I brought my car in for a downstream O2 sensor replacement, a part which usually will run you between 50 to 100$. To do this procedure all you need to do is undo a 22mm nut and unplug a connector. After 6 hours of my car at currie tire, they charged me for an hour and a half of labour (147$) and 234$ for the o2 sensor, keep in mind that the OEM subaru one runs around 80$. All this totaled a whopping 434.26$ after tax. I wish I would have done it myself but since I am moving I do not have a garage at the moment. If you decide to come to this mechanic get ready to get ripped off and expect blown out prices. I will make sure to never come back and steer away any new customers from this shady business.

Once again, outstanding service at Currie Tire. We started with Currie when we moved back to Peterborough three years ago and haven't been disappointed. During that time we have been met with honest, fair, competitive advice for our SUV and on three occasions, including this morning, having blindly gone into the shop not knowing what was a wrong, a 10 or 15 minute fix was all that was needed at no cost to us. Truely appreciated. They have provided us with a loaner car or rides to and from our destinations, even when we are only bringing the car in for an oil change. Highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Had a great experience buying winter tires and rims from Matt and the gang at Currie Tire. They really took their time to recommend the right product, and to make sure it would work OK on my car which was a bit complex because it's an Audi A6 with non-standard performance tires. At the end of the day I'm super happy with what I got, and the price was not cheap but I think pretty good value, especially since I got to stay with my 19 inch wheel configuration. Overall a really great experience and I'm glad I trusted them with this important "investment"!! :)

Price and appointment availability generally fine; will however massively over-torque your wheel nuts within an inch of their lives. If you think you may ever need to change a flat on the side of the road, don't let Currie do your lugs.

We recently had a tire repair for a nail imbedded in the tire. We are from out of town and did not know where to go. My wife picked Currie tire based on it's reviews. We called on the long weekend and we were told to bring it in at 11 a.m. on the next business day. We arrived at 10:30 and were dealt with right away. The tire was repaired and we were on our way in under an hour. Very reasonable price and tremendous service. We were happily impressed with the experience.

How do I post pictures I got before and after pictures of my car a mercedes bens I brought it in to get brakes done witch was 900$ and when I came to pick it up.. the back of my car was all marked up so asked what happened and they didn't know but said when he worked on the car it wasn't there so asked if could fix it and he looked at me and said yeah for another 900 idk how that's fair when I brought it there in good condition... did 900 worth of work now I got 900 worth of damage how's that work I just wanted them to be fair with my car also wanted to get winter tires and moon roof done and much much they were gonna be my shop until this unless they own up to it and fix it I don't think I'll be back witch sucks cuz like that this shop was close to my place this place is not honest at all I come back to edit this so after everything the same brakes went well the caliber and it's only been 4 months after getting everything fixed

Well had winter tires and brakes done last fall, then when putting summers on couple days ago could not get one nutt off, it was cross threaded. The cross threaded nut broke the stud getting it off. So had to push hard to get new stud put on this week then they decided that that I should pay for it. Not very happy, the only ones that put the wheels on last fall was Currie Tire.

I work out of town and my wife's vehicle would not start. It was determined to be a loose connection on the battery terminal. Eventually it was tightened, but it needed a new nut and bolt. Currie Tire charged my wife 55$ for a new nut and bolt. I guess it's been a slow year at Currie Tire Ltd. Makes me sick. Awful.
