Vendor advertised "service while you wait" and "no appointment necessary". It's all over their website and building. Went for an oil change today and was asked if I had an appointment. Appointment? Turns out the next available time they could do the oil change is 5 day from now. So the Quick Lane turns out to be not so quick after all. I'm off to Peterborough to find a real while you wait, no appointment necessary oil change establishment.

I have been going to Quick Lane for a few years now. I know some of the mechanics now, and they are great. It is a relief knowing that you will not be taken advantage of! I like the friendly atmosphere too! Even when we move I will still come here. Highly recommend.

advertised "service while you wait" and "no appointment necessary". Wrong .... you do need an appointment. When I arrived no one in the waiting room and 3 guys sitting around in the car bay, but yet couldn’t do anything until next week.... poor advertising and poor customer service. So the Quick Lane turns out to be not so quick after all.
