Brian Moxley and the Action team went out of their way to help me out when one of their products did not live up to my expectations. They did their best to repair the item and then returned it twice to the manufacturer. In the end they referred me to another dealership and arranged for a similar product to be installed on my vehicle. They made the best of an unfortunate situation and left me with a positive impression of their business. Great service!

They put a European-style tail light converter on my car and I consequently spent hundreds of dollars trying to track down the problem. These people do not seem to know what they're doing, at all. Edit: Don't be fooled by their attempt at public relations in the response. You can see below they asked me to contact them. After I contacted them, they never responded. Do not do business with them.

Waiting 4 full days for a return call. Left a message with a staff member yesterday. Called this morning and again in the afternoon and left a voicemail messages. Nearing closing time again today so I am not expecting a call back. Sorry Mike P placing my order elsewhere! Called Head Office in NB and spoke with them on August 1st, they were shocked that no one called me, l provided them all my contact information and was promised a return call that day, lol. It’s now 3 days later no call. I like to support local and Canadian business, hard to do so when they are not managed properly though. August 2nd: still no call back! August 3rd still no call back! August 3rd 9:30, received a call back finally! Adding 1* star to the rating to make it 2 stars at this point. Promised an email with pricing shortly. August 3rd: received my email quote for the tire and Rim package. In total I did 3 identical quotes for the same tires, rims, lugs and sensors. Action Car and truck were $500.00 more than the other quotes.

The product arrived before we had been promised and from start to finish our family had a great experience. I purchased over $5000 worth of accessories from the Lindsay Store last month and could not have been happier with my experience. The staff was friendly, accommodating and very insightful. They had to order in most of my parts because the were unique to my vehicle, however they arrived with in a few days and were exactly as described. Brian, Adam, Mike, Sophia and Shelby are all extremely professional and I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone in the area looking to customize their vehicle. Was told my truck was ready for pickup when it was still torn apart and then was told they wouldn't have the parts or the time to install parts that were broken overall they got the problem fixed through my mechanic a week later but I personally won't be going back as there seemed to have lack of communication+ trust that ended up costing me allot of money.

Ok. Without a doubt the best customer service I’ve ever received. I had a problem with my tonneau cover and called with some questions regarding repairs. Dealt with Brian. Within 4 days (even during these difficult times) I had a warranty replaced, brand new cover on my doorstep. Priority shipped. Blew me away. I’ll be shopping with them again guaranteed.
