I was recently in to get my windshield replaced. The woman at reception was very polite, kind and personable. The manager was very professional and made sure I was up to date with everything that was going on with my vehicle, even while he was running off his feet busy with other things going on. I was impressed that they made sure to put my oil change sticker back on the new windshield, and they even put my dash camera back up in the window just how it was when I dropped it off. My window looks great, and my vehicle came back nice and clean and detailed. Overall I'm very happy with my experience, highly recommend.

My vehicle was hit by flying depris on the highway! The company responsible sent me to Hope Auto body, super friendly staff who took care of all the back end work. All I had to do was drop my vehicle, had a reliable courtesy car provided and was extremely happy with the work they did and completed it in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

BE AWARE OF EASY BREAK IN AND AUTO THIEFT! Nice service at front desk. Though I told them what was needed to be done, but 3 weeks pass and they are still clueless of what I want done ( passenger door ) they just keep asking me about what service I needed. Also left a big mess in my car and went through my trunk for some very odd reason leaving my back seat down as well leaving trash all over my car, taking things apart is the weirdest thing on the second week. To top it off my car got broke into on the last week leaving me to take the car away from there as soon as possible due too the thief's broke the fence down leaving the car open for anyone, as well my steering wheel lock broke and they stole my adjustable vacuum advance line for my distributor, witch felt very displeasant, do NOT know how I would take this with authority. Would not take a chance with your car or truck for EVEN a WEEK in their yard. REAL EYE OPENER.

These guys are professionals, I was feeling stressed about my Jeep after a deer tried to jump over my truck caused some damage, took my truck there, they were so friendly and professional, got my icbc claim number and they took care of the rest. Absolutely recommend this place, there body man Marco was awesome, Meghan at front desk very professional also, and manager delivered my truck to my work when it was done. Awesome job .
