As of today this has been my 8th visit to RSG Tires and they are still amazing. I've bought used and new from them and have yearly been back for seasonal tire swapping. I can't see myself going to another place. Great guy(s) working there are really polite and know what they are doing not to mention the care they take when working on your car. Today I was in and out in 20mins and prices are very reasonable. You should most definitely give them a try.

Somehow my review disappeared from this man's website. As he is aware he put a tire on my car that was completely wrong. It makes my steering wheel veer to the left (as it was a different tire than required) . As we discussed I am going to get the right tire and come back for my refund.

Total rip off I came here Nov 2020 brought my own snow tires from the last season to get them checked over to make sure they were safe for this winter installation on my car this season.. Someone else was going to switch iup my snows to winters for me at another place.. RGS staff broke down my tires and cleaned the rims inflated them and ran them threw water. They Tried to up sell me a used tire for $100.00 as i had one tire i brought in that I know for sure had been loosing air. He Charged me $60 for the three other tires. They said i was good to go I assumed they meant the tires were in good shape because they said they would be good for another season. But when i delivered the car for the other guy to change over the tires He said RGS failed to check the other three tires for wear or tear and that they couldnt be put on the car they were not roadworthy. They had low tread percentage and one had severe rips in the tread. I returned a day later, I showed them the tires The person who did the work did not listen to a word I said and told me what do you want me to do he they could do nothing He started yelling at me over the conversation and did not let me get a word in. He threatened to call the police on me when i asked him why he did the tires and not check them for wear or tread damage. That was only the reason i took the tires there in the first place to make sure they were safe to put on the car for the winter.. They are supposed to be professionals ,they were NOT PROFESSIONAL at all if they can't recognize a good tire from a bad tire and thats their main job. The guy who worked on my tires called the boss, The boss came and called me into his office and proceeded to show me the video of his shop where they work changing tires. He showed me the day I was there. First off there was no volumne on the video to indicate any conversations between me and the tire man. So he had no right to make any statements without hearing the actual conversations had. The boss was trying to tell me that because i brought in my own tires to get checked out and that because i did not purchase them from him, that they would NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for the condition of the tires. As I stated when I first arrived at this shop the workers at RSG were well aware that I broght my own tires and RSG HAD ORIGINALLY AGREED TO CHECK THE TIRES for me to make sure they are safe to put on my car. The boss of RSG Tires has NO CONCERN for his Customers Safety AT ALL they just care about getting your money. Now I dont have snow tires at all . if i knew that they would charge me my last $60 just to clean rims and put on useless snows I would have never taken my car there. Worst Company Customer Service EVER! Worse Company Policy Ever! If you come to Canada and want to make it in this Country. TREAT YOUR FELLOW CANADIANS WITH THE RESPECT THEY DESERVE NOT JUST RIP THEM OFF BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU CAN MAKE UP A POLICY TO SUIT YOURSELF AND NOT CARE ABOUT THE SAFTEY OF POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. letter of the same to my MTO and BBB. as discussed. Because as you stated in so many words to me YOU DONT CARE ABOUT THE SAFTEY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Sold my wife the wrong size tires for her all wheel drive vehicle and in turn the transfer case blew costing us 2000.00. not cool.... Run away don't walk from this place. When she emailed about there mistake she received no reply from them... We have gone to two mechanics and another tire shop that we trust who all have come to the same conclusion. We weren't offered 4 tires ... We were offered two. We had no issue purchasing 4. You are the professionals not us. We took it in good faith that you knew what you were doing. You did not. The tires you sold us werent even the same size as the back tires. We have mechanics working on the vehicle now who will be and or have been in touch with you who know the reason why the transfer case failed... You sold us the wrong size tires and or... Not enough tires... Removing negative reviews from your Facebook page is cowardly and disrespectful. Own your mistakes don't try to erase them. I am not the only one you have dine this to...

Called and confirmed price for a service today. Once I arrived, the price increased by 40% (owner confirmed cash only). Owner blamed the guy that answered the phone for the misquote. Would not honour the original price until i said I came with the amount of cash i was quoted. Once my car was inside the owner looked at his employee and shook his head. I knew these guys were about to do some half ass work and just told them to open the door and I would take my business elsewhere... BUYER BEWARE OF THE CASH JOBS!!!!!! **** I explained to the guy on the phone it was a ram with 20" rims and asked if that was a problem. He said no and they do them all the time

Do not go here they put my tires on and one of my tire nearly fell of on the highway. And he does not want to take responsibility for it. Now it’s costing me 750. Going to a place like this will cost you more money in the long run(STAY AWAY)!!!! I went and ask a real pro and they said they did not clean the back of the tire which caused it come loose. Clean your rims before putting them back on. From the mouth of a professional.

Damaged my car and refused to pay for it or fix it. Put the jack in the wrong place trying to change a tire. It bent the sheet metal and cracked the plastic. When I suggested they should be responsible for this, the owner blamed me basically saying it was my fault for having an older model vehicle and claimed it was "rusted" when actually they tried to put the jack stand on a part of the car that was just 1/8" thick sheet metal (which of course bent and cracked the plastic) instead of on the frame So now not only do I have the flat tire but I also have a damaged car.

I changed over winter tire here, after tighten wheels, the boss told me one stud broke inside and let me go to any mechanic store to fix it. I thought the stud broke itself and I went to a mechanic store, they asked me if someone changed the wheel recently and told me the highest possibility is someone over-tight my wheel. I have no evident so I have to pay by myself to solve this issue. But I want to say that if RSG Tires hope to keep customers and their reputation, please learn how to be honest and take responsibility on their work.
