They exceeded my expectations. Not only did they source and find the specific tire I was looking for, they got my Nissan Kicks in right away. Very courteous staff who will go the extra mile. They bagged my next to new tires that came off my new Nissan, so they wouldnt mess up my back cargo space, so i could take them home to sell. Clean waiting area. I have already recommended them to many friends.

I cant lie, i dont usually write these. BUT! the guys at this shop were absolutely amazing. No word of a lie, they took care of me. My tire blew along the 401 about a week ago on my way to kingston to surprise my girlfriend. In my rushed stay, i had to get it repaired or replaced to head back to Toronto the next morning. The guys at black dog were extremely nice, didnt try to pitch any big sales (sell me brand new tires), instead they offered to exchange my tire with a newer one that i got from a friend last minute. Quick service and most importantly super warm folks. Owner was really nice and in the end didnt even want to charge me for the quick change. Honestly one of the greatest automotive shops ive been to. Professional, kind and very god at what they do

Not only were the tires I purchased exceptionally cheaper ($500 cheaper!) here, but the service was also exceptional. I went in needing to have 1 tire put on the rim, so that I was able to drive to black dog and have them change the other 3. They had no problems doing that, and were super awesome! They even gave me a $70 mail in rebate. Thanks so much!

Service was great and fast. I bought new snow rims and tires and had them installed. The whole thing only took 45 minutes from the time I drove in to the time I drove out. Also the price I was quoted on the phone was the price I was charged, no surprises.

This is my favorite tire shop in Kingston by far. Today had a TPMS sensor light on. Called in yesterday - appointment today - in and out in fifteen minutes. Have ordered high end Bridgestone potenzas there and also cheap winter tires for our beater. Try them out!

I was heading home to Montreal and got a flat tire on the 401. I made it to three garages and they were all too busy. Black Dog Tire Craft were busy as well, but were still able to take care of me. Understanding my urgency and predicament, they had me out in 30 minutes. Professional although not the friendliest service. Don't provide tire storage which is a bit unbelievable these days. Lots of people live in small places and cannot store their summer/winter tires in their own home.

They lost my special key to access and change tires the first time I brought my car in to switch to my winter tires, also torqued them way way too tight to the point where the Volkswagen dealership needed to break them in order to get them off. Might be cheap but you're getting cheap and unprofessional work done here. Steer clear at all costs.

i went there for a very annoying air leak. they took me in as scheduled and never gave me a hassle. it was one of the best customer service i got. i wish other TireCraft Dealers can learn from them. Black Dog, next time i’d need a set of tires, i know where to go!
