Great shop with excellent customer service. Up front and reasonable rates, and quick turn around. I realized that I had missed their closing time on a Friday, so I accepted that I had messed up and wouldn't have my vehicle until Monday. I got a call 30 minutes later from the shop to tell me they were closing up and had noticed my vehicle still in the lot. They said they would wait for me to come grab it, no problem. I felt bad making them wait, but they were so good about it, and I was so thankful to have my vehicle for the weekend. Great service.

I haven't owned a small car in forever. Had to get a wheel alignment. they did a great job in all the things I asked them. I am sure wheel alignments are a price per job but annoying that a half hour job is 130 bucks. They got it all done, friendly, etc etc. I was supposed to go to the tire shop near TRU instead of north shore. I guess the only plus side of the north shore was checking out the river trail and watching cops bust ppl while I was in 2WD (walking haha).

I went here on a recommendation from the owner of Lacey & Foxy's next door. I have had them service 2 BMW's and an Audi S4. They consistently provide better service at a more reasonable price than either the Audi dealer or Bavaria BMW. The atmosphere isn't as elegant and there are some things I have to go to the dealer for but if I have a choice I always pick Integra. The treat me with more respect and I haven't had to return my cars to them to correct errors like I have with the dealerships.

I was having trouble searching the internet to determine whether or not the rims I bought would fit on my van and with no luck on the internet I called Integra Tire. A woman had a answered the phone so immediately I asked for service. In reality I was looking to hear a man's voice on the phone because no way would a woman be able to answer my question. Well..... she answered my question in seconds even told me the exact measurements which I of course forgot by the time I got off the phone. So no matter who helps you at this location Man or Woman . After paying my $600 bill and going out to my car they didn’t even put the rims on… Everyone laughed about it and after expressing my frustration Sherry made a snarky comment about “how dare anyone ever make a mistake”. I mean, you’re a tire shop…. The lady beside me was angry about her car, and someone came in to complain all while i was sitting there waiting for the mistake to be fixed. I don’t know what they’re doing in there, and they obviously don’t either. Go there if you enjoy headaches!

Be very careful of this place unless you like to drop $700 + to not even have them touch the vehicle their supposed to work on, bought a vehicle In Kamloops that needed a supposed pinion bearing, so that shop sub contracted it to integra tire $700 later issue still persists and either they didn't touch the rear differential at all or they out the old fluid back in chances are they didn't touch the differential at all considering the rear differential cover Still had rust on every bolt. Taking the documentation I have to my lawyer and see if I have a leg to stand on. If you like your hard earned money don't give it to these crooks

Meh... work was done fast but sloppy. Owners need to get crew that does the work properly. Got a tire change over and they put the two most worn tires on the front end of the car. You always put the tires with the most tread on the front for safety and to get an even wear. Triple count your money! I paid cash and double counted although the guy at the counter claimed I was a 20 spot short. I mean it happens but not usually.

This place is great. I was travelling from Edmonton to Calgary when I had a wheel break off of my car. I had it towed to the Integra Tire in Red Deer on the recommendation of my uncle, who is a mechanic in a different town. Phenomenal service! I was in town for a family emergency and when it came time to go I noticed my tire was low and there was a tear in the side wall of my tire. Replacement seemed like my only option. I called around and my tire was not available at any tire store in all of Kamloops. It could be ordered but would be a few days before it arrived. One shop looked at it and booked me an appointment the same day if I could get my husband to pick it up in Chilliwack and bring it to Kamloops by 3pm. The staff at Integra Tire saved the day literally!!! After checking to see if they had a suitable used replacement without luck, they said to bring it in and they would look to see if it was just low and the tear was merely cosmetic. This was the case exactly!!! They checked air all around and had me on the road in 15 minutes. I am forever thankful to the thoughtful service I received <3

After replacing the tie rod ends myself, i took my vehicle in for an alignment, wheel balance and rotation. Before taking the car in I numbered all wheels 1-4. When receiving the car back 2 hours later than quoted i noticed the wheel rotation hadn’t been carried out. I decided to rotate them myself and whilst doing so i noticed the rear wheels hadn’t been removed from the car in some time (seized to hub) therefore indicating no wheel balance had been completed either. They did a good job on the alignment though even if it did take 4.5 hours to complete and costing $250.

This place is amazing. They go above and beyond with their customer service and pricing is more than fair. I took my vehicle in as a walk in at 1pm on a Friday afternoon. It ended up needing several parts replaced. Not only did they get the work done but the staff stayed late to ensure I had my vehicle fixed that same day, rather than making me go without a vehicle over the weekend. I will certainly be going back for any service work I need.
