I had my tires mounted on mags (alloy rims). 1 mag was badly balanced I had to return to correct the situation, subsequently the weights took off on another wheel (stuck lead). Finally, the tires were all over inflated (38-39psi) instead of the oem recommended pressure of 32psi. (Original) Bon service à la clientèle mais la technique laisse place l'améioration. Je lui demande pourquoi il ne m'a pas appelé pour m'aviser. Il insiste qu'il m’ait appelé. Ensuite, Il me remet les clés mais c'était les clés d'un autre client. Il ne s’excuse même pas et il me demande d’être patient avec lui. Ça fait 3hrsque j’attends, il décide de traiter les autres demandes. Quand je lui demande s’il y avait un problème avec ma voiture. Il dit à une autre cliente qu’il devrait finir avec celle-là. Quel langage! Le service est mauvais. Je vais jamais retourner a cette place.

Friday we had the first snowall of the season Saturday was at this location returning to get the vehicle sprayed. Arrived at 7:50am and kinda felt like being in line to buy Justin Bieber tickets (just kidding) The staff at the counter worked as quick as he could considering the volume of people waiting in line. Told me the aproximate wait time and I was off doing other chores. Called the counter and the car was ready. No issues with the service or staff. Just sharing my 2 cents

Took advantage of my girlfriends car knowledge. She wanted just an engine oil change, they told her it would be 30/40 minutes. When she came back, they told her they changed her car air filter also. This was done without asking and then preceded to charge her for it. Slimy tactics on people that have a hard time saying no... Will never recommend this place to anyone.

I made 2 tire changes on the BMW and the oil change on each of the cars. All the time the staff have an impeccable approach, they are accessible, attentive, professional, helping and above all they WANT your satisfaction, which nowadays is very rare .... The service is fast and courteous and if ever you have problems with your car after an interview they have done they will solve the problem with pleasure and apologize without hesitation for the inconvenience! I highly recommend this garage, the prices are reasonable and the service offered is quality! Thank you to all your team for their good work :) PS: I want to add this, Mr.Lube takes care of my German vehicles without problem with quality parts and affordable prices while several garages like Canadian Tire, Midas, etc ... are simply not able to manage this kind of vehicle because their mechanic and equipment are not qualified or the price is 1.5 to 2x more expensive! The people are nice enough, however the policy they have in place is ridiculous. I arrived at 7 am to be first in line for tire change. They didnt have the tires and had to order. When they came in later the same afternoon they told me i had to wait another three hours. Instead of putting me next in queue they put me at the back of the line. If they dont have enough stock on hand to service customers they should at least give us next prioroty when ordered tires arrive.

Went to this location at around 1:00 on a Saturday followed the big arrows to the enterence and parked because the bays were not open. They just rudely said I can’t park there and they are fully booked for the day (lol) I obviously wasn’t planning to park there long term, I just wanted my oil changed!! there were 2/4 bays open at that time and a few workers standing around. Pretty horrible customer service if you ask me. Maybe offer to make an appointment for me suggest a better time? Lol It’s all good, I suggest to take your business elsewhere.

(Translated) The manager made me believe that I had to change the transmission oil for my 2 vehicles (mine and my wife's and an additional $ 125 per vehicle). I got back to the manager and he told me he was busy and he would call me back to discuss it later. 4 days later I contacted his boss, since I still had no news from the manager, and was able to get my money back, thanks to my evidence. Although I managed to get my money back, I no longer trust Mr. Lube and will never go back. I had a bad experience at the one in Gatineau, now this one, they lost a good client trying to rip me off. (Original) Le gérant m’a fait croire que je devais changer l’huile à transmission pour mes 2 véhicules (le mien et celui de ma conjointe et 125$ de plus par véhicules). Plus tard j’ai réalisé que le mien n’avait aucunement besoin de cet entretien et nous l’avions fait pour le véhicule de ma conjointe 5 mois plus tôt, dans un M. Lube. J’ai recontacté le gérant et il m’a dit qu’il était occupé et qu’il allait me rappeler pour en discuter plus tard. 4 jours plus tard j’ai contacté son patron, puisque j’étais toujours sans nouvelles du gérant, et j’ai réussi à me faire rembourser, grâce à mes preuves. Bien que j’ai réussi à me faire rembourser, je n’ai plus confiance en M. Lube et je n’y retournerai jamais. J’ai eu une mauvaise expérience à celui de Gatineau, maintenant celui-ci, ils ont perdu un bon client en tentant de m’arnaquer.
