They could not balance tires, after trying twice, and asked to pay additional fee. I took the car to another garage, and they balanced the tires on the first try -- they said ice and snow was stuck on the wheels.

We had a high pressure power steering fluid line blow up on us on the way to Ottawa late Friday afternoon. Gunnar couldn't get a part for my car that late but managed to rig a line to get us back on the road. The man is magic. If I didn't live so far away I would definitely use Peterson's for all my service needs. Price was extremely reasonable as well. This shop deserves a 6 star rating

If they suspect you don't know cars you will be paying for parts you don't need at stupid prices. Apparently I needed all "three" hoses for my power steering pump replaced... each one over "$150" after they eye balled leaks. Watch out for the greasey ones!

Really great service! I had a flat tire and even though they did not have my tire or rim size, the guys made numerous phone calls to locate replacements. Other than that, the service was quick and friendly. Would completely recommend!

I had an issue come out of nowhere with my back brake and needed it fixed quickly as I'm not from here and needed my truck, it was Friday at 330 so I was worried I would be stranded all weekend. I called and they said to come in and they took care of it right on the spot for me. Very appreciative of what they did for me.
