In from out of province, and of course, car trouble. Integra happened to be open on Dec 30 around 1pm, AND even offered to take a look at the issue. 'Cause difficult euro car and specialty software, they were not able to 100% diagnose problem officially BUT....basically told us what was wrong (warranty) and wrote it up, suggested the service down the road (completely different experience there, but that's another review). Incredibly helpful, FAST, and pleasant team.

Thoroughly impressed with Integra! An easy 5 stars. Fast, friendly, and they make you feel like you're getting way more value than what you paid for, even long after you've made a purchase. Points for even just being able to pick up the phone and sound like they wanted our business. Really not much to ask, but considering how much we called around to different tire stores in Kelowna for a quote on some winter tires, you'd be surprised. Integra was the only who picked up with a rep who was friendly and patient to answer our questions. They recommended some good Toyo tires and the big plus was that Integra's quote came in under to what their competitors were offering. Their reps are quick to answer the phone when you call and their in-person customer service is exceptional! I'm not much of a car person and only know enough to be dangerous but they have never been condescending in answering my questions. I'd also like to mention that I recently needed to check the DOT numbers on my tires to register them but could only see the numbers on one side. They immediately booked me in the day after to check for me. The numbers ended up being the same on all four so I feel a bad to have used up their time. However, at least I know for sure now and not only do I appreciate that Integra was quick to schedule me in, they also retorqued and checked the tire pressures without me needing to ask—at no cost! Such a small thing goes a long way. I seriously recommend these folks and will continue to take my business here in the future. Thanks!

I got a puncture in my sidewall the night before and had a 10am meeting the next morning. I arrived at 8am on a sat when I had no appointment. I needed 2 new tires and they assured me they would get it done but I was a little skeptical they could. Non the less I didn't have much choice and I did not live in Kelowna. To my enjoyment I was gone by 930! And the price was great. Lee was a great advisor and honest which I appreciated. Thanks guys. You turned a frustrating day into something more enjoyable!

Dont let friendly faces fool you... the perception of competency was great at the counter, though the simplicity of a tire reinstalled... as i learned why, They didnt take the time (2 minutes ) to clean the rim so the bead wouldnt leak... WELL... this is total lack of regard to professional service.. Tire leaked slowly all last winter... took tire to different tire shop and they showed me how INCREDIBLY Crappy Install... How can you not trust a tire shop to do it right... Im not a HOLMES type, but seriously a Tire install gone wrong needlessly and negligent effort to DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME>

I speak from experience when I say that Integra Tires is more than just a tire shop. If I have any issues whatsoever with my vehicle, I take it straight to Bruce and Lee... they are 100% fair and honest, never a wasted penny with these guys. I cant thank them enough for all their services. When I leave their lot, I leave with 100% confidence in whatever work they have done. I wouldn't go anywhere else, ever. A+++

I had winters on my car this summer because i was unable to afford summer tires, had an incident with 1 Michelin tire in August of 2020 and they sold me 4 new tires. I specifically asked will they do in the winter ? Oh yes they should be fine as long as you are not doing the coqohulla or big white ... well first snow fall , not so good ... So i called them and asked would Integra switch out my relatively new From August, keep in mind that is only 3 months, they reacted with , we are not in the business of exchanging tires we are in the business of selling tires... I realized i would have had to pay additionally for winters ... so in place of selling 2 new michelins and transferring around the originals from back to front ( rear wheel drive). I have still to replace another set of tires ... I went to Top Grade Tire Recycling and got 4 new winters for 500$ and then found out that Integra over torqued and I now need new Hubs...

Went there today to meet my friend who was having her tires done. She and I were moving a table into my vehicle as well, one of the workers came and asked if He could help. I thought that was kind and thoughtful. I asked (I think His name is John) about if He thought my one tire looked a bit low. I thought I might need some air in it. He directed me to pull up the the bay door and they would top it up for me. The gentleman who did it for me also filled up the other three. I was very thankful as I was heading back onto the highway. Needed tires right away, as mine were down to threads. They found matching tires for my car, and they installed them as agreed for the initial price quote, which was an amazing deal. They promised and delivered! They even fixed a problem I was aware of with a lug nut post, no charge. I am really impressed with the tires I got and the price I paid, as well as the service, and they treated me like a valued customer! I will always go back, and I highly recommend!

Old dude cussed me out for “driving too fast in his Parking lot” when I was in first gear coasting into a spot. Then when he had cooled down I asked him a question and he snobbishly replied well you’d have to bring everything in even though he knew I didn’t have any of the parts I was talking about. I will never be going back there for anything not even to ask a simple question.

Very poor customer service. Funny - I read a lot of negative reviews about their customer service but decided to try them anyway. Ended up cancelling my appointment as it's a big red flag when they are rude and arguing with me on the phone before I even have my appointment lol. Can't comment on their quality or work but the employees definitely need to take some classes on customer service and communication.

During our vacation in Kelowna this fall , the tires on our Toyota 4 Runner required urgent replacement due to cords showing and tire wear from misalignment. We called Integra Tire in Kelowna and spoke to the owner Bruce who told us he was able to get in the tires, and he was aware that we were leaving Kelowna in 2 days and that our situation was urgent. The whole experience with Bruce was very poor. His communication and "customer service skills" were extremely poor and made us feel like we were an imposition to him despite being THE CUSTOMER! We took our vehicle to him at 0800, dropped off the keys, we also checked in at 2:30 that day, the vehicle hadn't moved from where we left it on the lot. When we spoke to Bruce he said " I might be able to get the tires on but not the alignment" and when asked if the alignment could be done the next day all he said was "I'm very busy". We were disappointed and frustrated with his service as the "Infomercial" about his business is the complete opposite of what we experienced. We contacted Integra Tires head office in Edmonton who understood and validated our concerns. Lastly, our experience with the "Integra Tire app" at Integra Tire Kelowna was poor as Bruce indicated that he " doesn't have to recognize the app". The app can give us points for free services that he did not acknowledge. Overall poor quality service from Bruce the owner.
