They were able to take us in on very short notice and were very accommodating. We were kept up to date on the work being done every step of the way. The issue on my vehicle was from a faulty installation from a garage in toronto. T&A tire worked with the other garage to inform them of the issue which made my life a lot easier. I wasn't charged any extras and the pricing was very reasonable.

I was reluctant to buy winter tires because I didn't have much experience. A local garage recommended T & A, so I called for info. Steve took the time to discuss my particular situation, I.e. a leased vehicle, mostly doing in-town driving etc. He provided me with guidance that gave me an understanding of all of the considerations. I got what I was looking for, which was 100% confidence in my decision. As a bonus I saved a lot of money, not to mention time later on (since I went with 4-season tires instead of winters). I will be dealing exclusively with T & A thanks to their professional service.

Great service - we had a bolt in one tire (it was ruined) and were leaving for home in Ottawa. They had a used tire - same brand with similar wear. Total cost $46 - done in an hour. Very honest and great staff and service

We are camping and leaving Bracebridge to our next destination when low and behold...flat on our trailer. We were directed to T & A Tire. Excellent service..from beginning to end. They were able to get us in and out in 45 min. Friendly receptionist and mechanic explained what happened and then checked all tires on trailer to make sure all was well. Highly recommend! Thank you

I really like T&A Tire. They've done very good work, been very reasonably priced, professional and expeditious. We went to them needing two new UTV tires to be installed on the rims. They didn't charge us much for the new tires and came back to us before we expected the job to be done, telling us that the wheels were already in the trunk of our SUV. Once they didn't even charge us on replacing a valve stem on a UTV tire (but that was after we had already had some work done with them so don't go asking for free work...). The staff there were helpful and jovial, a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Scammers ..Got a new tube installed in small tire. They charged me $17.95 for installation and a " hidden fee" of $5.95 for "shop supplies" even though they don't use any supplies to install a tube!!

They say they provide 24 hour service. Called Saturday at 1:54pm dec. 22.18 2:30 hours later. Still no phone call from the service truck as they cannot get a hold of the guy. Do not count on this company for your road side assistance for tires. Terrible experience

We bought winter tires last year for our car. We brought the car home and there was a hole in the tire. Instead of replacing the tire they patched it. The car unfortunately broke down on us 2 weeks later so we decided to sell the new winter tires. I've been messaged twice by two different tire experts about our tires in the pics being installed improperly! What the heck? They are supposed to be professional tire installers so I never would have known this and glad the car broke down or who knows what could have happened.
