Stranded in kelowna with a flat and Dan's tire gave us a great deal cause he likes to help people. We wentvto BCAA first and they refused to help us and wouldn't put the old tire on because it was old and slightly bald so its a liabity. We assured BCAA that the tires were being changed to winter as soon as we got back but NOPE they wouldnt help and were fine knowing that we were stranded without a pot to piss in and nowhere to go or stay, but Dan at Dans tire service understood our situation and helped us for very cheap!! Dan your the greatest!!!!! And I definitely recommend going to see Dan at Dan's Tire Service for all tire and automobile needs!!!!

I love Dan's, and we've religiously gone there whenever we have needed tires mounted etc that we couldn't do ourselves despite being from Vernon. It's always been worth the trip. However, in late March we got new tires and of course went to Dan's to have them mounted onto our summer rims and onto our car. We had them retorqued and everything as we should have, but less than a week later our car started making this horrid sound from the front tire area when we were going low speeds and turning the wheel. It got worse at an alarming rate, and upon doing some research online it seemed either the lugs were loose, the tire wasn't on properly, or the cv boot/joint was having a major issue, all of which didn't seem right, so my husband tried the simple things first and took the tires off intending to rotate them and tighten to see if the noise was still going on, when he noticed that whoever put the front right passenger tire on hadn't actually made sure the rim was flush against the car as it should have been, and they'd actually put the friggin rim on at an angle, and it was now grinding and ruining our tires, rim, and lord knows what else. He fixed it, however now we have to replace our cv joint and boot, and the tires due to the severe wear this ridiculously simple oversight caused, from a professional tire establishment to boot. So, while Dan gave us a break on the tax and only charged eighty straight across since we paid cash, in the end his staffs serious negligence has cost us hundreds and hundreds, the use of our daily driver and only vehicle for the foreseeable future, a brand new set of tires, a set of rims and who knows what else. I haven't even bothered to speak to them about it honestly, but perhaps they'll see this and make right, who knows. Prior to this however, there was never any issue and I am absolutely certain this is a one off situation that probably has never and will never happen again. These guys are more than amazing and capable, I'm not sure what happened in this instance or why it happened I should say, but don't feel they're subpar, they are the best. Accidents happen, its life.

Had a nail in my tire. Went to a chain place to get it patched and they said 3 hours and $49 bucks. Called these guys and they said bring it in, we will get to it in 10 minutes. Dropped in and they were true to their word! Patched my snow tire with a plug and a proper patch from the inside (took the tire off the rim) sorted me and it was way less expensive than the chain tire place. Honest guys, great work and nice puppies to keep me company while I waited. Highly recommended. I would go back again without a doubt!

Fan-TASTIC! I've not had the tires put on yet, but so far the customer service has been exceptional. Even though he was very busy, Dan took the time to listen to my issues and explain which tires would be best and why. Any concerns I had with comparing two different brands and types he was able to advise me on with confidence. It's a real skill when someone so busy is able to make you feel like you are the most important customer right now and nothing else matters to him. I'm excited to pick up my car and test out the new winter tires he will put on. Oh and I did I mention he saved me a tonn of money? Even wanted me NOT to go for the super expensive tires and explained why he felt the more affordable ones were better backed with the great feedback he received on those tires from customers. I sat on hold with Canadian Tire for 20 minutes to try to book an emergency last-minute tire change, then someone suggested we check out Dans. They got us in for an appointment within a couple hours. We accidentally arrived 20 minutes early and expected to have to wait a long time for service (like most other tire places) but the guys at the shop were incredible. We had our tires changed in 12 minutes, at a way better price than Canadian Tire was offering. Such great, friendly, affordable, and quick service. Don’t ever go anywhere else!

Probably the best service I’ve ever received in Kelowna, absolutely no lie. After Canadian tire tried to fleece me for the price of installation, (400 for everything including an EXTRA warranty I didn’t need, 200 just tires on) I called Dan an he told me 100 bucks for everything. Every single employee treated me so well, not to mention Dan waited after they closed about a half hour to give me my keys, I don’t write reviews, but I had to, I can’t even mention everything he did, just a huge thumbs up to this place thanks again Danno!

I give these guys eleven stars. There can’t be enough good said about Dan’s Tire Service. They serve the ‘powerful’ and the ‘underdog’ with the same amount of service, respect and kindness. These men will go out of their way to find and direct you to things you need and they don’t have. I now have four rims for my summer tires. $25.00 each. Do I love that—YES! Just today, they took me immediately because my tire was losing air. These men with hearts of gold are simply fantastically amazing!!

Each of the brothers have their own talents, but they will always try to fix a tire.
