Amazing and friendly service. We had a flat on Saturday night and they took us first thing Sunday morning. We had run flat tires which are relatively uncommon and they had some in stock. Owner and his tire guy even took the time to show us how run flats work and the damage that was done to them. Hopefully we don't have to stop here again, but if you do, Andre's was the best.

Okay so, went around looking for tires for my car, well Andres was the best/cheapest by a HUGE margin, from customer service to the tire crew in the bay. Super attentive phenomenal friendly atmosphere and yes it took a little longer than planned for the tires to be put on ,BUT, they are swamped line up of cars so it's really understandable. If you want tires go here, seriously save yourself money and frustration and give Dave at Andres a call you will not ever regret it. Thanks Andres your all champions

Got a flat tire and being I was a woman with 3 kids they seen my desperation of needing a new tire for safety of my children in my car. Got me the 1 tire but gouged me $240 for 1 tire when if I didn't need the tire immediately I could have gotten a set of 4 new tires for $350 out of town. Prices are absolutely ridiculous or they see a woman coming and see cha-ching. Will never go back there!

I spoke with Dave, what an incredibly nice and helpful man! My son hit a pothole on the Coquihalla HWY on his way home to Edmonton, and got a bubble in the side of his tire. We had been calling around everywhere to find a tire and it was looking like he was going to be stuck for 2 day. A whole-hearted 5 stars! Heading home to Edmonton from Vancouver, we got a flat on the Coq between Hope and Merritt on a Sunday morning. Phoned Andre's, said if we could make it to Kamloops on our spare, they'd look at our tire. Gave us tips on driving on a spare to keep us safe. Got there about noon, they assessed and fixed the flat for CHEAP. Tony said the tire should be replaced soon but it would be safe enough to drive home to Edmonton for the rest of the day, just replace when we get home. He passed up the opportunity for a sale of a new tire to do what was best for us. Honest, hard-working, dependable shop. I wish I lived in Kamloops so I could go there regularly for my tire needs, but alas, this glowing review is the best I can do.

Our car had a flat tire not far from Clearwater and we were pretty much stranded on the side of the highway. We had a tow truck bring our vehicle back to Kamloops, and Andre's Tire World saved us! Sorry my Girlfriend ...Got sold used tires when told new , weathered an cracked , all worn to no grip on the inside , was told a year old but we're really 6 years old (4114) Not the same tires as shown , refuse to give a refund or put towards NEW tires. Will never go back or refer anyone there.... The "year" old tires were only bought in Aug of 2020. That's only 3 months to date from purchase of what was called " new " .

HUGE truck load of appreciation to Tony and Brandon for going way out of their way on a Saturday night to take care of a couple stuck travelers! Julie and I lost a tire to a sharp rock on a mountain pass, quick change to the spare and off to find the nearest service - when the first shop dismounted the tire, it was clear the damage was not repairable. Unfortunately - our tire size is a bit on the odd side - called every store that would answer a phone between Kamloops and Williams Lake - Andre's Tire was the only one who had our size. That was the good news. The bad news was, we were over 2 hours drive away and they were closing up shop in one hour. Tony - My new best friend in the whole wide world - gave me his cell number and said - no problem, call me when you hit town and we'll pop back in get you handled. And they did - Brandon had that new tire mounted and on the car in flash and we were on our way. Can't express enough how grateful we are to these two gentlemen for the extra effort and care they showed two strangers on a Saturday night. If you're reading this and looking for a "tire guy", please don't hesitate to look these guys up and tell them Tim and Julie sent you!

Horrible experience talked over the phone and agreed upon a price when I went to drop off vehicle at an agreed date and time to my surprise no tires In stock as promised and would no longer honour price quoted ( it had only been 2 days) andre himself brought me in his office to ' make it right' he kept me there for 30 minutes while he struggled to find a tire for the right price and size. Finally his great deal came in at 80 dollars more per tire then originally agreed. As I left he continued to follow me out the door into the parking lot trying to salvage the sale. Absolutely crazy I have never felt the need to write a bad review but I feel this level of poor service should be shared

Thanksgiving hockey tournament in Kamloops. Last day of tournament on a freaking Sunday long weekend I get a flat. Andre's is the only place open and luckily it was close. Went there, Tony got me in really quickly and made things tip top. I had a great experience. I told him I'd give them a five star review and here it is. And it's not like a sketchy place .. bathroom is large and clean, environment is comfortable (tires stacked everywhere but what can you do - winter is coming). On the way to our last tournament game I picked up some donuts for Andre from Tim Hortons and they were appreciated. The only thing is that you have to pay attention getting in and out because they are close to the entrance and exit of the bridge across the water. That's it - highly recommended.

This place is great!! Popped 2 tires, got there just a few minutes before they closed, they put the spare on just to get it in the shop over night. I decided to get 4 new tires put on (the old ones were bald anyway). As I am out of town and had to leave the next day they did it first thing in the morning and I was out and on my way. I'm giving a 3 star for my experience... the end result was I received brand new tires at a SIGNIFICANT discount (altho In reality I shouldn't have paid a penny for a new set) because last fall I received a "discount" on tires but I wasn't told they were 11 years old. So, drove on them for the winter and they started to separate this spring, could have ended extremely badly for me and my family. Went back in, had to REALLY raise a stink for the owner to correct his wrongs but in the end I walked out paying 1/4 of the price for brand new tires. all in all, he got caught doing some shady business but (kinda) smothed it out in the end. I still would not recommend Andres to family, or anyone else for that matter

We got a flat tire on our way from Chase to Vancouver on Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. We couldn't find anywhere else that was open until we came across Andre's. We had just enough mileage on the spare to limp into Kamloops and arrived around 12:30 pm. Tony was at the front desk and advised that the crew had just gone for lunch, but he called them back and three guys showed up in no time. In less than an hour we were back on the road, good as new. Heard about this place from a coworker as a little-known gem four years ago. The whole staff is so friendly and accommodating. They price matched with Costco and Walmart to give me the best deal on tires and rims. We always recommend them to other looking for a tire place in Kamloops, and after today when we had a flat, even though the place was swamped with people getting their winter tires on after the storm this week (and on a Sunday no less), Tony and the technicians made time to find us a new tire, put it on the rim, take off the donut tire and show me how to put it all back together. They never made us feel like we were out of luck and not worth helping like many other store-brand tires shops did in Vernon and Kelowna. The staff is incredible, they take pride in their work and understanding their customers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and good tires.

Stopped in this afternoon to get a quote and set up an appointment to get tires installed. 2 hours later I was leaving with a new set of tires at a lower cost than the the other place that I went to ( it was also a week to 10 days to get my tires in at the other shop). I was also given use of Andre's truck to go out and get lunch. Dave was very busy in the store taking calls and helping customers, yet he had time to give us the personal touch. I know that it is a pain to get into the shop because of the road construction going on outside, but it is well worth the effort. This is the second set of tires I have bought from Andre's and I certainly will be making them my first choice when I am in need of new tires again

Lost me as a customer: Pulled up to the bay as I always have in the past (as instructed by the desk staff previously as I have a little one in the truck) only to be hollered at by the crew in the shop and the "Face" of the business driving a vehicle behind me. Yes...imagine a girl who drives a truck and gets out to ask about re torquing my tires, it must mean I'm daft and a moron right?!?! How am I to know that you are wanting to pull a vehicle out of the bay "Mr.Crew Garage guy" and P.S. "Mr.Behind the counter guy" you lost me as a customer. I've dealt with them since I moved to Kamloops, lately the service terrible. Had an appointment and waited 45mins without my vehicle even being touched. I When told the guy to cancel my appointment after waiting so long his reply was go ahead you'll pay twice as much. Really!!!!?? The guy waiting next to me was told "what are you still doing here!.....your car was finished a while ago, It's parked over there". The owner is nice and accommodating when he is around but when he's not around the staff don't care and are rude. I've spent a lot of money there and I will not again! AVOID!

While on vacation in Kamloops over the Labour Day weekend, I had the low tire pressure light come on in my car. Sure enough, I could see a screw stuck in my left rear tire. Being a long holiday weekend and Sunday to boot, I tried 3 other tire shops (all closed) before I found Andre's still open. They took me right in and had the tire fixed in less than half an hour, and for a very good price too. They gave me a cold bottle of water to drink and I chatted with Andre the owner and the next thing I knew the tire was done. Great service, very friendly and I won't hesitate to get service done there again. FYI they also have a huge selection of tires and they are open every day except Christmas day and New Year's day. Fantastic!

Not just the best prices in town but these guys understand the value of repeat customers. Over the last few years the team at Andre's has promptly and professionally satisfied our family's numerous tire/wheel requirements. Today I had the misfortune of driving over a nail at the dump and needed some prompt TLC to fix. I pulled into Andre's and Dave and Tony had the guys on it immediately. When I went in to settle my bill they smiled and thanked me for being a loyal customer and sent me on my way with no charge....yes, I'll DEFINITELY be back and recommend these guys to anyone! Awesome work guys!!!

The team at Andre’s are great. Their prices are fair and after calling around, better than any other place in Kamloops. Very friendly staff and despite being busy they had my tires done earlier than I had expected. I even called to see if I could bring in a punctured tire (got a flat the day I was to pick them up) and they repaired it in time as well. Definitely will recommend them to anyone, as they were recommended to me by a friend. Oh ya and they were open on a holiday! I’ve never seen that from a tire place. Thanks again.
