This has been our go-to tire shop on Kelowna for over a decade. Very personable and helpful people. Always great advice with friendly and fast service. They got me hooked on Hankook ipikes but I'd buy whatever they recommend is best.

Worst experience. Told me they could do it, I come down, they want to charge me $50 more to get it done. I tell them that’s crazy and leave. I called the manager, and speak with the owner, he says sorry it’s called a “stupid tax”. So there you go Kelowna, my experience with Quality Tires in a nutshell. PS. It’s dodgy AF down there.☠️

Not really impressed with our experience here.. so we go in for our front wheels to get changed and an alignment done. We get there they were nice customer service wise so we dropped the car off on our way out the door we see the guy who's driving our car and he has the clutch all the way in so RIP our clutch. When we come back and we can hear them revving lots the car which is weird cause we came in for tires and alignment. Before we came for our appointment we were told the cost was going to be under $175 then when we come to pay it’s $240!! Brutal and claims it’s all taxes. Plus when we left the place on the first road we go on it seems they didn’t do the alignment properly and is pushing us right and we noticed some things have been gone through in the car…Overpriced and bad quality:(

I had one of those goofy low tire pressure light thingy's on and so I stopped buy and left my escape there and less than an hour later they called and said it was all fixed and good to go... Best service from the most friendly and trustworthy people! I discovered quality tires when I moved to Kelowna 8 years ago. I called around every place I could find and was quoted the best price from them. It was also nice to speak to someone friendly on the other end of the phone. Found out they don’t just do tires and I have been going to them for all my car servicing ever since and recommended all my friends there. Being a young female it’s hard to find a place that doesn’t take advantage of the fact I know absolutely nothing about cars. Whenever I get service they take the time to explain to me what’s going on. I can’t count the number of times they have helped me out. - After having an accident coming down from big white, one of the mechanics took me on his lunch break to Mario’s towing to see if my car was worth repairing or not. - They always give honest opinions and let me know when my last car was nearing the point of not being worth putting more money into. - After slipping on black ice last winter in Vernon I brought my car to somewhere close for assessment and was told it was all good. Didn’t feel right so so brought it into Quality Tires and they discovered my car in fact wasn’t in alignment. - Although super convenient to roll up to penzoil without an appointment I was told “oooo look at your fuel filter” *nod...agree* and had it replaced...then it was transmission something or other and got a second opinion from Quality Tires just to find out it wasn’t at all necessary! They are honestly the best and I always recommend to anyone I know to check them out and see for themselves. Thanks guys I really appreciate all of your help over the years! Alena :D

We have been dealing with Quality Tire for over 3 years now, buying tires, having our 5th wheel bearings serviced and more. Today we stopped in with two tires deflating on our car and were fixed up and on the road within 20 minutes. Their service is friendly, efficient, trustworthy, knowledgeable and reasonable priced. I had an impromptu trip come up and needed winter/studded tires immediately. I called several shops prior to finding quality tires. No other shop was able to seeing as its busy season. The owners at quality went above and beyond assisting me. They had a beautiful set of winters for me the following day! The price with full install was affordable. I forgot the lug nuts and one of the owners personally drove me to my house and back. They were so busy and could have easily sent me away or rebooked for the time consuming mistake. The staff and everyone there was amazing friendly and helpful. They all take pride in their work! When big named chain shops turned me away this local family operated business stepped up! Support local, these types of business deserve to prosper in the okanagan! The actual install and quality was superb. I can take my hands off the wheel and the car drives straight. I cant think of one thing negative to say!!

It was surprising to walk by this place when it’s closed, see and say hello to a dog outside of the shop, proceed to get threatened by a shirtless man walking out of the garage telling me to get away from his dog, I kindly apologize to him and his wife (who has come out of an rv they are probably living in outside of this place) he than claims I am on drugs and should leave before he “does something to me” I’m sure the staff here are reasonable people, but if you see 2 dogs outside this place turn around and go somewhere else. “They’ll bite ya if you don’t leave”

This is the most honest and helpful auto shop I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I took my car to get looked and they told me honestly it wasn't worth getting fixed that it was a melon and better off putting my hard earned money into a new car .They could have fixed it and charged me even though the car wasn't going to last the year. I don’t know other shops that would do that. I have gone to them since with my new car and they couldn't do they work I needed and sent me to a transmission shop that was amazing I will never take my car anywhere else . These guys rock
