A few weeks ago, my wife and I were traveling with my son on break from Toronto and we got a flat tire. They were very kind and patient with us over the phone. When we got there, they were very courteous, quickly changed our tire, and the price was very reasonable too. They also placed the spare back under the trunk - which was beneath a whole lot of luggage - so we were especially grateful for that!

Dropped my car off July 23rd for a noise in the tire. Their mechanic told me it was my transmission August 13th. I took my car to the dealership, nothing wrong with the transmission. Wheel bearings needed to be replaced as well as lugnuts tightened less than 500km after I had Waynes Tire switch my tires for the season. Wheel was missing a lug, and the rest needed to be tightened back into position. When your company name is "Wayne's Tire" you'd expect something like this to caught right away.

Wouldn't take a wheel barrow there! Took our truck in and it sat for 3 weeks. I went there each week to see if it was worked on and truck hadn't moved. No phone calls or return phone calls either. When we finally did pick it up, it went into limp mode an hour from home and the fog light casings were dangling. Was told to pull over by a passer by on highway 11. Unfreaking believable!! Bought a part ourselves and my sister in law fixed the problem in 5 minutes. I took the part back to them and they refused to give me the spare key. No invoice given when asked. Just got into a yelling match with the unprofessional owner. Will definitely be issuing a claim against them for loss of use, refusal to give key back and whatever else I can think of.

Worst place ever! Had our tires swapped out, they destroyed the rims on the existing tires due to inability to use the tire machine properly! Service was absolutely horrible and the blonde lady that works there is rude!! I didn’t want to give it one star... It was the only option I had, if you need to go to a tire shop don’t go to Wayne’s tire! Go to a real professional tire shop!

Excellent service and reasonable prices. The whole team was so helpful and gave me time and advice above and beyond what I would expect from such a busy local place. They helped me choose the right tyres, let me know how to check quality of used tyres, bought back my all season tyres, installed my winter tyres in less than an hour and gave me phone numbers of a local mechanic for a separate repair I needed. I ended up coming in a number of times and they were always patient with my questions. Also offer Wi-Fi, a place to sit if you want to wait and complimentary coffee too. Highly recommend!

I will NEVER darken the doorstep of this place ever again! I took my vehicle in there for a slow leak on a tire. The tech checked the tire and said the valve stem was bad so he replaced it and away I went. I’ve spent the last month or so continually adding air to the same tire. Took it back in and the tech brought it out saying it was no good anymore? The inner bead was torn and a chunk taken out of it. The tires were manufactured in 2018 but were just installed in the fall of 2021, they are BRAND NEW. They have always been stored indoors before installation. I was told that the tire is old and the rubber is dried out and there is nothing they can do for me. They put a used tire on that doesn’t even match what I had on but at least it kept me mobile and sent me on my way. I have taken the tire to a tire shop that knows me and they agree there’s nothing wrong with my tire, that the inner bead was ripped and chunked by the tech using the machine at Wayne’s. To be fair I took the tire to an independent tire shop that doesn’t know me and they agreed the damage was caused by Wayne’s tech using the bead breaker. My opinion is : if my tire gets damaged by your people or your equipment, come clean! Admit it, and replace it! Don’t argue with me and tell me the rubber is dried out! Similar thing happened to my best friend this fall, Wayne’s tire installed 4 tires on his vehicle, 2 weeks later he took his vehicle to someone else and had to have all the tires reinstalled because they were leaking and were not installed properly. He never went back and told Wayne! Went to Wayne’s because they are local and convenient, but definitely won’t go back!

I will not go back. I took a flat in for repair. Did not drive the car and the next day was half flat again. I was told the tire was no good and had to be replaced. So I paid for a tire that was no good to be repaired. Oh by the way. I am a class A interprovincial licensed mechanic. For more than 30 years. I know just a little about tires. Sorry I had to even give one star to be able to post this.

Terrible experience. This place is notorious for breaking tire sensors. Despite everyone's advice NOT to go to Wayne's, I did and now I'm replacing tire sensors. When I brought it to their attention they were unprofessional and negligent. THE WORST! Order tires there yes, but have someone other then a bunch of young rushed kids who don't know what they're doing put them on for you. It's for your safety and the safety of others.

Throughout the years I have been coming to Wayne’s Tire Discounter and never have I once left with regret. The staff there are wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The atmosphere at Wayne’s is warm and welcoming.There is always someone to welcome you then assist you right away. The staff are reliable and hardworking, their prices are affordable and the work completed is always greatly appreciated and completed correctly with the reassurance from the staff. The staff are always happy to answer any questions or concerns, and don’t make me feel like a burden when doing so. The services received by Wayne’s is always completed quickly so you’re never waiting around long! Wayne’s never dissapoints. It is always shown that they value costumers and their safety. 10/10 Would recommend, it’s a shame I could ONLY give 5 stars to this wonderful business.
