Rob, Duane and team are FANTASTIC! My family has used Duncan’s for as long as I can remember - even driving in all the way from Toronto for services, k owing they are a mechanic you can trust. Last year, they did a complete overhaul of my dad’s old ‘66 Mustang convertible that he left to me. It drives like brand new - so glad I can continue to enjoy such a sentimental treasure. Highly recommend!!!

Came in with an engine light problem that they ran diagnostics on. It turns out my engine only needed a software update. Great guy, considering I was out of town he couldve easily ripped me off. but he was kind enough to not even charge me anything and assure my it wasn't a major problem, which it wasn't.

Honest and down to earth. We were visiting out of town and had an engine light come on and A/C compressor was not engaging. They were able to fit us in and do a diagnostic on my 2008 honda odyssey. They provided the problem and solution. No pressure to fix but it was nice that they let me know what I should prioritize to fix when we got home after our vacation. As someone who works in the Automotive industry I have such appreciation for shops who go above and beyond for their customers (on a long weekend none the less). From the moment I arrived I was greeted by friendly faces and people who were willing to help; regardless how busy their shop was. Duane was quickly able to diagnose my vehicles problems and provide great solutions for moving forward. He completely saved our long weekend plans, and got us safely back on the road in less than a half hour. We will forever be grateful to Duane and his team. These guys are top of the heap for service, support and after the sale experience. I have brought all of my vehicles here since I moved to the area 8 years ago. It's hard to find that local repair facility that actually cares. I had a business associate drop his car off yesterday for a tire leak. Car was brought in while we were away on business repaired and he was back on the road upon our return. You just dont find this type of service anymore. I would highly recommend duncans service centre, these guys know how to turn wrenches :)

If I could give more stars I would. My rear brakes siezed up, thought I was going to spend several hundred dollars fixing them, he ended up just greasing and freeing them up. called me and said "No charge." If that isn't building a customer relationship then I don't know what is! Highly recommend!
