Kevin and his team were very easy to work with. I had a rush job I needed done on my wife’s car and it was done within 6 hours of dropping it off on a Friday. Although that may not always be possible, they certainly did everything they could to get it done as quickly as possible. Fair priced, honest, and great attitudes, this is without a doubt where I will be bringing any automotive problems to be fixed.

I am so glad to have found these guys! I work on my cars myself but save AC, tires, alignments, and exhaust work for trusted shops- simply because I don't have that type of equipment to do it myself. But after having been scammed by several AC shops, I was referred to Sullivan by a friend. These guys are definitely top notch! They are excellent and truthful; a rare trait to find in mechanics these days. Safe to say, I now have the guys that will perform all the AC work I need. And if in future I need alignments, I will be bringing my cars there now too. The AC work they performed was literally 1/3 of what I paid from another shop- same work! Quality guys there at Sullivan and they now have a customer for life. As a first time customer they gave me a 10% discount too. I wouldn't hesitate to bring your car to them if you're not a wrencher. Quality shop right there! Can't speak highly enough about them.

Great place to take your vehicle. Repairs were fast, inexpensive, and honest. There's no "used car salesman" feeling here at all. Very honest and thorough. Coming from a licensed 310-s mechanic this place does awesome work and are very honest, upfront, and transparent. Techs are paid hourly so you know they aren't rushing through your vehicle like 99% of shops in Kitchener. Great works guys, keep it up and see you soon! ???? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Took my van in with no notice before the Canada Day weekend. Squeezed me in (where 2 other shops made no effort) and fixed and cleaned up the mess for reasonable rates. Great staff, no hijinks, and nice waiting room. Brought it back for an oil change and an e-test (they don't provide the service, but will drive it over to a partner shop free-of-charge) and was on the road in 45 mins. No need to look anywhere else, Sullivan's is the place to go.

AMAZING!! I suspected I needed a new battery. However, working alone every day doesn't afford much time for repairs. I phoned and asked if I showed up after I was done work at 4 if they could do a quick battery test. No problem. Test done, yup, battery needed, new battery installed and back out again in less than a hour. This is why I keep coming back! Kevin and his staff are honest (even me being female!) and simply have their customers' needs first and foremost. Diako got me in and out so fast and Kevin, your staff is a credit to you. Great mechanic for personal and business, I've recommended them to many others and all great reviews as well. I didn't know Kevin and his team a few years ago, but the location was convenient, but it has worked out fantastic. Really top notch for quality, honesty, and anything else you'd want in a mechanic. The waiting area is also much nicer than most. Well worth supporting and switching to this mechanic if you are not happy. They really go the extra mile to also get you good parts for better prices.

I actually found out about Kevin on reddit. Good things were said, and when my car wouldnt turn over I figured I would tow it to him as he was fairly local. Was thinking it may be spark plugs or some spark issue, but Kevin had to call me with some bad news. I'm not a car guy at all, but he knew his call was unfortunate to me and was very considerate of the circumstances. He understood I was laid off due to covid, and was gentle in his approach. There was an issue with the timing of my motor and I would need a new one, usually meaning I'd have to scrap this car I still owed on, leaving me carless, laid off and still paying for my civic. He told me to have a beer and think about it. Kevin did some digging and found me a civic engine with just over 100k on it, the engine was under warranty, and did the work within my budget and was willing to work out a payment plan for the amount that I didnt have available right away. Now, the work hasn't been done yet, should be done next week, but I trust the work will be quality. Kevin is by far the best mechanic I have had to deal with on a personal level. Can not say much better than that.

I went to Sullivan Automotive today to have them repair my windshield washer pump. I had spent some considerable time trying to troubleshoot the problem myself with no result. Kevin and his team were able to identify the problem right away, ordered a replacement part, and had me back on the road as promised. They also explained the issue and were to the penny of their initial quote. I highly recommend checking them out if you have any issues with your vehicle!

The first time used car buyer typically wants to be sure that there are no major issues with the car and needs a reliable workshop to provide a Pre Inspection report. After googling a bit, I came across Sullivan Automotive and found that everyone had awesome things to say about the service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because they don't know there job well they always recommend you things that are already good and they tell you to buy it again and needs to get repaired. So they fool you and take full advantage of you just because they know you don't anything about cars just to get business. So I went to these guys to get my exhaust done. So they did it and after a few weeks it started leaking and when I went back to them they charged me again even through it was their fault for not doing it properly. This place is just all about having business not actually making their customers satisfied.
