My 80 year old Mother-in-law had an oil change done at Nix last spring. 3 weeks later the filter fell off while she was out, and the oil light came on as she was driving home. They did not take responsibility for the mistake and blamed it on vandalism. Her car is still running, but she’s afraid to drive it anywhere. She’s been advised that the engine could blow up at any moment.
