I have a 2008 car that was Long overdue for some TLC, I was booked in for following day and received amazing service today. My car was done by 1pm just as they said it would be and they did amazing work at a great price! SO happy I gave them a call. My car feels new, sounds new all without breaking the bank. Awesome team. Best garage in Gatineau. have never had a problem and don't think I will in the future and the service was really nice and the reception was nice could not be happier with the garage. Edit: I was reading reviews and I know the owner and I go there a lot and I have never had a problem and he double checks all his bolts and test drives them as a must and they always wash there hands clean enough to do heart surgery before they drive your car so please disregard the bad reviews cause it really is the best local garage

I took my Ford Fusion to Garage Findlay to have them look at my suspension. They brought my car in, and immediately had it up on the lift. They took the time to show me what was wrong, what needed to be replaced, and what would need to be replaced in the near future. They gave me a great price for the parts+labour, and had me out by noon. I've also had my tires swapped at Garage Findlay. The tech was very fast and efficient, and kept my aftermarket wheels looking new and scratch free. 10/10, would go again.

I had an issue with my muffler, and rather than charge me, they took the time to show me how minor the issue was, and did a simple free fix to get me on my way. They are a no frills, straight shooting shop. If you want a glamorous shop with newspapers and coffee and lounge chairs and soothing spa music go elsewhere. If you want good, honest service, this is the place to go. Recommended by the Aylmer Moms Facebook Group, confirmed by this Earthling. I'm not a robot, I'm a meat popsicle.

Was there twice cause i live nearby, first time and after the repair i ended up with another issue i was lucky and issue was resolved by itself after few months, second time after oil and tire change i ended up with major issues that cost me a lots of money, it was very sad for me, i dont recommand this garage to any human being.

Reliable , honest place to fix your car, any make any problem , tell Anne what the problem is and she'll put you in touch with Head Mechanic Brandon . It's not a glam place with espreso machines and expensive lounges to sit and wait. If that is your thing then go to the car dealerships where you'll pay a lot more for what was needed and for a bunch of work that wasn't needed at all.

I looked up this Garage because I was getting a safety on a car and it was close to the CVTO. The work was done quickly, at a reasonable price, and it passed safety. Everyone was nice as well and bilingual which helps because my french isn't great. I would definitely use them again!

I didn't end up getting my vehicule fixed here after getting a pretty expensive quote and dealing with the receptionist who has pretty questionable customer service skills. I decided to take my truck elsewhere, when I picked up my truck she told my husband that they had the best prices in town, 2 days later I got everything fixed for 500$ less then they quoted us.

A little family shop, very professional, mechanics are knowledgeable and thorough,- what need to be sanded will be sanded, the torques will be checked, what needs to be lubed will be lubed- no short cuts. Deal with them on hub, bushings, belt and tensioner replacements, breaks and rotors, oil change. Reasonably priced and the owner is honest to a fault. His reputation is everything for him. They even would accommodate my car in earlier hours, so I can get on with my work day. Many thanks!

Quand j'arrive et j'en parle au garagiste, il me dit que l'exhaust était magané mais encore accroché. J'aurais donc pas eu à le changer. Mais à cause de la réceptionniste qui m'a dit qu'il était tombé, je l'ai fait changé. Un 400$ que j'aurais voulu mettre ailleurs que dans une réparation qui était pas nécessaire.

Once I went there to swap my winter tires, and they forgot to bolt in two of the wheels. So I drove out of the garage and to my surprise, there is a gushing sound! Yup, my tire had come out and the break disk had hit the ground. Mistakes happens but this could have been a very high cost mistake if I had driven to the highway
