Overall I've very happy with the service I've had here, and with the new Summer tires I had installed. One exception: In an effort to save me some $, the shop suggested turning my brake drums to fix a braking problem. That worked for maybe a week or two and then the car was back in the shop getting new drums installed. Now I know better ... just replace the parts!

They charge you for parts they don't install. They bombard you with a list of parts they tell you that you need right away that you don't need in reality. What liars and theives. Quite possibly the worst garage in North America.

We stopped in here after getting a flat tire on the highway. Staff was very friendly, and sent us out with a new tire relatively quickly. Unfortunately when they put our spare tire back in our trunk, they broke the clip that connects our subwoofer.

Great sales experience a week ago. Helpful and offered great prices. Today however changed my opinions. They provided the option of having winter tires put on rims and I could pick them up so I didn't have to wait for a installation date (2 weeks+). This was fine because it was a busy time of year. I called today (1 week later) and asked on the progress of getting the tires (which were in stock) onto the steel rims. I was told "I don't know", I politely asked if he could give me a ballpark and he said "no". He then proceeded to let me know he could make no estimate of when they would be done - days, weeks? Nothing. I can understand being busy, but brushing off a customer who just dropped $1000 on tires is just rude. I will be looking at my options around cancellation and hopefully taking my business elsewhere.

Bought good year wrangler all terrain tires ..less than 25000 klms and they are shot! One tire wire was thru the rubber..will never buy Good Year tires again.

Had my truck towed to Jiffy because it wouldn't start. Was told it only needed spark plug wires. It was an affordable fix. It was fixed and on the road within an hour. Good to find a shop that doesn't rip you off.

We've been going to Jiffy for years. We love these guys. A good mechanic and auto service is like gold. I popped in today, hoping to get my windshield wipers replaced and Tom, our mechanic, was right there. Within minutes I was back on the road. I tell all our friends about Jiffy. They're honest,helpful and know their cars. It's the only place we go for service!!!!! Thank you Jiffy!!!

Brought a 2017 vehicle for the Ontario motor vehicle safety inspection a few weeks ago as I came back from another province. The customer service was very reasonable and accommodating as I wanted a quick appointment so I can get my Ontario plates back on. Obviously there was not going to be anything wrong with a well-maintained, new sports car. However, I asked specifically if they would be taking the wheels off as the lugnuts would have to be torqued to spec (preferably by hand and then re-torqued later). The service desk said they would torque it by hand, and offered to re-torque them if I returned after driving it. The lugnuts were not torqued by hand(I watched) but by air tool and upon return home, I hand-torqued them only to find out that some lugnuts, and on one wheel 4/5 nuts, were LESS THAN HALF torque spec, let alone to proper spec. That is a safety hazard. I'm mechanically inclined and take care of these things myself but many people do not check their lugnuts after wheel changes. The average person may continue driving with an unsafe vehicle until a wheel fell off on the highway. I called a few days later to advise of this incident which the service desk simply said, 'oh I'm sorry to hear that. Thanks for letting us know. We'll look into it on our end.' There was no follow up to me as a concerned customer either.

A very positive experience this afternoon. On my way home to Ottawa I had sudden car trouble in the middle of busy traffic. Once towed to Jiffy, my problem was looked at and sorted out with very short delay. The young woman at the desk was very helpful and sensitive to my stressed state. Thank you again, and I understand why the tow truck driver recommended your business.
