Horrible experience, have very few stocked parts for older two stroke bikes which is understandable but the lady at the parts desk has a very mean look to her face and has a serious attitude, was always very polite and never rude yet it seemed like I was bothering her by asking to order a part. was very unhappy with the service this old angry lady provided. Only reason I order parts here is for convenience otherwise I would never shop here! Ever!

When it comes to Stihl parts, there are less abrasive and much more knowledgeable people elsewhere. It is worth the drive to Fenelon Falls. Simply no excuse for counter people to speak and act the way they do.

Never actually been to this shop, however I was able to buy my motorcycle through the phone! Tina a great representative there walked my through the whole process and it went as smooth as could be. She did all the paperwork and got all my plates done and the next thing you know it the bike was on a truck on the way to my house. Amazing service!

Over the few times I've been FORCED to buy parts from Lindsay cycle for my Honda ATV, I have consistently received mediocre service from the parts counter. Abrasive attitudes and the phones are ALWAYS busy(walking in was my only option). 2/10 on friendliness, 4/10 on helpfullness, 3/10 on price, and 4/10 on speed/accuracy of order. EDIT February 27, 2019 Just called in to Lindsay Cycle for the last time to order a few small parts (figured I would give them one last chance - they blew it). The parts person was abrasive and rude yet again to no surprise. I had all the Honda part numbers in hand and was told that I would need pre-payment for any orders and that the part numbers didnt matter and he would have to verify everything (okay...). He asked for model/year (2001 trx 350 TM [Two wheel drive, Manual shift]) and when given the info, tells me that the model code for the atv is TE and not TM (it is literally printed on the engine and frame) and continues to argue the point. Yeah... no thanks, I’m not taking chances with $150 in wrong parts. I called the Clarington dealership and within a 2 minute 36 second phone call they had all my parts are ordered. HUGE thank you to Lindsay Cycle for making it way longer and more difficult than it needs to be. 1/10 Overall Completely dissatisfied and WILL NEVER recommend.

Amazing. Called for a quote on a Honda Pioneer. The price was right AND they had stock...LOTS OF STOCK. I could not believe how many ATV and UTV's they had on the floor. Best stocked shop I've ever seen. It was worth the drive from Newmarket.

Would not recommend. Went in recently to look at buying a new UTV and the woman that helped me acted as if I was interrupting a really wicked Farmville session. She gave off huge negative vibes and her answers to most of my questions was "I don,t know.". I will not go back.

I buy and sell/repair bikes and quads and honestly I'm gonna just stop with honda 100%. It's a pain to order parts your always on hold they have to ask 2/3 times what you originally ask for AND STILL GET TGE WRONG PARTS I've been burned by the closing time several times its like they just leave when they want. HB Cycle has been 10 times the dealer to deal with sales,parts even inventory.

They had great customer service even though I was indecisive on which motor to buy. They walked me through weights and specs found on the Honda website. I made my choice and the motor was ready to pick up without a long wait (this was during the peak of Covid). A salesman even walked me through the process of operating the motor before I left with it. Great Job Lyndsay Cycle.

Me:"If I had known this was an exercise in frustration I would have gone elsewhere:...Her: " You still can". Great business plan...getting parts for existing machine ($100) but loss of future business (10,000$+++). Off to HB cycle...

I went in to get a replacement spark plug for my Honda dirt bike and I show him the old plug for quick reference and numbers, guy tells me they don't make those plugs any more and they have the correct new ones for me. So I buy 4. My bike wouldn't start with the spark plugs he sold me!! I went to cycle salvage and turns out they still make the other spark plugs that Honda guy lied to me saying they don't make anymore. They lied to me and sold me wrong parts!

Awful delivery and communication. Ordered a brand new Honda four stroke boat motor. I was told it would arrive in one to two weeks, I sold my old motor. No one contacted me to tell me it would be late. Took 48 days to get my new motor and would not return my deposit. Very disappointed with Lindsay Cycle. Would not return.

Recently purchased a new Honda Goldwing and traded in my previous motorcycle. Tina was my main contact for the sale which was handled seamlessly, but all three of the people I dealt with through the trade in process and the inspection and overview of the new bike were knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. No complaints with the purchase and am looking forward to an equal experience with any after sales service.

We purchased a chain saw recently, and we were very impressed with the service. I had called ahead to see if they had any inventory on a sale item. I was informed they did have stock, so we proceeded with heading down to the store. When we got there, they had the serial number entered on the receipt, whcih saved us time, after our arrival. Gas had been put into the chainsaw, and we were taken out back, for a full "start up instruction." Wow! There was also a way to extend the 1yr warranty to 2yrs, buy purchasing some chain oil. I did agree with this fabulous deal, so we proceeded to have the oil put on the bill. When my bill was ready and we were about to leave with our item, that we knew was ready to use, and knew full well how to start it up, we were informed that our warranty had been entered "on line", and there was nothing we needed to do...except file our receipt. What great unheard of Service....I applaud! and will be going back for any new purchases, that they may carry! Julie & Jack

Terrible customer service! Made a deal on a new Rubicon with a all in price, when I finally went to pick up the bike it was 238$ more then the all in price. Apparently a finance charge was applicable which I wasn't made aware of even after given all my information to finance. Was made to sit on a bench in the show room to fill out the paperwork (Hondas paperwork is extensive) on my legs with no table available to write on. Communication is horrible! Got the bike loaded on a skid and before I even loaded it salesperson was gone to leave me while I tied it down without knowing if i possibly needed anything!
