I had an amazing experience today with the owner of Happy Tires. What a kind and caring soul. I came strolling in unannounced with a blown tire, stuck in a city I'm not familiar, had my 3 year old daughter with me, no appointment, no lugnut for my tires, absolutely no idea what I was going to do next and he took me in no hesitation and fixed me up on the spot. I couldn't be more grateful to have rolled into the right shop the way I did. Thank you so so much I couldn't be more grateful you truly were such a blessing and saved my day today. We need more people like you in the world.

This guy charge me 60 dollars for suv tire change without any wheel balancing or any extra work. And tires were on the rim. Just to check how much other shops charging, I called 2 places nearby, the price was bitween 32 to 40 dollars. Please stay away from this guy.

He tells you the cost of labour, cost of parts, and gives an accurate estimate of duration of work, made it very easy to plan my day around it. Will be recommending happy tires to everyone I know! Took my car there to take my winter tires off and also bought new all season tires. Happy was awesome! Such a nice guy and doesn't bs you to make a sale. My mother also took her car there and Happy was kind enough to drop her old tires off on his way home. Definitely take your tires to Happy if you're in the Hamilton area.

Don’t know what all the negative reviews are about , these guys are great. I was told by my regular mechanic that my two back tires needed to be replaced as the car was making a loud growling noise due to the back tires being completely shot. Bought the new tires and called happy tire, last minute maybe an hour before they closed , they were incredibly busy and they squeezed me in, did amazing work, and their prices are fantastic. People on here complaining about their prices but they charge significantly less then other shops, and they actually let you watch and be apart of the work on the vehicle. So, you know exactly what’s going down. How can you not trust them? Great work and I recommend you go to them for all your car and tire needs. They’re honest which is one in a million in this industry.

Happy Tires is such a reliable auto centre. I've been a repeat visitor over and over. The team is super helpful, and they're great with customer service and answering all my questions. My biggest concern is always a hectic/busy schedule but Happy is always willing to work with me to ensure a comfortable and convenient visit. I've had a few unbelievable experiences with Happy Tires. However, I would like to share one instance. I had suffered a flat tire at 1 in the morning and I called Happy Tires thinking I would leave a voicemail that I would be leaving my car at his shop. To my surprise Happy answered the phone and offered to come meet me on the side of the highway! I politely declined however, Happy was WAITING AT HIS SHOP for me at 2am and offered to drive me home from his shop! Unreal customer service and really above and beyond service! Also Happy Tires has been extremely patient and helpful with working with my father! Thank you so much. Your dedication does not go unnoticed!

Never met such a honest and hard working individual! My fears of going to a garage and getting ripped off is over! Had to many bad experiences but thankfully Happy found me! Happy pulled over on the highway and he helped me put my spare tire on and he was quick and professional. Not only did he not take any money from me. He offered me help. He took off my flat tire and put on my "donut" lol. So i was stuck and needed a tire, so he said hes the owner of a New and used tire shop just down the street. So went to Happy's shop and he gave me practically a brand new tire for $50 installed. He wouldn't accept any more money for helping me. Amazing service! My truck died at the light in front of Happy Tires last week & I was stuck. Happy saw, ran over and pushed my truck on to his driveway, After that he grabbed his pickup truck and offered to jump it but turned out to be a bigger problem. So I was freaking out because I was getting late for work. He drove me to my work without any hesitation! I was lost for words. So my wife & I came to see Happy and he wouldn’t accept any money. They gave me a good discount over the phone and then I reached their shop and they start working on it At the end of work they said they can’t give me the price they gave over the phone and the excuse that was that he can’t understand price over the phone What a silly excuse lolz Total fraud just hunt the customer before service with good discount and flip from there words after work done.

Before coming into Happy Tires, I took my car into 2-3 different shops in Stoney Creek, none of them knew why my car was making noises.. wasted so much time and money getting my car diagnosed at other shops, Happy knew exactly what was wrong and fixed my car in less then an hour, not only did he fix my car he didn't charge me labour :D, I LOVE YOU!
