I have been going to jiffy lube over the last 8 years consistently for my oil changes and they we're consistently 65$. My last visit was 160$?! FOR AN OIL CHANGE! Synthetic oil doesn't cost 100$ a gallon and the filter isn't 60$ so when I asked the guy why the 250% price hike, he said it was because of Covid which is ridiculous! Gas prices didn't climb by 250% because of the pandemic, 30-50% yes but not 250%. If you want to get scammed, go there but be sure to always ask for the price upfront, they definitely won't tell you until after the work is done and this is why I was scammed out of 160$.

Will never take my car back there, they put the filter on to tight and wasn't able to take it out when I went for my next oil change and they wont take any responsibility for it, cost me 200$ to fix there mistake NEVER again , would not recommend for anyone

I have been a faithful customer for over 12 years taking our 2 cars for oil change to Jiffy Lube, always gave great tips until later I realized that these guys do not change the oil filter, they don't drain all of the oil and when on Sep 16, 2021 I asked why the oil looked dirty, one of the guys told me it was its original color. I went to a trusted friend and a mechanic and he checked the oil and found it dirty, noticed that the filter was not changed and told me that they either mixed old with new oil or did not drain the whole oil. I am saying good bye to these guys that I thought they were doing a good job for all these years. Always double check to make sure you are getting a good service worth your money!

I will NEVER again take my car to one of these Pennzoil Oil Change places!!!! I had been a loyal Oil Changers (ON) customer for years and had no problems EVER! I moved to QC and took my car to this place (Pennzoil) and they put in CRAPPY, CHEAP, THIN oil in my car and the oil pressure light started coming on and beeping intermittently when I was stopped in traffic... On and off, on and off hours on end!!! Very frustrating to say the least. I went back to Pennzoil to verify that there was in fact nothing wrong with the oil pressure or that there was no leak etc. and that was verified by the staff there - but the problem persisted. I took it to a garage - they changed the oil to a heavier version - problem SOLVED!!!! Unbelievable... The service may be quick & courteous at Pennzoil - but if you are going to develop problems with the car - really what is the VALUE in that?????????????? Enough said!

Plus jamais je vais n'y remettre les pieds... En Plus, après avoir payé... un autre de leur garagiste a essayé de me faire repayer une deuxième fois avant que je sorte de leur garage.... pas très professionnel... Certe, ils étaient tous gentil en essayant de me crosser avec leur arnaque... Je me dois de leur donner ce point... ils furent très gentil... I always go there, because it's quick and it does the job, BUT be warned. They will use tactics to get you to spend more money. They'll say things like it cost only 2$ more for the engine air filter compared to Canadian Tire. When they say this, you think it's not worth the hassle to go to CT for 2$... WRONG... What they don't tell you at the same time is that they charge 35$ for installing something that take literally 30 seconds to change yourself and an air filter at CT goes under 10$.

It was my first time there today 09 Oct 2021, I drove in and ask how much the most basic oil change was going to be, the guy told me 54.99$ plus tax. Sure enough at the end they charged me 69.99$ plus tax. I asked what was the extra charge and somehow my basic paper filter that cost 9.99$ at Canadian tire was now 14.99 plus a special filter fee of 10.00$. There's absolutely nothing special about that filter. I usually do my own oil change and it took them longer than if I did it myself in my driveway. The extra 5.00$ was shop fees that should be included in the 54.99$ but those garages add all kind of fees afterwards. Anyway after tax 80.00$ was how much that oil change was. More expensive than if I went with synthetic oil. It was my first and last time there, never again. I took the time to ask at the beginning how much it was going to be, if they had said 69.99$ plus tax I would have kept going.

I just went to get my oil changed, but I was denied service; the guy said that they close early if there is no business, but when I went in earlier in the day they said they are open until 8:00pm; this is also what it says online. I would certainly recommend not going in the evening just in case they decide to close early randomly. Misleading!

Some do their oil change themselves but busy men dont. In this age who like to drive get stuff from the store then do it at home, wait for oil to cool off, drive back the old oil. Jiffy check it all tire presure, washer fluid, air filter. They have the parts, 10 min in and out, i rarely waited more than 2 minutes.perfect for those without garage.
