Excellent customer service from Kerry and Rich. Beside the four new truck tires that I had booked they were able to check other locations for a fifth tire (my spare) and a wheel and went and picked those items up while the other work was being done. There were plenty of regular customers coming in while I was there and I can see why - it is friendly, professional service. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

I called around and decided to take my car here for some tire work. They quoted me high right off the top and then called me to tell me it will be more after they started the work already. It was good they called but when I came in and questioned why the prices being quoted for the base service carried (I undetstand why it had to go up) the gentleman there became argumentative and just said he can't get into the other guys head and if I have a problem to just call the next day. I am in the service industry and would never treat any customer that way. everything was fine until I questioned payment. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place.

One of the best experience of my life here. I had damaged tires on a brand new car. Within a year the tires were showing cracks.The car dealer refused to help. Westend tire went out of their way contacted the tire manufacturer and had the tires replaced under warranty. They were very helpful and guided me through the whole process.

This is my regular shop for all my mechanical needs. I am extremely picky about who works on my truck and am insanely hard to please. Outstanding customer service, Garth and Richard have gone well out of their way on more than one occasion to help with any vehicle work, questions I have, quotes, etc. Great shop and good mechanics. 10/10 I recommend to everyone I know that is in need.

For a place that specializes in tires they sure do not put them on proper. After having a safety inspection done after they serviced the vehicle the mechanic described my vehicle as a "death trap". When it was brought to the owners attention I was yelled at and hung up on. Be safe take your business else where.

After receiving a rather suspicious and expensive quote from another shop, I brought our diesel cube van to Garth at West End Tireland. To my surprise and delight, they called me to inform me that much of the expensive work this other shop said needed to be done was in perfect working order. I found myself alone , on a very cold day, with a very flat tire. As soon as i walked in to the tire store i was greeted promptly, and my problem assessed. The premises was so clean, comfortable and hot coffee at the ready. GARTH explained what he felt had to happen and ran through it with me. I did not feel pressured. It took about 40 minutes. Later , a possibly different problem arose , and I contacted Garth. Immediately he said drop in anytime we will check it out. Due to bad weather it was awhile. Another employee recognized the car, attended to it on the spot..... all is well. !! I would recommend Tireland based on what I thought, was excellent service. Thank you to the staff.

My wife found this company by accident and we have loved them since. Richard and Garth are awesome, they were so helpful, attention to detail, tell you the truth straight up, tries their best to fix your vehicle with the most cost effective way and saves you money... I don't know about you but I have not seen that many businesses out there that tries to save you money. They are so great that we ended up bring them all of my vehicles to do big or small repairs. Have been going for more than ten years now. Twice I have bought my vehicle to a dealership only to find that the work they were suggesting was not needed at the current time. If I could give 0 stars I would. Save your money dont come here unless your just doing an oil change or getting a tire service. Also watch out for unnecessary up selling. My boyfriend took my truck to Tireland to get some tires swapped out from winters to summers. That was fine. While they were working on my truck they "noticed a power steering leak" I thought that was weird because we had just changed the power steering hose a few months prior and it wasn't noticeably leaking before. They told my boyfriend that they would put on a "heavy duty hose" so it wouldn't happen again. We agreed. A few days later we noticed a substantial power steering leak. When we took it back they denied it was their work; wouldnt stand by it and fix it for free. They ended up yelling at my boyfriend who was handling this for me, yelling at him that we needed a tow while the ama tow driver was literally right next to him. (The brakes were shot so we couldn't drive it) When we decided to change the hose ourselves we took a look: They didn't put the o rings on and what they installed was covered in electrical tape. Nice "heavy duty hose" and "expert mechanics". Needless to say, save your money dont come here unless your just doing an oil change or getting a tire service. Also watch out for unnecessary up selling. Good luck!

Superior customer service second to none! Have been dealing with Garth and Richard and their crew for a number of years and am very happy with the way they treat myself and my vehicles. I just rated you without comments cos I already wasted enough time between you and Tireland.ca. But since you insist, 1st thing I did not request brand new tires and I know by warranty they would charge the amount of tires used. 2nd what you offered was actually cleaning the mud and tire balancing for 80$ before you diagnose and on top of that you want to install them on the vehicle to test them and thats another charge. So I'll be paying almost 200$ for diagnosing your defective tires! on top of the 850$ they cost me. Tire balancing shakes the car for a certain speed range and goes away and everybody knows that and I explained that thats not the case. But you don't listen or ask questions at least. Mud u'r talking about is micromillimeter layer and all tires have that when you hit the road for a while. Tires have more than 80% tread life and no one would bother carry them and go back and forth for almost new tires. If you were a professional expert you would have bothered and look at the tires well and make a verbal diagnoses and you would have seen the defect in the 4 tires! Same as my mechanic saw it and told me your tires are defective and needs replacement and probably thats why the studs are coming off quite early! More than 30% of the factory installed studs are off if you ever looked. And no need to count the years as I took them off since mid of last winter and prefer dumping them now rather than coming back to your shop or talking to Tireland.ca customer service. If you can't see the defect in tires while the mechanic was able to see them and show it to me then go do something else. Am glad that you don't charge also for visits to your shop. When you wanna diagnose a defect you should do it by yourself and if it turns something as you said than go ahead and charge me. But hey "I can't know anything before cleaning them and doing tire balance and then I have to install them on your vehicle to test them!" And then I'll tell you whether we can do warranty on them or not! I believe people can know well and recognize when a business cares and when a business doesn't give a dam from the first issue! I learned a lesson anyways and paid for it well its fine!

I called them to inquire whether they would install a lift kit into my truck, however they blatantly refuse to do it, in a rude manner, because I had not bought the lift for them. The associate just continued to repeat "Not interested." Being a vehicle enthusiast who has work done to vehicles often, I would not recommend this place. It seems that if they are not going to make a real profit from you, you are not worth their time.

After calling up the owners, they were excellent on rescheduling as always as having very prompt and professional service. While my vehicle was in the shop they provided me with a call to let me know that my vehicle has had everything completed and approximately how much longer my tires would last and that it was ready for pick up at anytime. As someone with limited knowledge about cars, I'm always conscious of the fact that there are many repair places that will see me coming from a mile away and give me a list of "necessary" repairs along with a hefty bill. I have never had this problem at West End Tire. Garth and Richard are amazing at letting me know what needs to be done now, what can wait for later and what probably doesn't need to be done at all. If you're looking for a place you can trust, this is it!

Customer service must be worked on. Treats people like they are trash and like you are better than everyone else. You should think about putting down your slogan on your outside pannel saying "customer service is the best here" because its BS. Better work on it otherwise you'll lose lot more people and put the business down with time.

Tireland/ West End tire was fantastic. It was a very busy time of year yet Richard took the time to find me excellent tires and rims for my vehicle. Other tire shops told me to go online,which I did. My tire size is very rare, therefore it is expensive and the selection is poor. Richard took the time to find a perfect alternative, which will save me money and time down the road. I received a great price, had them on within days and the service was second to none. I have recommended WestEnd Tire to many family and friends and will continue to do so.

I called in and asked if they had a certain size rim and tire. Was rudely told " how could I stock all sizes in store, there are to many." No offer to order them at first, just doubting my intelligence, followed by a condescending remark like that. It doesn't hurt to ask. I didn't even bother finding out the price. If you want to sell tires and service, a good place to start is good customer service and politeness. Even if you are having a bad day, or by the seems of it, week.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had and this organization put the life of my family at risk. I asked them to change my summer tires to my winter tires and they used the incorrect lug nuts on my rims. My tires were loose and we were heading out on a vacation to banff and they only installed 3 of the REQUIRED spacers that are necessary to make my winter rims fit properly. This is unacceptable and to be honest they offered to bring my car back and fix the shotty work they did but I did not feel safe to have them do the work again. I will never be taking my car here or recommending this location ever again. I will be expecting them to give me a full refund when I go back on Monday.

Staff and owner were very friendly and easy to talk to. Services are cheaper than most shops I’ve been to. They are quick and they also offer you free coffee and water. They have a mini lounge for people to chill and wait for their vehicle to get done. Winter times can get very busy specially with tire swaps but these guys gets them done within an hour, installed and balanced. If you’re looking for a place to get your maintenance done they also provide them. I took my 300 in and am definitely satisfied with their work. If you’re in the west and in need of car repair this is the place. I will definitely come back if I need any work done.

I was shown the broken part, repairs explained clearly and the cost to do repair, which was lower than a previous quote done by a Ford Dealership. Nothing but high praise for this business and staff! Really good experience dealing with both Richard and Garth at Tireland West End. I brought my car in for an oil change and front end alignment. Very clear and safe covid-19 safety protocols, that made me feel completely safe within their business. Turn around on the services was only a couple hours; I rode my bike back to pick up my car, paid my invoice - a reasonable amount - and headed back to work. I'll be back for future services!
