Prearranged Oil change for the Linc to be left when they had time. 2 hrs later they called all done. They also included a comparative quote for the rear brakes, noting they are needed to be done. I have always given them an oppertunity to do the work. Both my wife and daughter have found them to be excellent to them. See u soon but not too soon.

Just another bully repair shop that always looks to take advantage of its customers. If you bring your car in outlining one problem, they'll charge you for additional inspection ($150) and find another 5 things "wrong" with it to jack up the price. Very dishonest and shameful.

Ok selection and great staff. Overall they will get you your run of the mill tires at a good price. Don't expect to get anything specific like sports tires but if you are looking for all seasons or winter's then they are the place to go.

Had 2 front axles replaced. 6-8 weeks later, both of my front bearings were shot. Any car enthusiast knows that too rough tools (sledge hammer) should never be used to free axle from bearing. Careless workmanship.

I walked in to get my winter tires changed over including taking my summer tires off the rims and replacing them with my winters. I expected the make an appointment response and the manager,John Vickell said, "do you have time now"? I said, "oh boy do I ever"! He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I listened in on his conversations in the lobby with other customers and phone customers as well. I used to teach customer service techniques and service courses in my previous career so I'd like to state that I believe that I know good service when I see it. When my car was completed, I, like most people hate having to pay for the service much like going to the dentists office!! It's painful! Well, I really enjoyed my experience. I asked John for a business card and I told him that I most assuredly will be back and that I would refer my friends to Beverly tire. He gave me a few quotes on a whole new set of tires for my other car as well. All in all, my hats off to John for taking my car in with no appointments and to his staff for doing a great job. He is a true professional indeed. Thanks again.

Very disappointing experience. Had my BMW in for a winter tire mount and install. Tire inflation specs are clearly written on the inside of the door they were way over-inflated. My tech just changed the wheels and said the lugs on winters were so over torqued he was concerned there could be damage to the wheel hubs. They threw the summer tires onto my back seat so carelessly that there was mud and dirt all over the leather. There was also some damage to the door jam which I don't believe was there before coming here. After being assured that they had experience working with euro cars they let me down in every way possible and now i may have to incur further cost to repair damage which I believe they caused. I'll never bring another car here again ever.

$60 + tax (over $70) for seasonal tire change with tires on rims is way above average cost in KW. There are businesses in KW offering the same service for $40. Thats where my dollars will be spent in the spring when my cars need to have summer tires intstalled.

Arrived a few minutes before my appointment and was promptly and politely greeted by manager. Service technician took vehicle and completed requested work promptly and efficiently. Did a quick check list review of vehicle and found things were okay. Topped up all fluids and checked and topped up air pressure in all tires to ensure safe driving. Completed all work and brought vehicle for delivery to me.

Service was courteous, prompt and efficient. Technicians are well trained. I also had a slow leak in a tire, today, May 17, 2021. I called and was given an appointment time of 1:00 p.m. I arrived a few minutes early, and the car was taken in at 1:00 p.m. The technician fixed the tire, and told me I had a small screw in the tire which caused the leak. The receptionist and the technician were courteous, the work was done promptly and I was on my way again. Thanks for a job well done!

Original: Edit follows. Went there on 13/09 to get a leak patched. Fast, good price, everyone I talked to was friendly, but someone stole about $5 in change out of my center console. A shame, I would have returned. Edit: I was contacted the next morning by both the owner and the manager. They were appropriately horrified, and detailed their investigation as well as offering me a full refund. Things happen, but it's how you react after the fact that matters. They clearly care about their business.

Be aware of this company and always ask for a second opinion! My husband took his van to be fixed and after he was paying over 100$ for diagnostic ,they told him he has to change his head gasket which would cost him around 3000$ according to their estimate. Because the van is not old(2014 edition) we paid for another auto repair company to run the test and let us know why we were losing the coolant! Needless to say, we got a different diagnostic and the van was fixed for 685$. We should go back for refund, but my husband did not want to! Sadly this week went there again, paid them 169$ for diagnostic and again they gave him wrong diagnostic and was sent to dealership because the van cannot be fixed just by them. So finally ,today my husband went there and told them about how they are running their business and got $169 back. Guys, just because we are emigrants and we have accent when we are talking is not automatically means we are stupid! We are definitely done doing business with you!

Shocking to say the least on the customer service and the amount of time it takes for them to complete something. Almost impossible to get in touch or get a response from. My insurance company couldnt get ahold of the dealer for 2-3 days straight.

Totally unprofessional service. Technician damaged the new spike lugs ( red anodized steel lugs ), chipped all of them during uninstalling the wheels. Of course they were denying that, and I have been told "it was like that and this was caused by little stones" !!! It is funny because I caught them doing it in middle of it and I did worn them. Point is.. they don't want to take care of that, they don't want to replace them. On top of that I have been treated as a stupid customer who doesn't know anything.... This is one of those shops... If you care about your car how does it look like than you should consider looking other places... ....few days later, they have decided to pay the replacement value of those damaged lugs and also they add valve caps which they forgot to put it back at first place.... at the end... problem fixed.

Wife went in to Beverly tire to get tire repaired. By the way I'm a licenced mechanic and train by Goodyear in tire maintenance and repair. Nail in tire is 2.75 inches from side wall. Front counter person say that tire can not be repair. Not so. 2 inch plug patch will not be compromise tire integrity. They tryed to up sell a tire that was not needed. I purchased tires from same company for my dodge ram worth 2500 dollars approx and they didn't even last half the expected mirage and have discussed this issue with Beverly tire and they would not back up their warranty. Several months ago wife had car in for service and they didn't put car back to gether properly(air inlet system) which resulted in mass air sensor codes and disability issues till I looked at car and found their neglect. Took picture and corrected. Brought this to their attention and they didn't care. I did give them one stare because there was nothing less. Be ware of this company female's. Don't think your best interests are the top of their list. Proffet at any cost seems to be top of the list. If you have repairs needing attention I would strongly suggest Gord Castors shop. Has been in business for long time. Decades. Same owner. Same technicians. Never changed hands. Like they say don't mess with perfection.

Took my car in here because I was having problems with my brakes. They looked over everything and said my brake pads were still good. Front ones being 8mm and back ones being 6mm. They said the only problem was the brake fluid. After all this was done cost over $240. Took car off the lot and instantly was making the same noise as before. Took it to another shop my front brakes were only 2mm, and back ones being 3mm, desperately need replacing. Will never be returning to a shop that lies about its work!
