Just dropped my Chrysler off this morning to have a tire fixed. They were so friendly and helpful and professional and organized!! My first time there and I'll be going back to them for sure. Highly recommend them!! ????

Not sure about their shop or workmanship but their pick up drivers don't stop for school buses. It had plenty of time to stop. Rules state that both sides need to come to a full stop.

Made a appointment for wheel balancing since they advertise they have Roadforce balancing equipment. Arrived to find a large sign at the front door asking patrons not to enter and to call for instructions. Despite employees going in and out of the garage door 20 feet away I called for instructions and got a girl who seemed thoroughly confused that someone would call for instructions but eventually said she would send John out. Sat outside in the hot sun for ten minutes without being acknowledged and figuring that ai would have to sit outside while they worked on my car I left. COVID-19 in Toronto does funny things to some businesses.

Tire pricing is competitive and seems to be cheaper than most in the area. Kid at the front desk was not very friendly AT ALL and I had to reschedule my initial appointment (Which normally isn't a big deal as I know shipment issues happen)... but my boyfriend waited around an hour for an appointment I had set several weeks prior to be told the tires were not in stock yet. It would've been great to know this before hand so things can be rescheduled accordingly without wasting peoples time. This is my second and last time going with this company as I had to drive on a spare tire last year because there was another shipment delay that wasn't conveyed before hand.. only giving 2 stars for tire pricing. I don't think better communication regarding shipment delays BEFORE an appointment is too much to ask for.

Fast friendly and very reliable they usually do bigger trucks but fixed my little mazda 6 wheel and did an awesome job these guys will go above and beyond

As I rite this I'm waiting for them to fix 3 studs the cross threaded, only after I said forget the job as they were supposed to road force balance my jeeps 37s. Nope, off the jeep deflate the tire, reinflate , through it on a spin balancer (not even what I came for) then proceed to put the tire back on 7oz out. Unreal, mechanic really knows his stuff ! Dont go here. Unded up worse off than I came in.

Work was okay, rates were okay. Kid at the desk didn't seem to know how to prioritize waiting customers and left a bunch of us who were just waiting to pay stand around for 20mins while he, without any urgency at all, dealt very slowly with a customer who's vehicle wasnt even being serviced. Would not return.

Husband went to have rims replaced on work float, was told 1-2 weeks, 2.5 weeks later, 5 unreturned phone calls we now have an employee sitting in their waiting room to have tires put back on old rims. Rude and unfathomable customer service! If we ran our business this way we wouldn’t have a business!
