After spending a few days looking for the perfect vehicle to replace my 2010 Corolla, I found the perfect vehicle here at Car1. I have never shopped for a new vehicle at a non manufacturer dealer before. They had tons of Nissan Rogues to choose from and I found the pricing very aggressive. I had Ben for my sales representative and he was very down to earth, and professional. I really enjoyed the fact I got top $ for my trade in, I was offered very low amounts at dealerships for trade in but Car1 took my car to an online auction and it fetched more then I had expected which added to my experience. The delivery was smooth on the vehicle and Ben made himself available to complete the transaction. Although I did not end up financing he did also fetch an awesome rate for me to consider going that route as well. My only problem I had/have with my entire experience is there are no floor mats with my new 2016 Nissan Rogue SV which It had in the vehicle prior to purchasing but must have been forgotten during the final detail. Not sure if Ben will get back to me on it, but none the less very minor issue. Thank you car1 and Ben for my new ride. So glad I stopped at your location, and I'll be sure to recommend.

I've never had a more professional person handle everything Leslie the dealer was absolutely amazing. I would rather leave her a 10 star review. Well, I only had my vehicle for just under 3 months. the engine, without warning, blew. The tech and the entire staff worked to find a new engine to put in and found out it was covered under warranty. They worked for 22 hours to get my car up and running and even getting a new battery. They kept me in the loop the entire time letting me know exactly what needed and was being done. Now my car is driving better than it did whenbi first recieved it. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. When I bought my car they were really good with staying in my price range and going over different vehicles with me. There wasn't any pressure to buy "extras". Overall, it was a good experience. Their service department is great. When my battery died in a store parking lot they came out to boost me, so I could get home. Their vehicle pickup/drop off service is fantastic. It really helps me out since I have a toddler. I do wish that their 30 day warranty was longer, maybe 90 days, but other than that I have no complaints.

The worst experience I will never buy a car from there again. The car had problems! While my car was being fixed under warranty. They promise to cover some of the cost of my rental that was $800 and never did. Although the fund was suppose to go to helping a family member get medical treatment. I had to pay out of my pocket. Which I shouldn’t have to pay anything at all. All I got was a nasty text message from Ryan of how I would not be getting my money back after 3 months of waiting and still to this day nothing Ridiculous!

We came to CarOne for a purchase two years ago and were delighted by my wife's experience. This time we came back having 5 days to purchase a vehicle before holidays. Not gonna happen right? Edit: Look at their response to me. Nothing to say about falsifying the information and lying about the warranty?? This dealership using sales methods that are unethical, probably even illegal. First of all, the general manager of the dealership has been fined in the past for unethical practices. They’re refusing to refund their “fully refundable deposit” saying that they keep the deposit if a bill of sale was signed. That’s not what fully refundable means and signing a voidable bill of sale is not binding. Sarah and Tiffany were the ones I dealt with. They lied to the bank on my financing application by falsifying the time I have been with my employer and also falsified my gross monthly income. They tried to charge $1500 worth of financing and dealer fees and warranties on the loan claiming that the lender (Scotiabank Dealer Advantage) said that I have to have a warranty to get financing approval at a 9.99% interest rate. I called the lender myself, spoke to a supervisor who confirmed my suspicion that the dealership was trying to rip me off and they don’t make anyone buy a warranty for financing. That alone is misrepresentation to both me and the lender which would void a contract and a financing agreement. I come back at them with a cash offer and then they started to plead for a way to keep the financing agreement so that they can still receive an incentive fee from the bank. One of the ways was... surprise, surprise, dropping the warranties. No thanks, I will not give them anymore money than needed. On the cash offer, they tacked on a $500 warranty cancellation fee and the CarFax that they claim comes free with every car is actually something they try to make you pay for. I’m not a lawyer but that $500 warranty cancellation fee doesn’t seem legal to apply since the first contract was full of reasons why the contract is null. Yes I did sign the bill of sale and cancel it but misrepresentation is a valid clause to rescind on it. Don’t do business with them. I’ve reported them to OMVIC and will be doing the same to every other regulatory body I can and reporting them to Scotiabank Dealer Advantage.

In my wildest dreams, I never thought I'd buy a car online and have it delivered to me without seeing it up close or test driving it first. But when my old car's engine caught fire and left me without a vehicle, that's exactly what I had to do. A couple of week earlier I knew that my old car was on its last legs so already started shopping online for a replacement. I'd had my eye on the 2015 Nissan Versa Note on CarOne's website for about a week, and done all my research about the model. CarOne's multiple professional photos let me see what I was in for and what to expect. The car looked *too* clean and perfect in the photos and I wondered at first if these were Nissan's stock photos, but no, they were actual photos of a beautifully detailed and sparkly car. They showed me everything I needed to see. The buying process was easy. A credit card deposit held the car while I arranged for a bank draft for the balance. I dealt with Ben at CarOne and he was always quick to respond with my questions or getting me the necessary paperwork for my insurance company. He arranged for new plates and had the car delivered to my home (for a reasonable fee) and ba-da-boom, three days later I had a new-to-me used car -- in perfect, squeaky clean condition -- sitting in my driveway. I handed over the bank draft on delivery. The whole process couldn't have gone easier. I can't speak highly enough of Ben and my experience and would definitely recommend CarOne to anyone worried about buying a car online. They took such good care of us, and of the car we bought. What a relief it is to have a reliable vehicle again. And with minimal stress and fretting I usually go through when replacing a vehicle!

Although I had to wait a bit when I went to pick up the truck, the staff were great and made me feel comfortable. I am with the free oil change maintenance program. When taking my car In for an oil change I mentioned my trunk wasn’t working and my back windshield wiper needed to be fixed. We are very disappointed, after we drove an hour after being quoted a price for the car which was in the price range in which we discussed. The sales rep did not inform us before coming that the interest rate and term changed. So the price of the car jumped significantly. We understand they have no control over the rate the bank gives, as it is based on credit. What we are blow away by is the lack of communication. The price changed 3 times and we were never informed. We discovered the difference when reviewing the paperwork, and asked why we weren't informed that the rate and term changed. Our answer was I'm sorry we typically have people come in and go over the rates. When I asked why didn't you tell us about the rate change we were told that is reviewing the paperwork is how they inform us. The sales manager is no better after us explaining the situation they offered to waive the licencing and free oil changes. When we told them that 300$ does not make sense for a 4k different the sales manager asked us what we want and we informed him that the price we were quoted is what we want and he said no. I made a review for CarOne in the past, but felt like deleting it and making another one as I recently had a wonderful experience with the service team and Ryan. Today, I went into the service centre a little disgruntled after a long exhausting week at my job for an issue I was having with the rear window on my SUV. I was greeted with a cheerful hello, which wasn’t enough to wipe away my grumpy mood (sorry again Kory). I was able to speak to Ryan who was incredibly thorough with his explanation on the extended warranty, detailing the different coverages it offered (something I didn’t really pay close attention to upon the purchase of my SUV). As well, Ryan’s demeanour was uplifting and you could tell that he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He was personable and relatable, something you sometimes don’t get when you enter car dealerships. Overall, my needs were more than met today. I got my SUV back with a detailed report of what was wrong with it. When I left I also felt horrible the way I greeted the lovely staff (sorry again!). CarOne is overall a great place to purchase a used car. It is honestly an experience in itself. Once you go in, you won’t want to leave (you will understand what I mean by this the moment you enter the building). It is evident by the atmosphere and reading the other reviews that that staff work their hardest to get you the deal you want, and they are all so pleasant and not pushy about it. I highly recommend buying from them as well as using their service center.

Overall very friendly staff. It's easy to joke around with them feel comfortable The place is cozy. Going for a test drive was easy and fun. Those are the pros. The cons are that i personally accepted to finance the vehicle that I bought from them even though that wasn't my first choice. I feel like was dissuaded from buying the vehicle in one shot and utimately I put myself in a worse financial situation by taking on a loan that I really didn't need. I came from out of town and so I would have had to make a trip back to the dealership to sign papers and again another time to pick up the vehicle. I feel like that situation was used to pressure me into signing the contract early. I wish I had done things differently. Nonetheless I'm mostly happy with my newly acquired vehicle and I would recommend CarOne for their good deals and their very friendly staff.

As such, if anybody else has an issue with their purchase and CarOne not holding up their end of the agreement, then there is a process through the Better Business Bureau of Canada, which is a non-profit that helps consumers reach a resolution for unique situations that the business wants to sweep under the rug.

I didn’t have the greatest experience trying to buy a vehicle from here. I was passed around like the salespeople didn’t want my business. The sales manager Arham was the first to pass me off because he was busy packing for a vacation, which is understandable, but then I was passed back after a couple of days trying to close it up. Being a consumer, I had to take initiative to reach out to the sales person only to receive a reply once in a while. It definitely felt like the dealership does not want the business. Regardless of the complications, I agreed to paying full listed retail only to receive the minimal service from the sales manager of the dealership. I was given the run around for a while, making it quite the frustrating transaction. There was also an active recall on the vehicle, and I was told that I would be responsible for taking care of it myself.

Update: we had driven our car for only a few months when we learned it needed all new breaks. And that there was a leak in the transmission. All of these things would have been seen had we taken the car in for servicing after purchasing. Unfortunately we did not do that as we had to leave the country quickly. Although the experience of buying the car seemed lovely and the people who worked at CarOne all seems so kind and nice, at the end of the day it would have been safer for us to know the brakes needed replacing, considering you can see that quite easily as we were shown by our current mechanics. We also looked up how to see if you need to replace your brakes and found the same information. I did contact the person who asked us to review at CarOne and let them know we had this issue. We have not heard from them. The mechanic at the dealership we brought out car to let us know that these would’ve been two issues that were noticeable upon a car inspection. We would’ve still purchased the car, but it would’ve been nice to know that we needed to put $1500 into it. And perhaps had that amount (or part of it) taken off the purchase of the car. Although we’ve now had the car since October, keep in mind we’ve only driven it for 2 1/2 months and we had it in an indoor, heated storage facility, being turned on once a day for us while we were out of the country dealing with personal matters. We had put less than 1200 km when we learned of the issues. During pandemic we haven’t had too much driving except to get groceries. We decided to bring it in for a check up after we had the wheels aligned and change for the summer. We believe in proactive measures when it comes to having a luxury vehicle. Turns out we should have done this long before. Overall I would just say although the experience of buying a car from this organization was really nice and simple, make sure you get a second opinion on anything that may be possibly wrong with the car. Thankfully it’s not a big issue because we did end up bringing it in for a service and found out before there was an actual problem that could’ve been very costly.

The worst customer service I've ever received. I strongly caution everyone to not trust anything the sales staff tell you. We put a deposit down for a used car, and have had nothing but lies regarding it. First, it was ready to go, then they needed to fix one thing. Then that one thing was a factory default, so it was taking longer than expected. Then, apparently, it was good to go (3 weeks later). But no, our sales person wasn't in, so we had to wait again ( I don't know why someone else couldn't have done the paperwork). Then, they were having a computer issue, and couldn't process the paperwork. Finally, 5 weeks after putting the deposit down, we go in for the car and find out they lied, and they never actually fixed that one problem. So we asked for our deposit back ($500!), but no, we have to wait until Monday when the manager is in to get it back! Don't shop here!

When I think of buying a car, I think of: frustration, pushy employee’s - smothering and persuading you to buy a vehicle that is out of your price range, or something you did not come looking for. In the beginning, my experience was great. They were helpful, sorting out my financing as quick as they could after my vehicle was wrote off in a car accident. I test drove my vehicle and told them that there was an issue with rotors/braking system and a pull in the car. I was advised that it would be looked at and fixed when they did the safety. They set up and fixed the chips in the paint. When I picked up my vehicle, I was advised that nothing was needed for the safety and that the rotors were catching but it wasn't worth shaving off 4mm or so of the rotors and that it would sort itself out in time. My rear speakers were also not working at all. 2 days after I picked up my car, air also noticed a dent in the passenger door. They refused to repair the rotors and advised me that if I wanted to replace them that rockauto.com had great prices. They wouldn't fix the rear speakers nor the dent in the door. I was called a liar by Ryan, the GM of Car One Kingston, telling me that my rear speakers work and they don't believe me that there is a severe pulsation in my steering wheels. I advised them that I would be going to OMVIC and the MTO, which I did. The rotors are warped. It gets worse every week. I was advised that the car was already listed under market value and that they wouldn't be fixing the issues with my 2020 car. MTO completed their inspection and now, I will have their assistance in trying to get my car in a good and safe working order. I understand that times are tough right now in the midst of a pandemic, but vehicle safety is of utmost importance. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service that I received. No oil change, almost empty fuel tank, cleaning of the vehicle was awful, leaving stains on the passenger seat that weren't even attempted to get out. Overall experience in the end was awful. Dealing with a car accident, injuries from my accident and having to deal with this, it was a very upsetting and disappointing experience. I would not recommend dealing with a sketchy business like Car One. Wish my review could be different, but unfortunately, this is the truth that I dealt with.

Initially I was pleased with the service. Andrea was pleasant and made buying a car easy. I still have no issue with my dealings with her, she was excellent. Things fell apart once I had to deal with the service dept. First the bluetooth on the car quit working the first day I had it. It needed a handsfree module that was over 1000.00. I am a 30+ year mechanic so I decided to try and repair the module myself, as the car has a 50/50 warranty on repairs for 30 days, and i didn't enjoy the idea of spending 5 or 6 hundred dollars on a repair. I was successful, saving myself and car one a large repair bill. It was my choice to repair the module, so I was still very happy with the service. I understand things don't always go smoothly when you sell a used vehicle, however the following week the thermostat in the car failed, causing it to start to overheat. I stopped on the side of the road and removed it so I didn't have to tow the vehicle from napanee. I called Car One and explained what happened and offered to pay for the antifreeze and install the new thermostat if they bought me one. I had checked allready and a thermostat was roughly 30 dollars, antifreeze is roughly the same price, so to my thinking we were both paying about half the cost of parts and I was supplying the labor for free. However when I went to pick up the thermostat they tried to charge me 80 dollars for it, which is more than full retail at every parts supplier I checked. I explained the part was 23.00 or 36.00 my cost and was told ohhh we can't get one that cheap, so I left and paid 100 percent of the repair myself. If you buy a vehicle here don't expect support if something breaks. Today I took my son out for a driving lesson, and asked him to apply the emergency brake after he parked on a hill only to discover it didn't work despite being safetied 2 weeks ago. It was a simple adjustment I performed myself once I got home. I have averaged the 5 stars I gave Andrea, with the 1 star I feel the service department deserves after their questionable pricing non existent warranty and poor safety Inspection for a total of 3 stars....

However, I made attempts to get in contact via SMS (How I contacted them) after a couple days of no contact. Finally after 2 weeks or more, I got thru to them via phone and was finally informed of what the lender had agreed. In the end, I didn't purchase the vehicle due to my own financial position but the lack of contact was unprofessional. So I only offer 2 stars because of this.

Update: Purchased my vehicle July 31st noticed immediately upon getting to Tim Hortons next door to CarOne that there was a passenger AirBag light on. Drove it all of 30 seconds. I messaged CarOne at once and they asked me to bring my car in to get it diagnosed. Upon looking at the car, I was told that they needed to order an AirBag sensor from Audi Kingston. A month went by with little communication from the dealership. They finally reached out and said that they had received the part and asked me to bring my vehicle in on Sept 11th. *The mistake I made, was not getting a receipt or a work order from them confirming the part being taken care of* Fast forward to March 15th The same AirBag light came back on and I brought my vehicle back to CarOne for my appointment at 9am and I was told it would take less than an hour to diagnose what the issue was. I was there for approximately 2.5 hours. They couldn't figure out what the issue was. I then asked if it could be a faulty sensor that they replaced on Sept 11th. The tech and the service lady then told me that they have nothing in their system indicating anything was replaced. This obviously brought up some red flags and when I spoke to their sales manager Ryan Beahen, he told me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that he would look into this issue. Not to mention the condescending attitude Ryan had with me on the phone. After about a week of asking for receipts and work orders to prove an "OEM" replacement back in September, I came to find out today that my car didn't receive an OEM part from Audi Kingston like I was led to believe. I also confirmed with Audi that they were never even in talks with CarOne to receive an AirBag sensor! Ryan then finally tells me that they replaced the AirBag sensor on my car with one off of another Audi vehicle they "wholesaled"! You would think that CarOne would at least put in a NEW OEM part seeing this is a major safety component in vehicle's. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM CARONE - They'll smile to your face during the purchase "experience" then give you the run around when it comes to any kind of service. They WILL cut corners to get vehicles on the road. Just read the rest of the bad reviews.

Trevor Cotton made me an offer I could not refuse. In May 2020, after showing interest in a Blue with White Top Mini Countryman, Trevor offered to ship the car to my Toronto home and allow me to test drive the vehicle for up to 5 days. When I asked if he would install a back up camera, he agreed to do so, risk free, as he said they had no doubt I would buy it. After agreeing to check on tire wear, and put together a custom warranty package, I spent the next few days getting insurance quotes, arranging for a garage to be built, and putting my finances in order.. I then contacted Trevor to ascertain the final arrangements and delivery date. After ignoring several texts, I contacted him through the CarOne.ca website and was blindsided by Trevor admitting he was not responsive because he had been busy qualifying and selling the car to someone else, all while keeping me in his back pocket in case the deal fell through. He literally stole and wasted a week from my life, and proved to be the typical and unethical Snake Oil Salesman. No hint of another buyer, no transparency, no disclosure. Told me I had bad timing. I never realized being first in line was bad timing! So Beverly, he may have appeared to be a “friend” or a Prince to you, but to me, he was all 7 Dwarfs, Sneaky, Shady, Slimy, Sleazy, Greedy, Lazy, and Cocky. Seems that he has rigged the website to Not Accept my review there so I will now waste more time to contact Goggle to report this as well. SO BEWARE! This was not fair treatment of a well intentioned customer. On the positive side, I will never have BUYER’S REMORSE, from this dealership. I hope you don’t either Beverly!

Initially I called and spoke with Andrew Molina about a car I had seen on the car gurus web site. UPDATE: the dealership has offered to pay 50% of the cost of repair. We accepted this. My daughter Nadine bought a 2017 mustang with these people. Within maybe two weeks she began to have mechanical issues, amongst others including a broken key that resulted in us being locked out of the car for hours. She reached out, did everything they asked her to, including get a quote from a mechanic and then they ghosted her completely. She reached out again a couple weeks later and they (one of the sales associates were now claiming that they had texted her all along and she’s out of her 30 day warranty. Pretty convenient don’t you think, that the message didn’t send and because of that her warranty is expired and they cannot help. It’s just ridiculous, you buy a car for thousands and thousands of dollars, they even delayed the buying to ensure it has no mechanical issues and then they can’t be bothered to fix it. We are not asking for our money back, or a refund we are asking they fix the car!. DO NOT LEAVE A REVIEW like they pressure you to in the office the day you sign, leave a review after it’s been at least month or so after your purchase!

My daughter purchased a car in 2013, the sale was done, and 2 years after her car needs a new transmission, because my husband did the oil changes(something they told the salesperson at the time of purchase) they refuse to honour the warranty, because there is no record of service.(even though until the transmission went in it there was never any work that needed to be done) The salesperson did not go over small print with the overpriced warranty they sold my daughter and shortly after that salesperson was fired for not giving customers true information. After doing much research the car was sold to her with 2 open recalls that were open at the time of the sale, that CarOne failed to address. One of those recalls was that the transmission needed to reprogrammed, the carfax was slipped into her sales package and not gone over with her either. The second recall was a safety recall to due with that passenger side air bag, something that should have failed the safety, and the car should never have been sold! After much back and forth CarOne offered to pay for some of the repairs but will still cost my daughter over 3000 in repairs (the same amount she paid for the useless warranty) OMVIC has a full report and an open file for the administrative issues, and have advised me to report CarOne to transport Canada as the car was sold with safety recalls which is illegal. This place has been issues several thousand dollars worth of fines already. DO NOT buy a car from here. After speaking to several other dealerships in kingston, garages, and transmission repair shops as soon you mention CarOne they all have the same response...they would never purchase a vehicle from them. Now my daughter is out 12, 000 dollars ( money she saved all through highschool for her first car purchase) and is stuck with a car that is worthless.

Though there was many positive points towards obtaining my car through CarOne Kingston, such as getting a decent percentage on my loan etc, I was somewhat surprised to learn during the signing of all the appropriate red tape that there was in addition, a borrowing fee in excess of $500.00... If it was brought to my attention prior to coming in to pick up my car,,, it completely eluded me...??? I'll know now in future to be more thorough about all costs associated, prior to putting pen to paper... As well I found it equally frustrating that both an email and phone message I left about getting shuttled from my residents to the CarOne Kingston facility to pick up my car, went unanswered...??? Incidentally the answer is NO...?!? It ended up costing me almost $30.00 for a taxi there...! Yes I know,,, cry me a river.... But being on a low limited government income such as myself, this would of been truly appreciated, and not to mention a welcomed savings for me and my budget... You would think that being such a major car dealership, that a courtesy to shuttle their customers would be offered... Though the associate who handled the particulars was extremely warm and charming throughout my experience at CarOne Kingston, she failed to commit to calling me after one week as she indicated she would, to see how things were going and if I was pleased with my car...??? Well it's been three weeks and counting and I won't insult you and your intelligence with the answer, as you probably know by now what it is... As for my car??? The price was exceptionally fair, and I can't get enough of it... I'm looking forward to the warmer months and getting out and enjoying my little jem..... KSO...

The first time I needed repairs nothing was submitted to the warranty for 3 months until I called and asked about it. This time it was 5 weeks of me emailing and calling. It's been sorted out now, and I hope some process improvements are beings made.

On Thursday night my car had basically broken down, Friday afternoon I was test driving cars from CarOne and by Monday morning I had my new car! I was so impressed with how quickly I was able to get my new car! And I was able to get a 2019 SUV that was affordable, and the car had been hardly used. I had an amazing sales rep there – If you need a new car go see Andrea! She was so accommodating, super friendly, and very professional! I know that she spent the whole weekend rushing around to get my car ready in time, but she never showed if it was stressful. Andrea only cared about ensuring that I was taken care of and kept telling me she wanted to make sure I had a good experience. The next day, Andrea checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying my new car. Andrea also threw in some extra deals that I was not expecting and greatly appreciated! I don’t think I could have found this level of service anywhere else. When the time comes that I need a new car, I am going back to CarOne and asking for Andrea!

I bought my 2013 Chevy Equinox at CarOne and am impressed with everyone I've dealt with. Jack was my salesman and was helpful, honest and sincere. During final inspection before delivery a leak was found. Under GM drivetrain warranty they took it to local Chevy dealer who failed to fix it, twice. They took it to a dealer in another city to get it perfect before delivering to me. They went the extra mile to thoroughly test it to be sure it was fixed right. Dan and Jack worked together to keep me informed and made sure my requests were met with no hesitation. I was so impressed I had them service my other car. As a former mechanic I have problems trusting others to work on my cars. I usually have to correct something when the car is returned. Not with CarOne, the car was perfect with no added issues as it should be, but rarely is these days. I drive a lot for work and as a rather demanding customer I must say all my dealings with CarOne have put me at ease and been pleasant. If they can meet my needs I expect they can do the same for just about anyone. Highly recommend and my go to place for all car needs.

So sad about this review because when I bought my truck the last time.it was amazing. TIFFANY is the only good thing about this place... and even still her hands are tied with certain things. We bought a truck dec 19. Was suppose to pick up on the 23... wasn't ready... then 24. Wasn't ready. Ok fine Christmas is busy I get it..patience is key. It had to go to the Ford dealership for a part to be fixed... it took FOREVEER. (Waiting on parts) which is fine but it was the lack of communication for me...Noone would return my calls or my texts. Tiffany was the ONLY person to ever get back to me and force her team to contact me. I had to go out of my way to get updates. Which I didn't receive a single one..until 2 weeks after the regular pick up date... I did not pick up my vehicle until Jan 14...through all this bogus I've been decent. Pick up was seemless and they helped us out for the inconvenience which was great... Until there was a very loud ticking sound we heard when at a drive thru. Also noticed a clunking sound under the truck doing tight turns and the latch on the tailgate the spring is broken in which you have to quite literally hit it to make it go back down to be able to close it....I called immediately and they booked me in for the Wed. Take it in to sit for 1.5 hours and told "everything is fine its all safe and it's just a loud truck" no it isn't a loud truck. I pushed back and they assured me everything was fine. And they said the spring replacement would be a annoying fix..? OK cool not my fault it isn't working ????‍♀️????‍♀️ So I took it to the Ford dealership in my city... and sure enough it needs a new timing chain... a TWO DAY JOB ... maybe that's why they didn't want to do it? I don't know but I'm not impressed... the clunking sound is the spring hitting the control arm.. HOW was that missed?? The amount spent and the time waisted and the truck is still not in the shape it should be in off the hop.. the spring in the tailgate and the spring hitting the control arm I will now have to pay for since carone isn't going to do it. Thankfilly the timing chain is covered under Ford. I'm irritated. I've been in touch telling them that indeed there IS an issue. And I've been just set aside again.

We purchased a 2013 BMW 528xi, the car is fantastic, thank you. We drove 2 hrs from Toronto to check the car out. Our salesperson Tatiana offered us that she could deliver the car to us or give us $250 gas card because we are from Toronto, we went and pick the car up and she gave us a $100 gas card and said that she made a mistake and couldn't do anything about it. If we knew it's $100 instead of $250, we would have chose to have it delivered. It's not a lot of money but we spent pretty much the day just to go and get the car and have to pay extra, and she couldn't do anything to help us out.

EDIT: Sold my car to this dealership. They said accountant wasn't in office day of, they would mail the cheque the next day. We week passed, no cheque. I call. Accountant not in AGAIN. Cheque to be sent next day. ANOTHER week, no cheque. Neither accountant NOR sales person working on my next call. It took over 3 weeks for CarOne to send a cheque. Very poor business practice and these folks lost our 2nd, much more profitable, truck sale due to incompetence and dishonesty. edit: You have my contact details. If this was actually important to you, you would have followed up. Pick up the phone. Should I add lazy to my review?

I recently purchased a vehicle from Car one and what I found after dealing with other car dealers is they do not push you to purchase unlike car dealers who work on a commission.You are free to roam there entire inventory and select the vehicle(s) you are interested in. Their prices are comparable to all used car dealers in Ontario. What impressed me most was after sale service. That not only completed a complete detail of the vehicle but after a thorough check after sale a small problem was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Updated: Nice people BUT... Don’t buy a warranty from them or any of their suggestions. Because even if you bought a warranty for 4k it won’t fix your suspension. I bought Audi 2014 and they suggest buying a warranty that cost 4k and told me that will cover everything so I did but after 15 days I've tried to cancel it no one from Carone answered my message. However, I found out that my car has an issue ( speaker + suspension + rims + sunroof making noise when it's cold ) so I've tried to reach out to the warranty company and they were so awful and they cancel my claim even it's covered on the warranty contract. It is a big scam

They used to be really good, and we had family members and friends buy their cars here on our recommendation! We purchased Tires For Life and Brake Pads For Life when we purchased our vehicle! Was told we would never need to buy tires as long as we owned the vehicle. Now they do not want to honour this. We did pay for Oil Changes For Life which they will still honour. We need new tires, but they want us to pay for 2 of them! Won’t ever buy another vehicle from them or recommend them again! If they offer you to purchase any extra perks, DON’T DO IT!
