I have bought 4 sets of tires from these guys but today was by far the best experience. After taking the car to Day and Ross for 1 leaking tire and being told I needed a set of new tires For $1000 I called these guys and they said they could fix the leak. $22 dollars and With $978 dollars still in my pocket I cannot recommend them enough.

I schedule appt. and have to wait 40 min to be serviced. I scheduled 2 tires (no rim) swap and they almost screwed up and billed me double or more the amount for the 4 brand new tires, rotation, and balancing... Try somewhere else

We have been going to Ontario Auto Market for several years. We have them do all our mechanical work as well as being our tire guys. They are reliable and reasonably priced. I have been very satisfied with their ability to find the problem and fix it quickly. I recommend them to friends.

Everything you need in one place. I have been coming here (O.A.M.& T.) for the last 15 years mostly getting tires replaced, and sometimes I would get an oil change and or some minor mechanical work. I have always been happy with the results and the cost was reasonable. Most of the mechanical work I had done at MufflerMan for the last 18yrs until recently, they used to be really good but they got greedy and sloppy on my vehicle the last couple of times. Took my vehicle in and it was a long weekend and after 5 long days it still wasn't fixed properly it was going to cost me around $1500+ in new parts (because they don't guarantee used parts anymore only new). So I picked up my vehicle and called a tow truck and my vehicle was towed to O.A.M.& T and told the mechanic here everything that had been done in the last 5 days. The O.A.M.& T. mechanic was able to diagnose and order the parts needed the next day, have it installed, have everything working, and back to me and he also fixed the ABS light that was on for about 7yrs, (MufflerMan said it was ok it just means you have normal brakes but they could turn the light off for a small fee). My vehicle was fixed properly and within a day, and the bill was for a lot less. We now have ABS working. From now on I will be bringing my vehicle here to O.A.M.&T. for most or all mechanical work that is needed. Thank you.☺

This is a good place to change winter tires or summer viceversal. However, most of the time if you have to visit the store either you need to book appointment ahead or likely to wait long custemer waiting line, especially during winter.

We have been taking our vehicles to OAM for years and wouldn't go anywhere else for tires or service work. They are honest and accomodating. Our most recent repair is a testament to the company's ethics. The driver's side windshield wiper stopped working. We expected it to cost a bit of money because we thought the motor was shot so expected it to be parts and labour...cha-ching!. When we picked the car up the total bill was $16. Turns out it was a loose washer so they only charged us a bit of time to fix and test. They could have easily padded the bill but they didn't. We wouldn't have know the difference. I also love that i have never felt treated 'less than' because I'm not a man!

Dont beleive the 5 star reviews. Seems as though people are okay with mediocre service for a good price. I know I was 2 years ago when I bought and had winter tires installed there. I went back this winter and bought and had 4 new winter tires installed. Note, the people on the phone have no customer service experience or ability to take down or give you any accurate information. I asked repeatedly over the phone if the new winter tires I was buying for my new car were on rims... no rims when i got there. Had clearly explained that I bought a new car... hence the new much larger wheels. But that hadn't been updated in their system which was relayed to me as though it was my fault. And yes waited longer than normal for the tire change even though I was on time for my appointment at 9am when they opened and it was not busy. 2 weeks later I get a flat tire. I live in Toronto and called to see what advice/assistance they offered to fix the tire. Was just told to get CAA or drive over 100km on a fully flat tire to have them fix it (my car doesnt have a spare, which i had already explained to the guy on the phone). Instead of risk my safety I had the tire fixed...in less than 30 mins at a Mr Lube. I drove to OAM the next day on my now safe to drive on tire and had to retell my whole story even though the man i spoke to on the phone was at the counter. Was treated incredillllly poorly. Told I should've know about the warranty on the tires and that they offer tow reimbursement through a specific company (though i was never really given the full information about that) even though that wasn clearly not an option provided to me when i called. The man at the counters attitude was incredibly misogynistic and i was told several times i should've called before i came in and went to get the tire fixed... even though i obviously had since i had booked an appointment!!! My bf was with me and the man turned to speak with my bf at several points in the conversation even though the car is solely mine and under my name and my bf was not even engaged in the conversation. This went on to the point where I had to ask why he was speaking directly to my bf. Have absolutely never been in this type of situation before at any mechanic/auto/tire place. Google needs to make 0 stars a possibility. I have a warranty there... apparently, but wont even be back to claim that. I'll definitely be going somewhere else if anything happens to these tires.

I have been seeing Joe since the early 90s and although he's very busy, he and his staff are great! The prices here are unbeatable, even better than Costco! Joe and his staff KNOW TIRES! They will ask a series of questions to see what tire works for you but either way you will get a fantastic tire and deal! Will always return!

I had an amazing experience here. This place deserves better reviews. I bought a standard car and booked an appointment to get it saftied. I couldn't even get the car out of my parking lot (not knowing how to drive standard, thought I'd push my boundaries and force myself to learn). I missed my 9am appointment because I simply couldn't drive the car to the shop. They called me and asked if I was running late....almost in tears I told them that I was still learning to drive the car and was having a very hard time. Joe had two mechanics DRIVE TO MY HOUSE to pick the car up. Hw couldve just said something like "oh well! Come in when you're ready!!" I really appreciate his genuine concern over the situation, it made me feel so relieved. I went to pick the car up with a friend that drives standard, knowing I couldn't drive it home. Holly, at the front desk hopped in my car and tried to show me the ropes, again, she didn't HAVE to do that, but it reeeally made my day. Those two things meant so much to me because I was INCREDIBLY stressed out and they helped me out so much. Really great people. Thank you so much Joe, Holly, Nick, and everyone else that works there! Will definitely be recommending you guys!

Terrible experience we had at this place. In short, the guy working on the van did not lift it from the right places. bending the whole vehicule. The worst part was that when the vehicule was picked up, they did not have the descency of telling the problem they had. Untli we where putting gasoline we noticed the body totally deformed. When talking to one of the main head guys the answer was. Well... it is hard to know where to lift from all the vehicules! I am just leaving that here for you to think about it

DO NOT COME HERE! Came here for years and even referred a lot of business their way. Now I feel bad for the family and friends that use them. Ripped me off on repairing a tire (that they did not repair because it blew 4 days later). Had my winter tires there and when I had them replaced and asked for my summer tires to be put in the back of my car, the guy huffed said thats going to be a lot of work and tried staring me down. Poor service and bad experiences.

Price is above average, have taken my car in to have work done and only part of it was done. Then a major repair was done and there was no guarantee when the workmanship failed. I had another garage call them and they still did not stand behind their work.

Last friday had an appointment at 4 for snow tires. 5 pm rolls around they finally bring the vehicle in, couldn't call ahead of time to say they were running behind. When I phoned to say i had someone that's been sitting there for an hour waiting and it hasn't even been brought in yet the girl on the phone was incredibly rude told me they're busy and it is what it is pretty much. I don't think i've ever been spoken to in the tone she had as a customer. I went into the store to speak to someone about it as we also purchased the tires from them I was asking for a discount on the tires, they told me no. After I left the girl that I spoke to on the phone started talking to her coworkers about me saying "too bad for her". They also told another customer to leave after he got upset about the same issue. Terrible customer service and time management. No longer bringing our vehicles there, stay away!

Had an appointment for 1pm today to get a new set of tires put on and a 4 wheel alignment done. The guy at the counter said my car will be the next one going on around 1:30pm. After waiting until 2:15pm I went up to the counter to ask when my car will be going in. The man at the counter was the older mechanic who I have dealt with previously and had a good experience. I had made arrangements with the Asian gentleman (I think his name is Jerry) that he will allow me to drive my car into the bay as I was more comfortable with this (my car is lowered). So I had my keys with me. When I asked the older gentleman when my car is going in he said my work sheet has been sitting on the counter here for an hour and they were looking for the keys. I told him that I have them with me since I'm driving the car in and that you guys could have called my name to ask me for the keys since I have been sitting there for almost an hour and a half. Then he started getting rude and started yelling at me and was shaking his head as he walked away. I immediately cancelled my appointment and will no longer be going back there. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Was a regular customer here. They used to be great, fast and competitively priced. I bought a premium set of tires for my wife's SUV 2 years ago. They wore prematurely and were bald after 30k. They were covered by warranty. First the guy at the desk started yelling at me for coming in and told me that there was no warranty on any tires. I asked to speak to the manager, who is the guy I normally deal with. He came out, inspected the tires, took pictures, copies of my invoice, and confirmed the warranty. Said he had to call it in and would call me back. Never called back. This place has gone down hill. Too bad, I never used to shop around, just went here automatically for all of my tire needs. Have since bought another set of tires from Costco and I know I won't have any issues with warranty from there.

Usually i am not the one to complain but this time truly calls for it as this shop and service here was truly horrible. Being their customer of well over 10 years i took my car in order to fix the AC. I was charged 730 after three visits and AC still did not work. So took the car next day and it was in shop from 9 till 4 pm so when i got there they told me they did not know what was wrong with it and car needed to stay there more. As the blond lady on the front proceeded to tell me if you will argue with me then get out. So now after paying 720 dollars nothing was fixed i got told bring the car again and pay more for a problem they still had no clue what it was. I leave this comment for all the good folks out there looking for quality service and this place is my opinion lacks service and know how . If i could i would give it a zero, so over all my advice is to just stay away from people like this...

Bought four winter tires from them ,2 years ago .after this year when we changed them ,I noticed a bulge on top of tire ,when I brought it there they said it will probably be covered under warranty or some kind of discount,I never did get a call back for three weeks ,so I phoned them .it turns out that the young fellow that was helping me no longer works there, long story short they said they couldn’t help me because they weren’t balanced and the tire probably was on the front .so they originally balanced them and put them on the car,HOW IS THIS MY FAULT???.I informed them that we have bought 6 sets of tires off of them in the past ,they said they did care and that I could bring my businesses somewhere else in the future,so I will and tell other people too

awful experience. they don't tell customers that If they have to make a return their is a charge and you don't get a full refund. it's not written on your receipt or posted anywhere in the facility. the guy at the front desk is useless . lays back with his hands behind his head while you wait at the counter to be served. just an all round awful experience oh and when you call the male manager doesn't listen to you and yells at you on the phone and hangs up. because that's how you get customers to return. you call to speak to a manager and the front desk guy wants to get into your business of why you are calling and your name. just awful.

First of all the guy at the front desk doesn't even acknowledge you and when he does, is very unwelcoming. Aside from that, I had a car certified here. They didn't even look at it, wrote the certificate and sent it on its way. They wrote Zdeno cycle on the certificate not Ontario auto market which I thought was odd.(what are they trying to hide?) I took it back because there was 2 ball joints that were not even connected anymore the brake pads were no good and the rotors were warped. They fixed the ball joints and pads. Both the cheapest ones you can buy. They didn't even replace the warped rotors. Shady mechanics at this place.

I buy most of my tires there, prices are ok and usually no issue with swapping tires fall and spring. Recently had brakes done there only because it was convenient. I don't really trust them so I have some service booked at another garage for some needed work.

I had bought 2 sets of winters with rims from them last winter. The messed up and put 1 set of winters back on the summer rims. When I pointed out the issue, I was told I could buy even better rims in the summer. Ok I let this slide. In the spring I enquired about buying winter rims and doing the tire swap. I had no problems with paying for rims, however I was getting dinged full price for swapping for their error on not being able to read. I won't give them any more business, you're better off somewhere else.
