Got a pair of decent used tires from here for a reasonable price. Only had one problem.... the tires either weren't balanced properly, or weren't balanced at all. My suv shakes like crazy at certain speeds ever since my first ride after getting the tires on. And YES i know that's what the issue is because i got them re balanced somewhere else and now they are fine. I'm still up in the air about this place.

Being from Niagara I wasn't sure where to go when I ended up with a flat in Hamilton and I didn't want to drive home on the spare. The tow truck driver recommended Sparkie's and he was right. I have always heard of Sparkies, never used them b4 as I never maintained my car on my own always had my ex husband to do those sort of "manly" duties, I have been very very nervous about taking my car anywhere for anything,mainly due to my ignorance pertaining anything automotive. I dont know how they do it but I've called up several local places looking for 245/45/r20 tires and every time i got quoted for $1200+. then a buddy refers me to sparkie's...and they gave me a mind blowing quote of $90 per tire! from 1200 to 360 for a set of tires. Amazing.

I happened upon Sparkie's through a Facebook posting and what a gem. The service is excellent and they don't try and sell you any BS. They look to work within your budget and get you in and out quickly. Our first visit was to service my wife's car but I will be returning when my vehicle needs some tires. I have always had a great customer experience with Sparkies Tires. Good prices and you have to love the return trip no-charge perks (e.g., summer / winter bolt-on change over, free flat repair, etc.) when displaying the Sparkies" decal on your vehicle's back window. Note, it is a bit of a step back into the 50's but Sparkie and the guys who work for him are great. Only downfall of everyone liking Sparkies shop is that it is usually busy during summer / winter change over time ... but you can't fault Sparkie for that. Just plan your time around it.

I needed my winter to summer tires changed ASAP, and all other places had hour long waits or were not available for days. A friend recommended Sparkie’s, and so I drove all the way from Oakville/Burlington (about 30 minutes). Honestly, it is in a sketchy area, and the place isn’t anything to look at, but the guys were SO honest and helpful and nice, they got me in and out in less than 20 minutes, and it was so cheap!!! I am truly beyond impressed and will definitely be going there for future tire care - it’s worth the drive!!!

They won't try to sell you anything if you don't need it and if you do need new tires they will work within your budget to get you on the road again. If you go it might be s few minutes wait to be serviced but well worth it, and someone always talks to you as soon as you pull up acknowledging your there and taking note of what your needs are that day.
