Only open a few days a week so you need to make appointments. I was visiting from out of town and desperately needed my car looked at before the ride home. Made an appointment, they told me to drop my car off. When I called the day of the appointment to say I couldn't drop my car off and leave because I didn't have a ride back to my cottage they canceled my appointment in a voice mail. I asked them to call me close to the time they'd be looking at my car and they said no. When I tried to rebook for same day they said they would call me back and never did. Hugely disappointed. Poor communication. Not reliable.

Couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Super friendly, eager to help. They got both my vehicles in for a tire swap right away. They even kept me up to date with calls while everything was being taken care of. I would highly recommend Kirkfield Auto Repairs! Love that we have a local shop again!!! Keep up the great work!
