However, when I needed some 285/35R19s mounted to new wheels they were attentive to my concerns about scratches to the wheels and spent the extra time to get them mounted without a scratch. Took my BMW in for second set of Michelin (very happy with first set & service) I noticed the mechanic attempting to lift the hood with difficulty until assisted by another. Didn't think much of it until I went to add washer fluid and discovered both the 'kidney' grill inserts broken and hanging loose as the mechanic had tugged on them trying to lift the hood. When I delt with them originally (first set) they were very professional, clean & efficient and a place anybody would take a high end car. Now, the original owner & founder has retired and the company has slid to the bottom. Won't go there again.

Only had work done there because of a dealer warranty, and as a mechanic myself Vanzuylen should be embarrassed to claim being a reputable shop. Incorrectly installed axles, sheared off and completely missing studs they neglected to reinstall, and damage to body work they did later, it's good to know that sound and feeling from the front end was from a rear brake pad that was "too thick and rubbing" and nothing to do with their repair. Until threatened with legal and college of trades action that is.

They were able to fit us in really quickly, and got us out of there with no drama no upselling, and at a fraction of the price we were expecting. They did a great job!

Don't know what went on when I got my tires changed over but a carpet that was in my car must have been taken out and left on the greasy floor for workers to walk all over. Greasy boot prints all over it with what looks to be salt stains as well. Had good service here before but I've not heard any apology for them damaging a brand new carpet. Will not be using them in the future.

Terrible . took my truck there Friday for an all wheel alignment when I got there I told the mechanic about a slight noise in the rear end. BEFORE the truck went in the garage after they drove it around the block. Took it in . I'm assuming poped the rubber rear diff plug out wich 7 garages in the area said won't fall out on its own . did not put it back in . drove it 4 blocks away . visited family . the perseded to drive home when the rear end siezed in it for the fluid came out the drain hole . my son the walked the path back to the garage taking pictures of the diff fluid on the road to vanzuylens parking lot and that's the only traces of fluid and where it began . denying they ever did anything when evidence shows they did . and told us sorry for our loss by the rude manager Scott!!

I have purchased high quality tires and had repairs done as well over the years. They've always gone above and beyond. They've also advised me of other mechanical issues not related to the work I brought it in for. These issues were previously known to me but not mentioned to them. The other work was going to be taken care of through my warranty where I purchased the car. I advised them of that fact but had it not been covered by warranty, I would have happily had Vanzuylen complete the work. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We deal with an area sales rep. Through him we scheduled a wheel alignment and new steer tires for a highway tractor. Arrived for my appointment time and went into the reception area. Due to Covid there was a questionnaire that I filled out. I am a truck driver. I cross the border. Upon checking one of the boxes on the questionnaire 'yes' the person behind the desk quite rudely ran into the shop and yelled at the mechanic climbing into my truck "get out of that truck!" From that moment on I was treated like some sort of a leper. Not a "sorry sir this is our policy" or "I am sorry, but we can't help you at this time". I felt that I was being kicked off the property. No one there even had the decency to help me back on the busy road they are on. I understand these covid policies and have been refused service before, but each time someone has taken the time to explain everything. These people were rude and treated me very poorly. I will not return and they lost out a approximately $2500.00 + sale.

Shocked after many years of doing business, referred many customers over the years. today I was told 3 weeks to have 6 tires balanced. I was not even expecting job to be done today. Took tires to ATTERSLEY TIRECRAFT PETERBOROUGH, Attersley said it would be done by end of day, they called an hour later to say tires are ready for pick up.

Seriously good place to get your tires serviced. Great staff, fair prices and the kind of professional service that wont try to sell you something you don't need. I bought a set of tires from here a month ago and just took the car in to see if it needed alignment. They checked it over and said everything was fine as it is: air pressure, alignment and balancing were spot on. No charge.

I have dealt with Derek and his team for many years. I bought Michelin tires in 2014. I have 41ks on them and I now need new fronts. I did not rotate them which is my bad. I went back and the service was very poor. I will not go back. they seem to be too busy for the general public. they cater to the OPP and city police. great contracts but the general public is just as important.
