see Mike and his team they will take great care of you and your car. What an amazing shop, I was in a pinch- moving day, trailer attached to my car was fully packed and I blew out my front tire. They not only had awesome prices but incredible service. From changing out my tire to checking all my other tires for a safe travel on moving day they went above and beyond my expectation. I won't be going anywhere else for tires from now on. I would respond to this guy but I don't who he is and have never heard the name. You would think that he would be man enough to post his real name so I could respond to his complaint.I have a BBB member for over 30 years without one complaint.Jim Bignell, Owner Woodside Tire To Matt Carr, It is not possible to install a TPM incorrectly, It cannot be installed backward or upside down.We are here 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM every Monday to Friday. There is always someone here. I am sorry that you ar dissappointed with our service. I will give you a full refund.
