My Parking Brakes were ON and they drove or tested my car keeping it on despite I advised them that they are on. So, they broke my parking brakes. Secondly, incorrect information on my brakes. Their mechanics definitely need more training. Very bad experience overall

They sold me used tires last year that they said had 75% tread left. I took their word for it but was told a couple weeks later by 2 other shops that they were maybe 50% at best. Not cool.

Bad Overall. I took my car in to get my E-brake fixed because it was holding and would smell after I drove. I picked it up and it seemed fine at first. Then I drove it one night and as I was coming down the hill while it was snowing, and my brakes were still catching in the back and I was fish tailing all the way down the hill and I almost went it to the ditch. So I took it in again because it didn't get fixed. When I picked it up it was in the same spot where I parked it and they said my e-brake couldn't be adjusted and that I would have to come again to go get the entire thing replaced. So I ended up paying for a new brake cable and 2 hrs labour for not even fixing it to begin with. I will not go back anytime soon.

Had my winter tires swapped to summers here. Also let them know about a squealing sound in my front left tire and they took care of it easily with an air comp and some aimed dusting. Girlfriends car has also been here to buy a set of winter tires and we were very happy with the service. Great team of guys here.

2019 and 2020 Excellent mechanic and service. I have been going here since 2015 and it was good but now it is fantastic. Over and above. Best rates! My truck, I asked ford and 4 other mechanics what was wrong with my overdrive switch and they couldn't answer, ask the mechanic here and it was instant. He rattled off what was wrong and had it fixed in no time. Years of an issue over. Only mechanic I use! Can't wait for their new alignment equipment

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY at this shop! This is a bottom of the barrel outfit. I previously gave this place a 5 star review under the old ownership, but this place has really gone downhill under the current owner. They dont warranty their work & make excuses to rip you off. They will damage your vehicle and will not make it right. Zero integrity! They also like to forgot about booked appointments, causing major inconveniences to your schedule. I would give them no stars if I could!

These guys were great! I had tires that were too small for my car and they called me to let me know. I was happy they noticed and didn't just put them on. I ended up finding some tires through a private sale and D&G checked the tires at their shop before I purchased them. Really appreciated that as I wouldn't have any idea if the tires were good quality or not. I spent a lot of time on the phone with them and they were all polite and didn't treat me like a girl who obviously knew nothing about tires. The interior of their shop needs a bit of a clean but they are honest and I would go back again.

seven hundred dollars my wife and sister drove five minutes away car broke down. phoned and after the third try they were allowed to get the car there and leave it until it could get fixed. Well why did you not fix it no excuses So tow truck four hundred and fixed the correct way one sixty. they treated them terrible left them but they got the seven hundred. for a part that was not the correct problem They would not show me the receipt for the non existent part from vancouver my mechanic said they neverr replaced the part DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE THAT EXLPOIT FROM NON KAMLOOPS RESIDENCE

DO NOT trust this company. I bought some seats that ended up not fitting my car. The bill clearly stated I could return with in 30 days with the bill but I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. However when I attempted to return the seats and the very rude person said he would only give me $150.00 back. that means they get 57% of my purchase cost just to place them back on the shelf. Have not decided what to do yet... If you must use this company do it at your own risk. Just DON'T expect them to keep to their word even when it is in writing.
