I like the poeple there, i get a decent price on morst thing, thought depending on the part, *I Away's price compare JSYK* Napa at times is half the price so if i can i go to napa, sorry guy's, but if i can save 200+ $ i'm going too, most day's though i grab my stuff from Lordco, Mostly for things that are similar or same price, it was a closer walk from my home and more convenient for a number of years. I personally havn't had too much an issue there, but i hear very often that the wrong parts were ordered.. well i think that in part, you the customers fault and should know the part to order for it to be correct. LOL Update: to the reply, I do have an account i use and the discount is as far as i am aware anyway, the highest possible for a customer. Even with that though, *at times, for certain specific things*, other places do, do better for pricing. But, that being said, my majority sales are though you guy's mostly out of convenience. I get it though, it's hard to compete with things like oil and cleaners, little parts and such. but for the big ticket items you always gotta price compare at a few places.. sometime you find a limited time sale somewhere else is in to offense to other companies or competition by the customer. It's just a fact that we all are looking to save a buck here or there, and vehicles are expensive to maintain. Hope this review doesn't detour any sales, I don't think your company is bad, nor do i want people to think they shouldn't go there because of my review. I've only stated from my own many years of services from you guy's, *at different locations across BC*, that prices are Not always better like some sales personal state, and that I've yet to have much of a problem getting what I need, Most of the time. That is all :)

Terrible service, went there to get a high vis shirt and waited 5 miners while the only cashier was busy on the phone. Never even acknowledged us and only called for help when 2 more people were in line. Help never came so I left and don't plan on coming back!!!!!! Canyon cable is just up the road and has everything you'll need plus more!!!!

Tremendous Service! Every individual behind the parts counter was extremely helpful. I had a boat trailer axle bearing failure on the Coquihalla Highway between Hope and Merritt of course on a long weekend heading home. I had very little experience with these types of bearing assemblies for trailers. The guys utilized the pictures and the blown parts i had to help cross reference exactly what i needed. They took the time to explain the assemblies with me and gave me great value for the pricing of the parts! Sincerely appreciate it! Would highly recommend. Wish we had Lordco's in Alberta to say the least!

Good shop. I've been purchasing goods for my vehicles at this location for just over four years now. Always friendly, helpful, and get you the lowest price they can here in Hope. I've shopped at other Lordco locations in British Columbia since I started driving at 16 years of age in 1981. Great BC company.
