Love this place! Therese took me in Friday morning of a long weekend! My RAM truck needed an oil change, my tail pipe needed fixing, and I had an incessant rattle in the heating duct under the passenger seat for the last 6 months. When I told them of all these details all I heard was "no problem" and it was done in 30 min. Doesn't get better than that! Incidentally Bustard gave me the run around and told me maybe 2 hours and might need some replacement parts bla bla bla. I walked out and called Therese. Best decision I made all week :)

Hi. I wanted to write this review to convey my impressions from the day I last visited Beverly Tire on Victoria St. Kitchener. I have been a customer of this Service Centre for about six years and so happy with their services which is obvious from my repeated years of loyalty. John the manager was away that day and Neil was taking care of business like a swan dance. I observed a couple of hours of operations taking place at the desk. I was there that day, to have a few services done to my car. Due to the time of year called winter, & the beginning of the snow tire frenzy, Beverly Tire was very busy with appointments, phone calls & walk-ins looking for service that day. Neil handled the hectic activities with a friendly calm & efficient manner and the customers left happy with Neil resolving their problems or setting up future appointments. I feel confident with this Beverly Tire's services, willingness to help and their sense of fairness. Good Auto Shop!

Just another regular tire swap place. Don’t trust your car for anything other than a simple tire change with their mechanics. My A/C was not working and they said I had to replace the whole compressor and was going to cost $1500. Took it to another mechanic turns out it was just the valve stem leaking. Charged it with refrigerant, he tightened the valve with a screwdriver and is working now for less than 1 hour fix and just the labour was charged. Never coming back again...

I had positive experiences with the location on University Ave in Waterloo but changed to this location as it was closer to home. BIG mistake. I got quotes done up for Front Struts and a Timing Belt kit for a 2003 Civic. Struts quoted at $1200 and the Timing Belt Kit at $1000!!! I thought something was very wrong with those quotes and I called a variety of other shops in the area to get comparison quotes. What a surprise to find out that the highest price quoted at other shops for the Struts was $850 and the Timing Belt kit came in at $550!!! Clearly this shop is a rip off and only out to take you for as much money as they can. What a shame because I am happy to give all my business to a shop that treats me fairly. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere and avoid dealing with this shop at all costs.

Totally impressed with this location at Bleams Rd. and Homer Watson in Kitchener. I purchased coupons through Wagjag for as few years. I have 2 vehicles and get them serviced 2 times a year. Both of us retired, we find that the service intervals fit properly. When I collect my vehicle and notice "tire dressing", that's above and beyond. Thank you, Therese and staff. You have a hook on me. In addition, they you a great selection of winter tires

Got told there was multiple things wrong with my car and tried to scare my parents and I into thinking there were major problems with the front end of the car so we had my cousin A former mechanic look over the car and said that the shocks were worn we got your garage to replaced them and guess what it fixed the problem we also had beverly tire fill up (not change) the transmission fluid because we blew a line And we fixed the line so we just needed it filled and charged us $100 for labour and $150 for the fluid long story we got the shocks replaced at your garage by the Gemini dealership and it was done quick and for a reason able price so if your looking for quality service I recommend giving your garage a try before Beverly tire

Bunch cheater under one roof, no customer service, sought at customer, in diagnosis hub assembly was off and break needs to be change total repair cost $930. Suddenly next day they change their mind and told emergency break is issue. So what they diagnose in their initial dignosis? Either they don't have right mechanic or their intention are not clear. Still it cost me roughly $780 without changing hub assembly and the main reason was repair humming sound coming from rear wheel but still not fixed after spending $780. It seems if you don't have a mechanic knowledge you are the right customer for them to make money. Pls be aware , Do not consider even last option for repair.. You definitely get cheated.. Finally your wish.

Best service in town hands down! ... Have used a number of shops in town but no one has performed like these guys have. Gary and Terese have continually provided great service at reasonable prices, and will even try to save you money where they can. All repairs are discussed BEFORE any work has been done, with their best estimate of costs, which generally come in less. Recent service repairs to my truck fixed 2 issues which repeated visits to another repair shop never resolved. One very happy customer here

Broken valve stem on our dodge truck. We are going camping and needed it fixed asap. They took the truck in and repaired it right away. We thought we would need to replace the sensor in the tire which was an additional $80. They could have just went ahead with changing the sensor, but once they looked at it they realized they could fix it at a much lower cost!! Great service, friendly staff! Well done Beverly Tire!

I went to have an alignment check and found it was a tire problem. Ian at the desk was really helpful and patient and Ken the mechanic was very informative and professional, even saving me some money for the new (used) tire. The only bad thing was the gasoline smell that was drafting into the reception area. Otherwise, I would recommend this location. I would return.

I've tried to give them business twice to no avail. First I asked them to order rim hub rings and gave them the exact specs. 4 days with no communication and I called and they weren't able to source them. Ended up ordering online and got them in 2 days. I took a tire into them that had a screw in it. I was told to wait half an hour. Came back and they said it wasn't fixable, but were willing to sell me another tire for $225. I took my tire to another shop and they fixed it for free. I'm not wasting my time on them anymore and suggest you don't.

I've been coming here for a few years to get my tires changed over. I was there last Friday and noticed I had a tail light out so asked to have done. So shocked when I got home and looked at my receipt that I got charged $25 to replace a tail light bulb! It's my own fault for not asking cost and for not checking my invoice when I paid (trust). I'm used to that kind of thing being done as a courtesy when you're already paying for services close to $100, and not my first time here. I didn't ask because I didn't dream it would cost that much. $5 or $10 yes, but $25 to replace a tail light bulb is a rip-off. I was considering getting my exhaust system repaired here but not after that. I'll go to the shop that does those little things as a courtesy. Lesson learned! Nov. 22 - Thanks for the response. I will still come here was just disappointed that's all. I always get good service here. I appreciate the explanation but I imagine it's the same way my regular mechanic shop does it and not once have they charged me for five or ten minutes work. And with an older vehicle I have given them lots of business and will continue to do so for the mechanical issues. Some shops charge for every little thing, some don't. That's your prerogative.

I brought my van in to get my winter tires put on and to get a full tune up. I basically gave them a blank cheque to make sure my van was in tip top shape. They called to tell me that everything was good and nothing was needed! Now THAT'S what I call an honest repair shop!

They are terrible. I went to go get an alignment for $109 and they pointed out my car was unable to be aligned due to ceased parts. Anyways they showed me what needed to be replaced and I simply told them I didn’t want it. However they say they want to continue trying and I let them which was a huge mistake. They begin to mess around and order parts because they break the part I told them not to touch. Now I’m paying 312$ for one little bolt in which I did not want replaced and no alignment was done because now I can’t afford it. If I got the alignment done the total would be $570. Basically I got ripped off, DO NOT GO HERE.

For me, it’s all about being known and cared for. Beverly Auto and Tire does that. When I call about my seasonal tire needs, they recognize my name and treat me with the utmost care. Not the usual service I'm used to receiving from the Cambridge location. The office team requires clarification regarding service multiple times over the telephone, and makes the same errors upon arrival. Failure to notify clients from Cambridge regarding having to wait outside during service, delays in receiving service despite booking time in advance, and having to clarify service to be completed multiple times without sincere apologies is not reflective of the service I come to expect from Beverly Tire & Auto Team. I should not have to clarify that my winter tires need to be rotated on the vehicle, and to be asked if they are on rims multiple times! Of course my snow tires are on rims - they are on the vehicle needing to be rotated - not changed or swapped out! This is NOT related to the CoVID-19 crisis - this is poor office service and poor communication. The service completed on the vehicle was adequate.

Poor review is not reflective of the fact that they couldn't accommodate my needs, but just the way I was spoken to. If anyone at Beverly reads these review, as a service based business, I'd highly recommend speaking to potential customers in a more professional manner. Luckily for the consumer, there are plenty of tire installation and purchase options available.
