We blew a tire on our trailer on a Saturday, nothing open in Jasper and our spare was garbage. We made a call and he offered to grab us tires in hinton while he was getting parts and bring them back to jasper for us. We limped the trailer into town and he met us. This was the best service we could imagine and so thoughtful to help us out in a pinch. Highly recommend! Very friendly and helpful!!!

Google map directions were not so clear. When arrived, there was no sign on the building that would tell us if we are at the right place. We were waiting over night if someone would show up in the morning, but we couldn'y find anyone. So we left after a while, to find another mechanik in town. We dont know if this business exists or not.

As a business owner with staff out on the road who run into vehicle troubles you worry about them and thier safety. I'm so glad they called you. Thank you for assessing the vehicle and ensuring it was road worthy, and on top of that not even charging a dime. Wow. Just wow for the incredible, above and beyond service. This mechanic first helped us troubleshoot the problem we were having with our motorhome over the phone as we driving. We were pulled over at the side of the road and he just showed up, without us asking him to come find us. He diagnosed the issue, drove back to town for what he needed, and then returned, saved the day, and fixed another issue we had spring up. He accepted only limited pay, no tip, and he did all this at noon-ish Thanksgiving Day. Wow.
