Dishonest and overpriced. They billed 4 hours labour to change a fuel pump that should take less than 1 hour (fuel pump accessible from rear seat and gas level was low enough). I was also billed 1.5 hours of diagnostics which they had promised to waive if I got the repairs done with them. After a heated dispute over the labour charges with mechanic and manager they adjusted the bill but I still paid double the fair rate for such a job. On my way to Edmonton, I noticed I had a low front tire, when I looked closely I found a slow leak from a slash in my tire that appeared to have been done by a pointy knife. I'll never know if this was a coincidence or not. Stay away from this place.
Way over priced
Got us in right away. Fast friendly service.
Quick, friendly service
Great workmanship
Great customer service! Definitely will be back
Bought a truck from Griffith's then went down to QuickLane to get an extra set of mud tires and rims. Looked in the catalogue and picked the Wrangler MT/R with Kevlar on 17" rims. 2-3 days later they call me to take the truck to the shop to get the new rims and tires on. The ride was awful and they said it's because of the rims size <>. I ran these for 3 months then threw them in the shed as they were awful. Turns out 2 tires have the treads backwards. They tell me now, with the same ignorance <
Friendly service and quick! Breath of fresh air!!
Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Went out of their way to help me out. Thank you all at quick lane. God Bless you all.
Do NOT use this shop, very dishonest and ignorant when they get caught ... brought truck in for inspection, failed lights that work (dim from weak battery) failed rear brakes and drums that were only 6 weeks old, there are several more fails on truck that were equally failed for unknown reasons, they just brushed me off and took the money....... keep your distance .....
Fast Friendly service.
Great, helpful, friendly staff. Our van's steering box completely busted while we were in Jasper national park and this was the only town within a reasonable distance that was able to get it fixed. Showed up in the afternoon and they had the parts delivered the next morning, fixed it up and we were gone by 11am, even though they seemed fully booked.
Wasn't told to bring my car back after getting my tires replaced, I had to get it done in Calgary and they said they weren't done correctly
I have been a Quick Lane goer for a couple of years, always professional, super quick ( I come from Jasper and have to wait in Hinton till it's done). I recently had my tires replaced, shout out to *Dawn* at the front desk, she was super personable and helpful. I recommend!
The staff there are so nice and professional. Saved my life!
Friendly staff, they did a proper car inspection for insurance purposes. They fixed properly what my truck need it. Thank you
Big fan of our local quick lane - we have great customer service staff here, who are happy to recommend the best course of action for your vehicle but also for your wallet.
Quick Lane is very knowledgeable and quick about fitting us in and getting the job done. Thanks for getting us all ready to go!
Amazing service from Mike Crawley and the staff here! Mom my and I were on a road trip and he was able to diagnose what was wrong and fix it for us right away!
Got a quote for brakes, with a coupon, dropped off the car for pick up at 4, went back and not done yet. Not even on the lift, no phone call or anything. Half hour walk back home, lost about hours just walking back and forth from the shop. Went to pay and the price was wayyyy over the quote price and some technicality with the coupon. Tried to complain and got a rehearsed response, obviously I wasnt the first to complain. This place is a joke, it's also owned by Griffith's Ford if that gives you any hint.
Friendly staff
On a trip from Manitoba to BC for my brother's wedding, my car broke down and Quick Lube was VERY helpful. Everyone rushed to ensure I made it on time. Great staff! Thanks a million!
I've been there for a window which was not closing anymore, took them the whole day, when I picked up, opened the window, was not closing anymore, returned there saying they didn't fix the problem, been told I could bring the car anytime the day after so they will fix it again, the manager said they could not fix it and could not take car of it this day and the day after, I was 2 days with an open window while it's winter. They made me pay 400$ just for a closed window that I still can't use. It took them 4 hours the first day to take care of it, and just an hour when I bring it back to close it again. By the meantime she's saying me it's the wires, could take.5 min to fix, or 8 hours, I doubt that and still don't get why they haven't tried at list if it could take 5 min as she said. Feel robbed here. They made me loose time and money and they were absolutely not comprehensive regarding my concern.
My rental needed a quick fix when I travelled in Jasper. However all repair shops in Jasper (technically two ☹️) were fully booked, so I went to Quick Lane in Hinton, which is the nearest town from Jasper. The staff there are so friendly and professional. My rental was fixed within 15 minutes. Thanks to their help, I could go back on road.
Brilliant service especially during the holiday closures. Fitted a new block heater plug asap and great price!
Friendly ,competent mechanical and customer service, with fair prices .
Very pleased with the service and the price. Got "the Works" with a discount. I will be coming back in the future. ????
Terrible service. Go elsewhere. I was quoted $99 for an oil change and was charged $214 when I picked up my car. Apparently this is because my car takes synthetic oil which I was only told after the oil change was complete. I was given a list and told to check anything else I wanted replaced. I was clear I ONLY wanted an oil change. I checked the box beside filter thinking it was for the oil filter and I was charged $50 for a new engine filter. When I picked up my car the man at the desk (manager?) told me my tire tread was 50% worn, which is untrue. I put new tires on the car 6 months earlier and have hardly driven it because of COVID. Finally, when I drove away the change oil light was still on!! When I turned the car around he came running out of the store and said, "We couldn't get the light off. When you drive it for a while it should go off on it's own" WHAT??! Of course it didn't. I read the manual which they could have read, and reset the light myself. They obviously don't know what they are doing and are comfortable misleading their customers.
Super rude, never willing to help me with my car. I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Cheer up Jessica.
Amazing, I could not believe they drove out to their shop to help me out i had a flat and they were the only place in town with what i needed. what amazing service. Highly recommended.
Told the lady that we were traveling and she said 30 to 45 minutes, which is already long for an oil change. It took 80 minutes all in. Slow service.
I had a brake and rotor job done on all 4 tires in Grande Prairie the day before at the Subaru dealer. I Was told to get the tire lock nuts retorqued after 100 km. As I had to be on my way to Hinton. I dropped in at Quick Lane. They sent a technician out and did it without any fanfare and no charge. Very courteous and friendly service. Two thumbs up.
Prices are over the top. Took in my own oil filter and a additive so so needed 4 quarts of oil was told they would take off the oil filter price and after service was done still got charged for the filter and $40 labor over the price quoted. Take my advice go to Canadian tire alot cheaper and more professional.
Went there for an oil change. They did an inspection as well and replaced my air filter. It wasn't cheap but the overall service was ok. They have few seats and good wifi so it was ok for us
They really do their best to take care of you
I called on a Friday to make an appointment for Monday afternoon to get my VW oil changed. I told them it was a turbo diesel as I know the filters are more expensive. When I arrived, they had not ordered the filter. The service people apologized for not having it on site and forcing me to wait a bit longer. It really wasn’t a big deal to me, but when my eyes caught the prices for a diesel oil change, I thought I would need a new pair of underwear. Thankfully, she told me it really didn’t apply to my small car and would charge me the same as a gasoline car, plus the filter. To my surprise, the manager knocked off 20% for the wait and not having the filter on hand. I have never encountered a nicer, more helpful service crew than I did there. When locals came in, they knew their names and greeted them. What a great business plan and wish American businesses were as nice!
Very friendly and helpful staff
Jess and the staff at the Hinton quick lane are amazing. Great service all around. Quick and friendly and very accommodating in all my truck needs. The knowledge of truck accessories is incredible. Thank you Jess and Mike for all your continued help!
Came in for the 20% off special for my Tundra. Very happy and recommend them.
great random act of kindness not charging to diagnos the code on my truck. Merry Christmas to you quick lane.
Sabrina was able to get my truck in and fixed after the quick lane in spruce grove refused to fix a warranty problem with my upper control arms. I recommend these guys. And HIGHLY do not recommend Zender Ford in spruce grove.
The smaller extension of the Ford dealership, focusing mainly of minor repairs (tires, oil changes, brakes, etc.) Service is decent, pretty quick service.
Nice service people , mom likes the people in front service area .
Had a breakdown on holidays (not a good feeling) and Mike and the excellent Folks at Quick Lane Hinton went out of their way to find the part and fix my truck right out on the street. Not many places would do this. 5 Stars for this business as I know they were very busy. Thank you and Happy Canada Day Weekend.
Had my tires changed from summer to winter. Was done quickly and also had my car serviced.
Didn't do the work i wanted to, didn't order the parts ahead of time for the job that i booked in, took forever, AND since that day my check engine light comes on and off.... fantastic. Only one star because i couldn't leave it a zero
The Best Service
