I am pleased to post this review of this company and its staff, for the work performed, and their above and beyond customer service experience. Had the pleasure of dealing first hand with the Owner, Tyler, who helped in making the experience more then I've found in Kamloops in a long time. Service was excellent, prompt, and done it the first time. Cost was well below any other stores in town, which I price checked against all that morning. Highly recommended and will definitely be my new go to for all my family's and company's future service work. Please check this hidden gem out and I promise you will not be let down in any way.

Tyler and his team were absolutely amazing!! From the moment my wife called to us getting the service needed was seamless. Rob the technician was friendly and professional! Tyler made the effort to come say hi to us and instantly felt like a valued customer. As others have commented the quick appointment time and value were very much appreciated. We also had to wait as we live 1.5 hours away. We were in and out super quick! Ok Tire on Mission Flats is my new tire store. Quality, value and good customer service is what we all look for in all businesses. Today we found it with Tyler and his crew. I am one to read reviews and I hope you do too. I found the 2 people who gave 1 star with no comment. How are they going to improve if you don’t tell them?? It makes me think there is no way it was for this OK Tire! Tyler and Rob. Asked the guy to put my tires at 120 pounds because that’s what the professionals recommend and he in turn removed my good valve caps and put cheap ones on and left tires at 100 pounds which I know you guys are in the business of selling tires but I’m not in the business of spending $1300 on unnecessarily because of unnecessary wear on tires

These guys are awesome. I am a local courier and while doing some deliveries across the road I ran over a sharp rock and got a massive leak in one of my tires. They got me in right away and I was out within 20mins. They saved the day! Thanks guys!

I strongly recommend Highway Tirecraft for anyone looking to purchase and install a new set of tires. Even though I was on a very tight budget, they had several options within my price range. The tires arrived promptly and were installed in less than 45 minutes. They also noticed some wear on my brakes and gave me recommendations on how to proceed with that given my financial situation. I was extremely pleased with their level of service and quality of work.

While on a trip in our Motorhome we found the inner tire of the rear dually air pressure extension cord was leaking, causing a flat. I was at a competitor store and I was able to speak with Rob in Kamloops and the other tire store made it possible to have a very quick repair and resolution. I was extremely grateful that OK Tire Commercial in Kamloops was able to help us. I would certainly return to OK tire again for repairs and tires.
