Changing winter tires is always annoying, but Gilberts Tire did an amazing job with my winter tire change. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I was in and out in about 20 minutes! Will definitely be returning to get my summer tires put back on!

Fast service, especially for the busy time for tire season. Little on the pricier side. I replaced a tire elsewhere last year for same level of used and it was half the price. But I was willing to pay for it because they had what I needed in stock.

Gilberts must have one of the hardest working teams in Hamilton. Total pros with good service and prices. Watching them work so quickly and efficiently at the height of snow tire season to get customers what they need is impressive. Glad that I was referred to them a few years ago and will keep returning whenever I have a tire issue that needs solving.

Excellent prices & speedy service!???????? Had a flat. I called in and was able to bring my vehicle in immediately for a patch up. Office attendants were courteous. There is a clean and socially distanced waiting area. I was in and out in 30mins, and was able to get on with the rest of my evening. Thank You Gilbert's!????

I went there for tire balancing. I kept getting vibration after. They re balanced for me twice without charge and no arguments. Pretty impressive of customer service. Most shops would argue and try not to talk when you needed after serving.

Since google is asking me why I love this place, I will tell you. Service at the front desk is amazing and they will always give you a good deal on tires. Steve is super friendly and knows exactly how to tailor to your tire needs. Guys in the back, great service. Tires always torqued to specs. This tire shop is a lot cleaner than other shops in the city! Won’t recommend anywhere else for tires in the city. Support your local small businesses ????????????

You know how they tell you, “It is the sole responsibility of the customer to recheck wheel nut tightness after 50 kilometres”? I strongly recommend you do. I didn’t, and long story short, my front right wheel fell off.

Today I went there and was faced with a white haired guy who started screaming at me while I parked. After parking I made my self inside now this time a slim slight bearded guy told me to go outside. What a pathetic way to treat customers. There are plenty of other places you can go don’t bother this place.

Gilbert's had always been my goto for tire repairs. Fast and well priced. Unfortunately, the secret is out, and they can get quite busy, especially during tire change over season (which can be expected)

There isn't enough good things I can say about Gilbert's tire. They are professional, courteous, quick and reliable. Their service techs know what they're doing and provide exceptional customer service.. And they're funny. I just bought my second set of tires from Gilbert's and I will continue to buy from here as long as I own a vehicle. May I also mention that I'm driving from Toronto to see these guys, that's how much I support them. Do yourself a favor and buy your next set of tires or rims or both, from Gilbert's.

Worst customer service experience I've ever received. Bought used tires and had a flat tire on the 3rd day. Asked for a refund and was refused. Left with the manager yelling at me and being so rude and disrespectful. No regard for their customer. I was disgusted by the service I received. Will never take my business here again and will inform family and friends not to visit this tire shop.

Called ahead for a rim. Was told yes they have it and to come in and they would put my tire on the rim I was going to purchase. I uber from 25 minutes away, get there and the guy at the front says sorry I messed up we dont have the rim. Very disappointing and cost me not only time but money when I would not have went in the first place if they did not have what I needed. What's the point of calling ahead? Smh

3 of my 4 used tires from Gilbert’s go flat. I purchased 80% tread decent all seasons for Summer. Within the first month, my tires went flat about every two days leading me to take my car back. I fought to receive 2 different tires as the tread was now almost undrivable even though my car sat most of the month. After the replacement and resealing of all my tires, three of them all go flat. My front tire no longer fills with air. Horrible customer service experience and I had to get new tires somewhere else.

Pay the extra money and go somewhere else. Used this place a ton of times myself, not sure what happened their customer service and their tires are not what they used to be. If you do go watch them and make sure your getting the right tires and that they are put on properly.
