These guys were fantastic. I was driving down coquihalla with wife and two young children. Hit a heavy, wet snow storm and that's when my windshield wipers stopped working. Drove 60km/h to hope. They were open on a Saturday and they were busy. A mechanic came out right away. No part was available and I needed to get my family to the ferry. He did a quick, non-permanent repair and gave me excellent advice. I asked how much I owed them and they said don't worry about it. I made the ferry and the wiper blades worked through steady and heavy rain. Thank you!

Hope truck and trailer saved the day. We we're moving to the interior from the coast in our 93 ford e350 c class motorhome when our front brakes seized when attempting to leave hope. Stuck on the side of the road I went through Google calling repair shops. All were to busy to help us until I called hope truck and trailer. They said get it here and we will get you fixed up. They too were extremely busy but they took the time to save the day. Pulling in at 4pm, they got the parts order up and we were able to hit the road before the end of the next day. Not only that, they charged a extremely fair price for the work done. I highly recommend Hope truck and trailer, a family run business. They took the time where other were not interested. thank you very much to everyone at hope truck and trailer for getting it done!

we were taking a friends school bus conversion from the island to the yukon, got to chilliwak before the dash decided to have a sabatical. looked online and saw these guys, when we turned up the chap seemed to know the workings of our bus better then the pope knows the bible. what an incredible team, several guys came to look at the bus and all diagnosed the problem just by talking to us. turned out to be an easy fix for the gandalf of deisels as he worked away pumping tubes and turning valves. after 30 minutes he had the bus running better than ever and sent us on our merry way asking nothing but to write a review.. but obviously no good deed goes without a cheeky beer.. thank you guys again for the awesome work and getting us where we needed to go. youre all legends.

Outstanding service both professionally and personally. They’re the best - be sure to go to them if you’re in the area and need the work done right! We had major cargo trailer issues towing from Vancouver to Newfoundland. In Hope, Ravi showed up promptly after calling for assistance. We spent a total of 3 days with these guys and they were relentless in their efforts to make sure we got back on the road quickly and safely - even working late hours, and allowing us to park in their space, and helping us out with a motel for the night. HTT not only installed bearings, spindles, brakes, wheels and custom fixed our axle at a fair price for us to travel the rest of the way but, they also prepared us for what lay ahead with friendly advice and genuine service and interest - checking in with us on the final legs of the trip. It was a pleasure that we were fortunate enough to break down close to Hope Truck & Trailer. Not just a truck repair shop, it’s clear that these guys have been working together for a long time, efficiently, and with the customer’s needs at the forefront. I came here with my truck after I ran into some issues on the road. I called ahead and they picked up and told me to bring my rig down. Big Rav down at the shop was amazing. Him and his crew took care of my truck. I made sure they gave me a quote before I headed down and it was quite reasonable. Once they handed me back my keys, I was back on the road and didn’t have any problems. The shop was also very clean, given that it’s covid times and all. Thanks hope truck and trailer .. strongly recommended to anyone in the area

Our motorhome broke down right out front of there shop moments before the days end. The owner crawled under the motorhome and completed a quick diagnosis of the mechanical problem and said they would take us in the following morning (which was a holiday). They worked overtime on the issue and made us feel welcome the whole time. I cannot thank them enough for their help. They saved our bc trip and charged a very fair price. Would give them my business any day of the week.

Our Travel trailer blew out a bearing near Hope on Hwy 3. Saw good reviews for Hope Truck & Trailer Repair on Google, went to see them (about 2 pm). They checked out the pics and hub I brought and came to see our trailer and determined we needed a new hub, bearings, and so on. The parts ended up being ordered (from Langley I think). The parts came in by 5 and the guys came out to our trailer and installed it right away and we were away by 5:30. We fully expected to spend a day or more and didn't know what we were going to do with our trailer on the side of the highway during that time. Luckily and thanks to Ravi and his employees, we were only delayed a few hours! Great service, reasonable price and very satisfactory results! Thank you!

I have never publicly rated or shared my experiences with a Heavy Duty Repair Facility. Mostly because I don't usually feel like I got the quality of service I deserved..... Until now. I was traveling in a company Peterbilt from Vancouver Island to Edmonton with very time sensitive freight. While driving through Hope the truck suddenly started smoking badly, with fuel and coolant pouring out everywhere. It was after normal business hours and I needed help. I called Hope Truck and Trailer. Even tho the shop had closed for the night, Ravi answered my call for help. I spent the night in the shops parking lot. I was amazed when in the early morning hours Ravi was knocking on my truck door. He had come in early to see if he could get me rolling and back on schedule. It turned out to be a major job. A new engine head, injector, fuel sensor and line needed repair. The book called for over 30 hrs of shop time. I was truly amazed at the dedication everyone in this shop had. Ravi, Robert, Jon and another mechanic had started the day in the early morning. At 11pm I called Ravi only to learn they were all still working on the truck. They did this for 2 days. Hope Truck and Trailer was determined to get me repaired ( properly without cutting corners) and back on the road as quickly as possible as they knew how important my load was. I couldn't believe the dedication, commitment and service this shop was offering. You would think they owned the truck lol. Once the truck was all repaired and I was ready to roll out Ravi shook my hand. Thanked me for our business and asked me to stop by again when I was back his way in the next few days. Simply so he could check things over, make sure everything was perfect. At no extra charge. He simply wanted to make sure the work was held to the highest standards. I was amazed. I don't recommend any heavy duty shops. This shop however, is a different story. Above and beyond I will be a customer for life. Thank you kindly for your dedication, commitment and hard work to keep us truckers rolling.

I ended up with a flat on the highway and no spare at 4pm on a Friday. Called everywhere looking for tires and none to be found anywhere. In a last ditch effort I called them and they had 4 decent tires. I got towed to them and they stayed late to get me back on the road to Alberta. I can't thank them enough!

Just recently I was on my way too vancouver from ontario... i broke down in hope flying j. I called up Ravi and he had me bring the truck over to his shop. I ended up needing a new clutch. Ravi and his crew took my truck in right away and Robert immediately got on the phone and was ordering the parts and going to pick them up. The next day truck was out just a little past noon. This team of mechanics are great people to work with. Very professional, reliable and fast as well fair priced. I was in Hope and had some issues with my trailer,they said be here at 8 tomorow we'll get you fixed up no problem. They not only fixed my problem but when I told Ravi about a couple of other small things that wernt big he sanid no problem. The only thing I can't Stress enough is Ravi and his Dad and the crew are AWESOME. For the work that was done and the amount I was charged I won't go anywhere else but Hope Truck and Trailer.
