Came to these guys in the middle of my road trip, they were really accommodating and squeezed me in around a busy schedule to get me back on the road. I needed new Break Pads, Rotators and callipers, Also replaced my Ball joints and U-joints I dealt with Clint and Mike and they were very informative with regards to what was done. They took the time to explain things which I really appreciated. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a honest mechanic.

The guys at ideal are hands down the best mechanics I've ever delt with, my girlfriend and I had just started our road trip out to the coast and ran into some serious car trouble and the guys at ideal went above and beyond to get us back on the road as quickly as possible and at a more than fair price. Stop! Don't waste your money here. I recieved my vehicle back with a worse sounding exhaust then before. The work had to be re-checked and welding that was done had to be re-done by another shop. Originally I had tried to work with the shop manager and fix these problems. He told me there wasn't any problems and basically have a nice day. Awful experience here they just want your money that's the bottom line.

Rob was very helpful and prompt in resolving an issue with my front bearing: he kept me updated, and later showed me the part after removing it and explained exactly what was causing the noise I was hearing and the brake issues I was having. My company has been using Ideal Auto since it was acquired by the owner Clint. We had been getting service elsewhere and were happy with our previous mechanic, but ultimately we now send all our vehicles exclusively to Ideal. They're work is as good as any shop we've used, but their value and attention to detail is what makes them stand out. A minor good example is that we found our work van with our logo washed off after getting work done. It's not something they needed to do or were asked to do, but they noticed my staff had dropped it off with mud obscuring our company logo and they had their pressure washer out for something else so gave my van a spray down. That kind of sensitivity to what matters to me is not an everyday occurrence in business to business relations, but it's what helped their business earn all my fleet. I've actually almost forgotten what first drew me to Clint's shop and his team. He's a very straight up honest man and doing business with his is easy.

I was in a bit of a pinch this past Friday and spoke to Clint at Ideal, he made my visit a breeze from that point on. He fit my car in the same day and worked on saving me money. They even stayed a little bit late to do one extra repair that popped up, in order to ensure my car would be safe travelling down to the coast.
