Awesome service, asked to balance my tires. 3 required balancing the 4th didn’t. Only charged me for the three tires, also gave me previous week sale price on a replacement duratrac tire that I wanted changed out. Highly recommended.

Excellent and they found a problem my dealership either didnt see or ignored. But I dont see how they missed a leaking strut when tjey had all 4 tires off twice in 1 week. While Fountain did my wheel allignment they seen it right away and made me aware it was a warrantied problem that the dealership should replace free! If it wetent for them it would still be leaking as the dealership quite obviously knew it was leaking and opted not to tell me because it was a warrantied issue. Fountain Tire was great thank you for saving me from a potentially huge problem! ;)

Fountain Tire treated us like family when were damaged our van while on vacationing in Timmins. Not only did they take us in when none of the other garage would, including our dealership, but they loaned us vehicles so we could get around while we waited for the van to be fixed. They were so helpful and friendly and did good job on the van. Highly recommended especially if you are an out of towner like us.

Friendliest service. They got my car in that same day which was incredible. Called to make sure I consented to all changes before making them and sent me an incredibly detailed report for my non-car understanding brain to understand. I did. Very impressive. 10/10 would fix my car here again.

For winter tire season, the price was reasonable. Although, I was unimpressed with the fact that I had to wait 4 hours inside Fountain Tire for my winter tires to be changed. This is unreasonable as there was no one ahead of me. Also, they weren’t offering their shuttle services therefore I could not leave, I had to stay seated in their waiting room for a total of 4 hours. Even though they hadn’t brought my car in, they said to leave it with them so they could have it when they were ready to work on it. Pretty odd as they didn’t end up doing it until 3.5 hours had already gone by, so I sat there with no vehicle for no reason when I could have gone back when they were ready. Very disappointed.

My grand daughter in law certainly received poor service today with comments that were unnecessary and belittling. Over a tire that was installed incorrectly and then man staff say now “they have to correct for Free “!! Seriously?? My husband had tires installed there recently and rims were not cleaned and tires weren’t sealed properly and both tires leaked and as family we live an hour away! So who needs be reimbursed for the grief of traveling to get things re done!????

Was able to take my car in last minute with no appointment and not even a previous client. Dropped my car off in the morning with a flat tire, got a shuttle ride home, and figured it would be a few hours before I hear from them considering I had no appointment but I got a call that my car was ready in no time! Great, friendly service, quick service, polite and friendly shuttle, good prices. Will likely return for future needs!

Halfway in a road-trip between Hearst and Sudbury with my family, I had some weird noise I needed looked-at before continuing on Hwy 144. Just before closing time, a few garages turned-me away. FOUNTAIN TIRE (TIMMINS) took us-in, had a look, fixed the problem and sent us on our way. I can't thank them enough! Otherwise, we would have had to sleep in Timmins, and it wasn't a good option for our itinerary. Thanks to everyone at FOUNTAIN TIRE (TIMMINS)!!!

I had a great experience at Fountain Tire today. Tracy provided excellent customer service. Most tire places take a week or two to get an appointment to put on summer tires. NOT HERE..same day. Just leave your vehicle and they will chauffeur you back and forth. Thanks also to Leif who went beyond to research some suspension parts. Thanks for the awesome service!

I also want to add that you will see their blue and gold vehicles at charity fund raisers through out Timmins and the region. They are great community supporters! Overpriced Charged me $207 to put on winter tires (already on rims) and fix 1 flat. The rest was “diagnosis” which should not have taken longer than 15 minutes as the issues are clearly visible after they took the tires off which they were doing anyways to switch them from summers to winters. $5.26 part $207 total. Make it make sense???? I got a quote at less than half price at another shop for the mechanical work needed identified by fountain tire. They do send a detailed inspection report with pictures which is nice, but overall I don’t recommend their services and won’t be returning.

When you first walk into their establishment, it's bright and clean and you are greeted with a smile. Desiree was extremely efficient and helpful. They have a great vibe going on there. They also stand by their products and warranties and did everything possible to resolve our tire issues with a great outcome. Furthermore, you couldn't ask for a more friendly and dependable shuttle driver who promptly drove me back and forth to the store. Thanks Gary!
