I have only ever had my tires serviced within the Tirecraft family. Nicholls was amazing to work with! Recently sold my vehicle - not needing my winter tires anymore they were willing to help me do some of the leg work, I was able to sell them without driving from Toronto to Hampton. Thanks guys! 10/10 would recommend.

I've never had a bad experience at Nicholls. Very friendly, approachable staff with a great sense of humour, it truly is a family owned business and they stand behind their work 100%. If there's an issue with the service, they'll fix it. And they're Mascot (dog) is awesome! I'm very picky about where I take my car, but when I go there, I don't worry about anything. I highly recommend them!

I gave these guys 2 chances , first they replace the cam sensor $600 ,the same problem a week later , went back , this time they told me it's the crank sensor $700 , I said forget I will go somewhere else , when I went to pick up my car they charged me for another scan , plus they left the engine cover in my front seat , very unprofessional ,

Just picked up my car and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Great service from the moment I dropped it off for diagnosis to picking up my repaired car. Would never recommend Not only did they complete a $2100 repair without notice on my truck that I hadn't decided if it was worth fixing or not. Spent another $2000 to get it road safe and pretty much rebuilt, they still couldn't even tighten the bolts on my tires causing me to almost crash doing 120 on the 407 the next day.

Took some atv tires in to switch onto rims. Told they would get to them soon. 3 hours later, they hadn’t had a chance to get to them. Picked them up and went to Taunton tire, they took me right away and were done in 30 min. Same price and better customer service

They over charge. They say one price and then the receptionist snickered when we talked about it. She laughed and just made a random comment by saying “hehehe whatever.” 75$ for an OIL CHANGE! AVOID AVOID AND DID I SAY AVOID? It isn’t a joke to rip someone off and this isn’t proper customer service. Terrible. Update: I had to call, be transferred to 3 people to get my 20$. Two ladies didn’t know what they were doing and I had to argue with a man for about 5 minutes. Be careful what kind of oil they put in your car. Ensure you are getting what you ARE ACTUALLY PAYING FOR! :)

This shop is truly the best in a 100+ km radius. Cat is super sweet and friendly, and the fellas in the back know what they are talking about! I use their tire services, exhaust services and will soon be using some mechanical services they offer. Well equipped shop with a crew of team players who communicate clearly and have always kept me up to speed with any repairs or work I'm having done. They have a very good knowledge in the hot rod industry and they also always have some sort of classic project on the go. Folks, if you are reading this and need tires or anything done on your car/truck, you've gotta stop by and see the team at Nicholls! They are simply the best to deal with!
